I bought my son the newest and supposedly the best Nike cleats force savage black in size 12 US UPC [protected] the inside arch seams on the outside of shoes have ripped out and there is no longer any support there. We are very disappointed in the quality of these expensive cleats and would appreciate a replacement pair.

I bought the shoes for school on 7/7/18 my son started school on 8/27/18 and by the first day of school the velcro didnt stick and now not even a month thru school year we had to buy him new shoes. I am just very upset cause they were expensive and for them not to even last a month. I had always liked nike this has being the only item that its not to NIKE's standards just wanted to let u guys know. Thank you Violeta Gonzalez

Recently, the apparent mental pygmy running your company decided hiring an inept pile of garbage like colin kaepernick to represent your brand was a good idea. It wasn't. Your good for nothing, liberal pile of dog [censored] ceo has made it perfectly clear that nike sides with those who care nothing for this great nation of ours - nothing!

With returning a pair of faulty Nike Lunarepic low flyknit runners (size 10) i was recommended swapping with the nike zoom vomero 13 (also size 10), after returning home with the shoes to exercise, almost rolling my ankle i realized they were too big for my feet and i was recommended the wrong size. I'm not sure as to why this is as the previous shoes i owned were the same size. When i was sold the first pair of shoes i was recommended a size 10 as they were a smaller fit, usually i am a size 9. With the 2nd replacement pair being recommended being a size 10 too, why do they not fit my feet? Are the shoes different designs with slightly different sizing? if so then this should be told to the consumer. I tried returning my shoes to the Nike Wollongong store and was refused a replacement for a smaller size because i had already worn them BUT i did not know they were too big until i wore them to exercise, almost seriously damaging my ankle. I am very disappointed with the staff at Nike, they did not advise me on the right shoe and now i am without a pair of runners.

I just purchased these shoes (pictures attached) for my son less than 2 weeks ago for the new school year. They already have a tear in them. We are disappointed with the quality - we are a NIKE family - and now I'm unsure if we would purchase NIKE again.
I would appreciate either a refund or a new pair of shoes (men's size 9 1/2).
We purchased them from Sports Check in Brandon MB Canada - where we always shop for shoes. I did not talk to them - as I've noted that they seem to defer customer complaints to the Company.

Our American flag is a symbol of our shared values as Americans. It and our national anthem are the key symbols of our national unity. They must be respected in order to foster respect for our values and unite as a nation, despite the fact that many of us were not even born here and have strong cultural ties to other countries.

To feature in your ads a man that has used our flag to advance before an audience of millions around the world his personal agenda of complaints is absolutely shocking and wrong. You have lost our family as investors and as excellent customers. You owe Americans an apology.

I am ashamed of Nike for its recent ad campaign endorsing an NFL player kneeling during the national anthem. Especially referring to his "sacrifice ". When a football player sacrifices his life for our freedom it will be OK to use that word in relation to our national anthem. When freedom to be disrespectful to your country is highly insulting and denigrating to our military who have sacrificed then is the time to consider not rewarding such disrespect. I will never purchase a Nike product again and I will destroy the Nike products I have. I am too ashamed to be associated with Nike.

I wish that Nike would drop your sponsorship of Serena Williams. Her meltdown during the 2018 US Open Final this past weekend was beyond disgraceful, completely unprofessional, and totally unsportsmanlike. She completely ruined the victory for her opponent. This is not the first time Serena crossed the line and behaved poorly. She is not a role model for athletes. She does not deserve to be sponsored by Nike. It's never too late to do the right thing. #dropserena

I bought nike air max sequent2. 3 months ago I do not have my receipt paid over $120 for them my right shoe blew out a friend of mine had the same problem same side I love nike shoes this is the first problem I've had. store in pier park Panama city Florida would NOT exchange for a different pair please do something your shoes are comfortable thank you and God bless Shane

Nike has now confirmed that it is the subversive entity to America's values by making Kaepernick the new face of nike, he is a manufactured political thug with no constitution who is not good enough to play in the NFL! I thought nike only embraced winners in their respective sports? But nike has now embraced their pathetic hyper-political stance and have replaced winners with worthless thugs whose only wanton desire is to desecrate and disrespect our flag and our country! Choosing an absolute imbecile like Kaepernick who REFUSED TO VOTE only further galvanizes our right as American's
right to boycott nike!

