I would like to complain about a shockiing service that my Mom who is an old lady of 88 years was disrespected by A certain lady who brought food to her and just decided to throw a tray at her without saying a thing.I am really disappointed with this kind of service.This incident happened today (11/01/2020) at around 17h00.She needs to be disciplined
