Recurring Charges
Sneakily Duped an Elderly Disabled War Veteran/Senior into placing an order and then charging him every year for 5 years costing him over $250! SHAMEFUL! He finally caught the charges on his credit card and was able to put a stop to something he had no idea was happening. Had never received any emails letting him know this was what they were doing. I certainly hope KARMA comes back to them for doing this to someone who fought for our country!
Wrong order and no refund
Ordered some food from NatureBox and received the wrong order. I contacted them and asked for help. At first I asked for a replacement and when they refused I demanded a full refund. They said that they don't do refunds and suggested me to keep what I have received. As an excuse they offered me a discount on my next order. Totally ridiculous! Never again I will order anything from this place!
