I been using Netevia for my credit cards, but I switched to another company in July
I been using Netevia for my credit cards, but I switched to another company in July . Since then, I've been trying to cancel my contract, but they keep saying they can't find my account. However, they keep taking money from my bank account every month through direct debit. I've called and emailed them, but I'm not getting anywhere. This company is a big problem, and there's no one to talk to except to take my money. They have my account number, but they can't locate it to cancel it. Can you please help me resolve this as soon as possible? Thanks.

Netevia is a company that I wouldn't recommend. I've been using them for over 2 years and at first, everything was fine. We didn't have a contract and they promised not to increase any fees. However, after a year, they started adding fees every month. When I tried to discuss these unreasonable fees with the salesman, they wouldn't answer my calls. When I disputed a payment, they didn't help me and I lost $260. They charged me during the pandemic from April to September , even though I had no income for my small business during that time. I called them numerous times to stop charging my account, but they never did. The most frustrating part was that they wouldn't answer my calls. When they finally did, I asked for my money back or to cancel my account in July. They refunded me from April to July in August, but then charged me $65.95 in August and $49.95 in September. They finally sent me a cancellation form in September, which I signed, but they still wanted payment for September. I had to dispute the August and September payments with my bank, but then the processing company, First Data, put me in collections for owing them $49.95 plus a $100 collection fee. I still haven't received my $65 back from August. These crooks are not fun to deal with! I'm going to file a ComplaintsBoard.com complaint against them, which includes Payment Club, Unified Payment, and First Data.

I been tryna cancel my service for like 6 months now. Every time I call, I gotta sit on hold for hours. They said they gonna give me my money back but they never do. This company don't wanna cancel my service. I filled out forms and faxed them in, and still had to sit on hold for hours just to talk to someone. They finally cancelled my account but they ain't give me back the money they charged me for months I didn't even use the service.

I got a call from the risk department on 07/10/2022 asking for invoices for some transactions I did. They said they were auditing my account, which was okay with me. But then, they got the invoices and the risk supervisor told me that another company said I was a fraud company. So, I sent statements from the merchant I used to use. Finally, she said we could continue to do business, but they would hold the *** dollars I processed in reserve and charge me an extra 5% reserve on top of the 10% I was already paying. I can only process *** in the account. Now, they held 2 more of *** from 07/18/2022 and 07/19/2022 because I received a chargeback. I want my funds that were verified from 07/010/2022 amount of *** and on 07/08/2022 amount of ***. Paperwork was submitted and the hold was released, but the risk department put it in reserve instead of releasing it to my account. This company is stealing from me and others. Please release my money and return it to me. This account was a 100% MOTO, and you guys knew this from the beginning. In 3 months, I've only had 2 chargebacks. Something has to be done! Why do small business owners like this? When I called them, they said the hold was still there from the ninth of July, but the risk department lifted the hold and told me I could continue to process under the guidelines I stated earlier. What's going on with this company?

Netevia is a great alternative to other credit card companies that are cruel to small businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic. I had a bad experience with Unified Payment, which was a crook. I used them for more than 2 years, and the first year was fine. However, they started adding fees every month after one year, even though we had no contract and they agreed not to increase any fees. When I tried to discuss the unreasonable fees they added to my account, the salesman wouldn't answer my calls. When my customers disputed payments, they wouldn't help me out, and I lost $260. They also charged me during the pandemic, even though I had no income for my small business. I called them numerous times to stop charging my account, but they never did. They also wouldn't answer my calls, which was frustrating. When I asked for my money back and canceled my account, they refunded me for April-July but kept charging me in August and September. They finally sent me a cancellation form in September, but they still wanted payment for September. I disputed the charges with my bank, but First Data put me in collections and said I owed them $49.95 plus a $100 collection fee. I didn't owe them anything, but they waived the collection fee and still wanted me to pay $49.95. I told them I would pay by check but would file a ComplaintsBoard.com complaint to get my money back. I am filing a ComplaintsBoard.com complaint against Payment Club, Unified Payment, and First Data Merchant Service. I don't really understand their relationship, but I am against Unified Payment and want my money back ($115.85).

My biz was closed in May , but Unified Payment LLC still charged me until Jan 2020. Salesman said I only need 15 days notice to cancel, but they charged me from June to Sept 2019. I called them, but they hung up on me. After closing my bank account, I got a letter from a collection company saying I owed $656.04. I called Unified Payment LLC, they said my account didn't close until Jan 2020. I sent proof, but they said I have to pay $380 to save my account. They said I didn't return the credit machine, but I already sent it back. I offered to buy a new one, but they said no. I want my money back and bills cancelled.
