I recently had an experience with YUP BRANDS (yupbrands.com) that left me feeling disappointed. I placed an order for a classic cheesesteak, which according to their menu, should have included onions, mushrooms, and white American cheese, as well as the option for hot or sweet peppers. However, when my order arrived, it was missing some of these ingredients.

When I contacted customer service to inquire about the mistake, they were not very helpful. Instead of apologizing and offering a solution, they argued with me about what was listed on the menu and how it was supposed to be read. This left a bad taste in my mouth and made me feel like they didn't value my business.

Overall, I was not impressed with my experience at YUP BRANDS and will not be returning. The incorrect order and poor customer service were major turn-offs for me. I hope they can improve in the future and provide better service to their customers.

I gotta say, I'm a big fan of YUP BRANDS and their tasty treats. The Sugar Cookie and Chocolate Chip Cookie dough bars are my absolute faves - I mean, who doesn't love a good cookie dough bar, am I right? I've been buying these bad boys for a couple of years now, and let me tell you, I go through 'em like nobody's business. I'm talkin' 5 to 10 boxes at a time, baby!

But here's the thing - every time I check the website, those bars are always out of stock. Like, seriously, what gives? I've entered my email address to be notified when they're back in stock more times than I can count, but I've never actually received an email. It's a bummer, man.

And don't even get me started on customer service. I've had a few issues with shipments in the past, and I've reached out to 'em a couple of times, but I've never gotten a response. Like, come on, YUP BRANDS, step up your game!

Honestly, I was starting to wonder if the company was even still in business. But hey, I'm glad to see they're still kickin' - I just wish they'd get their act together and make it easier for me to get my hands on those delicious cookie dough bars.

I gotta say, I'm not too sure how this company is still up and running. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely adore their peanut butter bar - it's the bee's knees! But, if I'm being honest, I'm pretty bummed out that they're never in stock. Like, seriously, I've been waiting for over a year now and still no luck. It's not the first time either, I've had to wait for 3 months or even 9 months in the past. It's a real bummer, you know? And to top it all off, the company doesn't even bother to respond to my inquiries or give me any updates. It's like they don't even care about their customers.

But wait, there's more! The prices are just ridiculous. When I first started buying these bars, they were only 24.99 per box. Then, they bumped it up to 27.99 per box. And now, get this, they're charging a whopping 29.99 per box for just 12 bars! I mean, come on, that's just not right. It's safe to say that I'm pretty darn disappointed with this whole situation.

Yup Brands is a company that produces a variety of bars that taste pretty good and have some decent ingredients. However, they seem to have some trouble keeping most of their flavors in stock. It's a real bummer because I really like some of the flavors that they offer, like chocolate mint and lemon. I tried to find out when these flavors would be back in stock by emailing the company, but it took them a few weeks to get back to me. When they finally did respond, they said that the flavors would be back in stock at the end of July. But now it's almost the end of September and they still don't have them available.

I ended up placing an order for the only three flavors that they did have in stock, but I have to say that they just weren't that good. I think it's time for me to start looking for a new bar to try out. It's a shame because I really wanted to like Yup Brands, but their lack of availability and inconsistent stock levels are just too frustrating to deal with. I hope they can figure out a way to keep their flavors in stock more consistently in the future, because I think they have the potential to be a really great brand.

I gotta say, we've tried a few of the protein bars from Yup Brands and we're pretty into 'em. They're tasty and they give us the boost we need to power through our day. But here's the thing - they're always out of the two flavors we like the most. And when they say they're gonna restock, it's like they're just messin' with us. We check back on the restock date and nothin'. Then later in the day, they'll just randomly say the restock date is a whole month away. What gives, Yup Brands?

We thought we'd try some of their other bars, but they were a total letdown. They were hard, gritty, and didn't have much flavor to speak of. We wanted to return 'em, but when we emailed Yup Brands, we never heard back. That was over a month ago. We even tried calling 'em, but they never pick up the phone. And when we left messages, they never called us back. Seriously, this is some of the worst customer service we've ever seen. It's like they're runnin' this whole operation out of a dingy old bakery or somethin'.

Overall, we're pretty disappointed with Yup Brands. They've got some good stuff, but their lack of customer service and unreliable restocking is a real bummer. We'll probably keep lookin' for a better protein bar option.
