collection fraud
These people don't want to give any info about their employee positions, phone numbers to reach, etc... but want YOU to give them all your info.
They accept corrupt "credit add-ons" without question & expect you to pay for it.
None of these people know how to do their job. Nothing but harassment & lack of info to the one being charged with these bogus fees.
When you challenge the info and ask questions, they start arguing with you in order not to respond or give any legit info.
This company needs to be shut down, they're simply using fraud & lies to obtain their money. Completely crooked and corrupt

collections account on my credit report
I have tried to call the number for NCC Business Services stated on my credit report, it is out of service. I completed my lease with Woods of Post House and did not receive my deposit back. I spoke with the manager Ashley 60 days before my lease was up and told her if they could not find me another unit, I would not be renewing my lease. I emailed her several times, and did not renew my lease. However, she tried to tell me I owed 771, not 1120 after I moved out. I have not heard anything else from her or anyone else from Woods of Post House Apartments until this showed up on my credit report, despite them having my phone number as well as email address. There were numerous issues with the apartment while I resided there, wiring issues, water damage, plumbing issues. A week before my lease was up and I moved out, maintenance said they were going to have to tear up the ceiling of my ground floor apartment to see what the issue was. None of these issues were corrected while I lived there. This needs to be taken off of my credit report or I am prepared to file a lawsuit against both Woods of Post House as well as NCC Business Services. Thank you
Unprofessional
I had called rented from an apartment company 4 years ago and when I moved out I was told everything was all set. Recently I was looking at my credit history and saw a debt in collections for this property with NCC. So I called early this morning they gave me an account number and a website so I could review the charges and pay my outstanding balance. I was not going to take the time and dispute this because I just want it off my credit report. Upon asking for the gentleman I spoke with who gave me the website info and account number I was told even after I paid online id still not receive a confirmation of payment for 7-10 business days unless it was a mailed in money order. Im sorry that's ridiculas I should recive a confirmation number for a payment this is outlandish and unheard of firt company ive ever come into contact with that will not give you confirmation of a payment. Anyways after that very upsetting news I still wanted to pay the amount and be done with it...so I went on the website put in the account number I was given and it did not work, I then tried to call back to make sure I was given the information correctly. I was on hold for 4 hours with no response. I then hung up and left several messages and emails for someone to call me back ...still radio silence. This is extremely unprofessional and not at all good business practice. Im starting to think this company is a scam and very worried

rude manners of employees
NCC Business Services, Inc., in Jacksonville, FL has very rude employees. I know working in the collections arena can be rough at times--especially working with people who have debts go into collections. When I say rude, I'm thinking not compassionate and very cold. They show no flexibility even when a call is placed in advanced. I made a statistical error in mentioning that I was considering bankruptcy--which didn't help matters. They are now considering me a no-contact client. I just tried to call and was hung up on--I wanted to make different payment arrangements on assignment from financial counseling, not bankruptcy. May try again another time.
I would appreciate contact from you--especially if you have any suggestions that might work in my case--or any questions for clarifications.
My e-mail address is [protected]@yahoo.com
thanks!
I agree, this company's employees practically cold-calling at odd hours (weekends and before 9am) is absolutely horrendous. They insisted I was some person I was not, started calling me repeatedly and also calling my family! If you receive calls from these people I suggest that you hang up on the person calling you (who is probably being very aggressive and rude) and then call the number back and speak to the manager. If you're in the same situation I was, this was the only way I could get them to remove my number and my family's numbers from their system.

Harrasing calls at work
NCC Business Services, Inc keeps calling my place of business after I have requested them to halt all calls to that number. I have spoken with them on my personal phone line recently yet they still call my work. Most recently around 10:30am 08/17/09 Daneen called my work # and began screaming (literally) at me about how I owed her client money after I asked...

