Hello, I have recently purchase a toddler nike sandal at kohl in Fremont California
the number found on a receipt is = [protected]
I am disappointed because my it stinks like feet after my son has not even worn it 3 times.
Now it is awful smell, and my son never had any issue with other sandals.
The sandal smells itself and mind you it is still new.
I was wondering if you guys know why?

On August 3rd I noticed an unauthorized charge for 149.77 from Nike.com on my bank account. I immediately call Nike that morning and filed an unauthorized claim. The representative told me they stopped the shipment, there will be an investigation and that I would receive an email within 10 days. I called back on 8/6/18 to check the status and the representative told me that my claim is still open and that nike will contact me through email with an update. I just called today which is 8/10/18 and the representative told me he couldn't find a claim under my email address. I am in shock! I cannot BELIEVE the mishandling of my claim! This is a lot of money from a single mother with 2 children. I need to be compensated for my funds immediately! My account was hacked and the lack of carelessness from Nike is disgusting. I would think this is something you would handle with better care. I'm very dissapointed in Nike. I had to re do the claim ticket all over again! I'm really curious to know what happened to my claim? I bought these shoes about 4 months ago but i have only worn them for about 3 weeks for practice and there is already a hole in the bottom of each and the bottoms are all messed up. This is the second pair of nike pair of shoes that have gotten a hole in them. But on the bottom. I'm very disappointed in the quality of this product that I paid a lot of money for. I doubt I'll be buying nike shoes ever again. Too expensive for what they give.

I purchased a nike hoodie from jcpenney. When I washed it the day after it was purchased I notice some black marks on it so I tried to wash it again and the black marks are still there. I wouldn't have expected this from nike. I also purchased a nike shirt but no black marks appeared on the shirt. I would really like a refund on this horrible hoodie which was a $60 hoodie.

I live in New Zealand and I purchased 4 pairs of Nike soldiers for my boy when I went to the USA a few months back . Within 2 weeks of playing in 2 different pairs the plastic clips broke. I got the shoes for side ankle support but now the clips are broken you can't pull the Valerie straps up. The shoes were expensive but lasted 2 weeks only - is this normal ?

I have been playing in Nike cleats for the last 5 years. I finally found my ideal cleat for ultimate frisbee in your Hypervenom Phelon (lower price point because I don't need the external touch details the way a soccer player does). I appreciated that you had a unique women's line that fit my feet well, and cleats that lasted over the course of a full season.

As my third pair of these cleats begins to break down, I started searching for a new pair of cleats. I was HIGHLY disappointed to find that you seem to have discontinued offering women's cleats, and have moved toward "unisex" cleats. The majority of the cleats offered on your website under "women's cleats, " appear to be unisex, as they all have a men's size offered first.

I've also searched plenty of other websites in search of Nike women's cleats (Dick's Sporting Goods, soccer.com, zappos.com, soccerworld.com), to no avail. My only options seem to be on sale/discount/overstock sites where they MAY have my size.

My teammate mentioned the same problem, when she walked into a Nike flagship store in Georgetown, asked for women's cleats, and was directed to the men's department, despite myriad advertising featuring faces of the USWNT.

My frame is different than a men's frame, which leads to a difference in how shoes fit, as well as where the support is needed. Also, I'm a woman with small feet, which means the vast majority of men's cleats are too large for me.

It's hard for me to understand why you would have abandoned the market for women's cleats, when soccer is one of the most popular women's sports in the US (https://fivethirtyeight.com/features/why-is-the-u-s-so-good-at-womens-soccer/). Perhaps you'll answer by saying you've focused on the higher end cleat market: that's great, but soccer is also one of the most common sports for elementary-aged girls and teen girls to play, the majority of whom are not buying elite level cleats. When I search "Best women's cleats, " the lists are now skewed nearly entirely to Adidas, or list cleats that are no longer available from you. (here, here, and here).

Finding women's cleats has always been a challenge, both in selection and availability, but now you've made it significantly harder. If I have missed seeing where your women's product lines are available (specifically the mid-tier products), please redirect me so I can find a new pair of cleats.

Yesterday I purchased Nike items and as I open socks a piece of paper fell out. In large print it said lies, actually I will attach a picture.

I have two children and all three of us wear nike clothes, soccer gear, and accessories. I am concerned that someone within your employees are responsible for this propaganda. While we love your products I personally buy 2-3 pairs of sneakers a year just for myself. With all of the major things happening in the world the last thing we need to worry about is the products we love to buy.

Please take this email seriously! A lot of people are very offended within one small piece of paper.