I have a Nike Sportswatch GPS and see that the model has been discontinued and is no longer supported.

I have loved this watch and feel really upset and let down by NIKE

What can NIKE do to help me move into a new model ?

I invested the money in the sports watch in good faith and would like to be offered an alternative solution/offer/watch - if i am to continue to support and recommend the brand.

Any company that would cause anymore division in this country than we already have which ultimately causes more anger and rage is not a company I can support! I have always LOVED your products and have bought them for my entire family of 6 as well as friends and loved ones on holidays and birthdays. I will no longer be buying your product! Hope you can see fit to change your mind on this issue and choose instead to bring our country together by creating a new ad campaign doing just that!

The message of the add would be have been valuable had you chosen ANY other athlete or person to deliver it. To have a man who disrespects our law enforcement and the American flag deliver it and then to have the flag waving behind him in the add, could not be more insulting. I was happy to return over $700 dollars worth of Nike products yesterday. Moving forward, IF my family has a choice, we will NOT choose Nike.

I was at the store shopping when I felt as I had stepped on something which was causing me to walk side ways it felt like, I looked to see under my shoes and saw nothing had gotten stuck to the bottom. After looking multiple times i figured out that the bubble (air) on the sole had popped which was causing me to walk sideways. I'm not asking that i get a new pair of shoes but i would like to get them fixed as i love using them to run and exercise and have not had them long. PLEASE HELP?

we had id soccer cleats made and waited 4 weeks got them and within 5 days the bottoms fell off - had to fight with Nike to get a replacement pair that I had to pay for but they will reimburse me for the pair I have to return since the bottom is off. No special discount or im so sorry you spend a lot of money with us we will replace the pair for free nothing. horrible customer service.

on 8/1 a fraudulent charge of 310.29 was on my bank account and I called Nike customer service to report an unauthorized use of my card by someone other than me. They took my email address and said to expect to be contacted by their payment review people within 10 BUSINESS days. Those days passed and no contact. So I called again and again they took my information and said they would mark my request as urgent since no one contacted me. Still I have had no contact from anyone from the company to resolve the issue with the unauthorized use of my card. I want them to follow-up and refund my money since I didn't make the purchase and they should figure out who made a purchase using the stolen card number. I guess they don't really care. They got their money from my bank. I could say I shouldn't have used my bank card to make a purchase BUT I DIDN'T! SOMEONE STOLE MY CARD NUMBER AND USED IT TO PURCHASE FROM NIKE. They don't care to make it right with me. Be wary. They say they care but it is all lip service. Just like their ad campaign.

It is a disgrace to the American working person that you would choose him for your 30 yr ad campaign for Just Do It. He has disgragraced our national anthem and all it stands for. So now you have in essence done the same thing. He chose the wrong platform to air his concern...our national anthem was not the time or place for that. Shame on you Nike for signing him to your campaign. As for me and my hard earned American dollar it will no longer be spent with Nike. I know many hard working Americans that are following suit!

I am writing in response to your new commercial showcasing Colin Kaepernick, I am floored by the lack of respect you have given our service members! All he has sacrificed is money, not a limb, a loved one or a life! How about you be part of the solution and bring people together not enhance the problem by further separating people! Encourage people to go back to their schools and talk to students support teachers and encourage tolerance! Put your money and power into encouraging us to believe in each other instead of posing us against one another! JUST DO IT!

Obviously, your more interested in social appearance than business. It's constitutionally wrong to protest on company time. As an employee. You cannot protest during the course of your job. Look it up. Football is about entertainment, a relief from day to day struggles. Because of your political social attempt to sway the viewing public, I'll not be making any futher purchases from your company.

I just watched the Kapernick ad and will not be purchasing any further nike products from a company that supports this type of action and decisiveness in what was a great sport. I want to support companies that supply a good product and give good servic. I an age of political turmoil anyhow, just play the game. I is really unfortunate to watch. This is going to make me get rid of my kids stuff with Nike as well as any that I have myself. Just make a good product.
