As an Executive member at national car rental I have never ever in my life experienced discrimination until June 3 2023 at Toronto International Airport .at the time I was using a secure credit card which do take few days for money to gets on sometimes 2day are 4day depending on the time I put the funds on .at the time I was currently using a vehicle they try to take funds from my credit card but the money was not available….
I speak to a lady via email from national regarding my credit card which I explained to her the fund would be available with in 2 days are more who ever she was very rude to me decided to excuses me started threatening me she will call the law enforcement if I do not return the vehicle i got extremely nervous and called my bank to see if there was a way the could get the funds into my account faster so they told me go to the if I send it by western union they can receive it in 1 business day after I explained to my bank my situation at the moment with the car rental they asked me to call the rental so I did the same lady who I spoke to refused to even listen to my bank telling her the fund only take few day because am using a secure card and they are trying to find a option so there no reason to accuse me of trying to steal a vehicle and threatening him with law enforcement over a small misunderstanding so the same lady put me as a high risk ban me worldwide from all nations car rental how is this fair to me so I refused to pay until I can actually speak to someone in a higher department.
I been a loyal customer for years I spent thousands of dollars using this company the. To be treated like a criminal up to this date I still have not got a call are a answering now they are accusing me of having red light cameras tickets which I never had I have called the ticket enforcement department give them the plate number of the rental there was no red light cameras at all they made a company called me to get the money for the rental I use at the time that’s when I was told about the tickets the gentleman on the phone who I spoke to try to reach out for national car rental to get the tickets it’s been 1 month no tickets this is really frustrating as a loyal member I do not deserve to be treated like this after all these years am even well know at the airport most of the staff there knows me some even told me I should make a complaint causes it’s now fair what she did so am hoping someone here can reach out to me cause am tired calling and I still have not got back my iPhone XR this is really unfair as a executive member I would never in my life expect to be treated this way AM NOT A CRIMINAL I DO NOT STEAL I HAVE A JOB AND LOVE MY FREEDOM this is unacceptable idk how can someone be so evil this company cost me alot of money I could not get to my show after the lady threatened me say she will call the police if I do not bring it right away I was 3hr away from Toronto in a small town call Norfolk county I was there for a concert cause am a music producer and I play with a live band
It really cost me to be honest and to this day no one can give me a answer why I was treated like that I was never once rude I just think it’s really unfair to good people but when other have power the like to take advantage which is really sad how could I ever be a high risk over my card never had funds at the time even though I explained my self [protected] million times I just do not understand what’s going on at national I do not deserve this as a regular customer this is ridiculous!