I bought these shoes March 3 2018 at Nike in Tampa Florida. I gave 85.59 for them. I only wear them about 2 times a week and have not abused them in any way. I only wear them for off hours so I do not work in them. On August 3 2018 the air pocket busted as I was walking to my hotel. I was walking normal and nothing poked them or scratch them in any way. We live in the united states, nike is not in the states? Kohls cannot do anything its been 30 days as of yesterday so now what you can't replace them?

My daughter and I bought a pair of Nike sandals to take on vacation with us we ended up basically not wearing them very often. Both are pairs of shoes the right one the material that goes between your toes is basically ripping apart we don't do any heavy walking or shuffling or walking in areas where might cause stress on the shoes the left shoes are fine they're both the right shoe. We were wondering if Nike was now selling inferior items as we are very upset as we did pay $29 for each pair and are now both in need of new shoes. I would like to know if Nike is going to stand behind their product and possibly give us a refund to buy new ones that are in better condition hopefully better made then the pair that we got from Kohl's. I am enclosed two pictures of what my shoes look like if you want pictures of hers also I can do the same. I've never come across this issue with Nike shoes so hopefully it was just some glitch in the manufacturing and Nike will stand behind their product and get us our replacement shoes.

My strap on the back of my hurache snapped. I called because I wanted to see if something could be done. I was told to tell them the date on the inside. Which I did and then they proceeded to tell me the process to send them back. I paid to send them, checked the box they told me to check only for them to get my sneakers and deny the claim. Terrible

My son bought this tennis shoes about 3weeks ago at a footlocker. He went to put them on and the finger tab on the back shredded. Seems to be poor quality to not last longer than that. He loved the shoes but is very disappointed that he paid a lot and they did not last very long. He has hardly worn them and said he was not going to buy another pair of nikes again. I have submitted photos. They are a size 8 and I really think shoes should be replaced.

I bought these shoes from a vendor over here naming FSOCIETY, this retailer has many brands including NIKE .
I bought NIKE SB CROC LEATHER from there costing me 9000/- pkr. These shoes have turned out to be an disaster in just 4 months. Iam a regular nike user and have 2 more pairs which i purchased from dubai and thailand they are just perfect . But this shoe is just of no use the material is just coming out and it seems like a local shoe it is tearing apart from front .
Kindly help me . Exchange this for me or repair .

I've been observing lately place like China city in Johannesburg, small Street, marabastad in Pretoria and even on Facebook people are selling fake Nike stuff and I'm worried about the amount of fake Nike stuff that is on the street lately, what are you doing about this issue? I have had a pair of these Nikes for sometime and always felt like I was walking lopsided in the left shoe. Upon looking into the problem, I found that the insole looked like it belonged in the right shoe. The instep part of the insole was on the outside of my foot instead of by my instep. I finally had to stop wearing them because that really bothered my walking in these. I will have to think twice about buying Nikes again.

I am very upset with this reply from Nike about my product and I would like to speak with further authority for my product. The issue Nike has claimed on my product is false and is not the cause of my rip. A metal stud ripped through my cleat very easily and fractured my toe. My cleat is a 300 dollar product and I would like it to be Inspected further. This is a very upsetting response on Nike's behalf and I would really appreciate it if Nike will inspect my cleat further so that I can continue shopping at Nike as usual. On June 3rd, I bought one mens training pants (Model no. [protected]) at Nike Factory Store on 6149 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. I liked the joggers so much that i came back to the same store and bought another one. I was on vacation and after my return to Brazil i machined washed both pants, and for my surprise the fabric got several small fabric balls (not sure how to call that), something like really old pants. Is that normal? After the first wash, i can't use this pants anymore. The fabric looks really poor quality. i tried to contact customer service in brazil, but they don't do anything since it was bought in the US. Ideally i would like a money refund (27, 97USD x 2 Pants ) or a similar product that could be delivered by a local nike store.

I have sent in my son's Nike Soccer shoes I have spent $310.00 as they were defective and was approved by Nike for a refund but it has been over 3 weeks now with Nike Philipines folks giving me the runaround that the FINANCE Team will contact you which no one has.

This customer service is absolutely horrible - it has been a month my son does not have his soccer shoes and we are out $310.00!

We bought a pair of Nike Air shoes for my son on April 15, 2018. He wore them to school and attended PE classes once a week. By the end of May, the sole of each pair had worn out. He did not wear them to any specific sports training such as football or basketball. We took the shoes back to the store and they sent them to the headquarters, but after inquiry we were told that there was nothing wrong with the material used for the production of the shoes. I really can not understand how a pair of sports shoes can wear out in such a short amount of time. This will be the last piece of product we have bought from Nike brand.
