Nectar Sleep review: Nectar mattress and sleep bundle refund

Purchased a mattress and sleep bundle from them because it offered a full refund and free return if it doesn’t work out up to a year. Right away I knew I could not use it. I am an elderly lady with arthritis and I could not get in and out of this mattress. You get stuck on it and it takes a lot of strength. So after being force to wait the 30 days I called. Sent pictures of mattress and unopened sleep bundle. Was approved for return. They said I hear from sharetown to pick up the items. Received message they got the request and after a few days or so the messaged me saying they had no one in my area to pick them up. I was given three options. I took pictures and did as requested and sent them what they asked for. Got email saying they received my request and to give them a day at least to get back to me. After 3 days I sent a message wonder what was going on. I haven’t received a response yet. So now I still have no refund and I have no mattress and sleep bundle as it is now gone according to the instructions I followed. I want my money back already!