My issue identical with complaint. Charges were imposed on me by apartments after I moved out. I was never informed of charges as required by landlord / tenant law. They instead turned it over to NCC for collection. I spoke with them at length on many occasions trying to resolve the issue. On three occasions, at my demand, they sent me documentation meant to substantiate the claims. All the documentation was not only nonconclusive, it was non sequiter. None showed that I owed them anything for any reason. One document even showed that the apartments owed me money back on my deposit. NCC's collectors were unphased by this and still persue me relentlessly. I quit answering their calls after one of their collectors became rude, accusatory and profane. He screamed over my voice calling me foul names and filling my ear with obscenities.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Here it goes I had received a letter from ncc saying we owe them 400 plus dollars for a Fairfax county tax bill well the funny this is that in 2015 we payed 200 plus and we never received a bill for 2016 so I called Fairfax county to tell them that we paid 2015 and never got the bill for 2016 and got a letter saying we owe for 400 plus dollers she looked it up and said they never had our new address and we only owe 89.20 for 4 months case closed . This ncc are complete ### and rude to know end .
I moved out of my apartment 2 months prior to my lease being up, I had college kids that lived above me who partied and thrashed around all night. Now I am not old and I like to have fun as well however when my 7 year old son and I are woken up night after night ...it gets old.
I asked to move to a different apartment, there weren't any available according to the front office. Once I woke up to vomit down my balcony I had had enough. I wrote a nice long exit letter to the office and had everything documented as far as pictures and phone logs to security and office, etc...
1 month after I moved I received a collection letter from the Willmark Communities stating I needed to pay my last two months rent...your kidding right? I then called and spoke to a woman who's name I will not disclose here that said she understood completely and would call me back right away, needless to say I never heard back from them. I then followed up with a letter and all documentation and stated that I was absolutely willing to go to small claims if need be. I never once heard from them again, only to find out they had turned my account over to NCC Business Services. I have not received a phone call a letter or anything for that matter. I recently went to finance for a bed for my daughter and learned that my credit score was affected due to an outstanding balance of $5, 800. So on top of them turning my account over to collections they turned it over to a non sufficient collection agency. Isn't the point to collect a balance? How are you to do that when you don't call send statements etc?
My balance if $5, 800? Where in the world did they pull that number from?
This company should be ashamed and embarrassed of themselves. I have every intention of going to court.
This co has called my house looking for my son, 11 time in the last hour and called asking if i knew his girl frends and where to contact him, i was told it my job to give him up or else, i hung up the phone, and they are still calling
I got a call from this NCC Business telling me i owed 900 dollars because my rental property sent me to collections. I did not belive the representative as she was very rude to me and wanted my information over the phone. A year later i see an open account in collections on my credit report for 1123. Is this company legit. Is there something i could to to report them

I would like to organize a class action lawsuit against these people. I just applied for a mortgage only to find out that they hit my credit for over 14, 000 in collections i never heard of. I have contact the BBB but I intend to sue the company for running my credit. Propery pros of jacksonville actually SOLD my social to them for pennies on the dollar and I would like the IRS to AUDIT them and get a paper trail of the federal offenses being committed against people. I am contacting the DA in NY and Florida and the more witnesses I have here the better. I can imagine the fines !
I think it only fair that collection agencies and the companies that hire them should have their credit ratings impacted every time they make a fraudulent claim against a customer. Why don't the 3 credit reporting companies (Equifax, Experian and Transunion) allow consumers to report derogatory information about the companies we do business with or work for? Not to dismiss the BBB, but they unfortunately do not have the power to influence a companies credit worthiness the same way the credit reporting companies have over people who earn pay checks. If a company is a legal entity with the same rights and privileges as a person, then we as potential customers should have access to a companies credit rating before deciding to do business with them. Similarly, if a company we do business with fails to uphold it's end of a contractual agreement, say an insurance company for example, then we should be file a derogatory report against the company. A company would have to fulfill it's contractual agreement in order to have a derogatory report removed from it's credit record. Am I missing something or is it just to simple to apply the same rules uniformly to all legal entities?
NCC stands for Northeast Credit and Collections
Just got off the phone with these idiots. I offered to pay 80 per cent for removal of the debt off of my credit report...then offered 100 per cent. NOPE! What? Are they nuts? They said this can't be done. Well excuse me, but if you put it there, then you can remove it! You think we are all dummies I guess. If they had let me pay them then we could have all walked away happy. As it stands now, it will stay on my credit report and nobody get a dime, and it really won't hurt me much. I just wanted to pay what I knew I owed.
What idiots! lol
Oh, Ms. Lakewood. How foolish of you to think that the company you work for is honest or legitimate. You think consumers are all people who don't like to pay "their" bills! You and your (hang on, I'm still laughing) Associate's degree should really find a real job or maybe go back to school for a degree that can get you one. Believe it or not my dear, some people are victims in these cases, but you and your judgemental coworkers think you have everything all figured out. All you know is that you are being forced to collect and the more you do, the more you get, and you don't care about anything else. I'll bet if it was another situation where something horrible happened to you, and you had to resolve the issue with a company yourself afterward and they didn't listen to you or care about YOU, you'd probably be less inclined to make arrangements. It's people and companies like you/yours that are making everyone in general more miserable, distrusting, and overall morally challenged just for a few bucks from a lameass job. Good luck sleeping at night! I'll say a prayer for you poor people.
