Never received my full order
I ordered 3 items from Nine West online 3 weeks ago and I only received one item from my order list. I have contacted customer service via phone call twice, taken to twitter and instagram in hopes of getting a response, and via email. I have yet to get any information on when my items will ship. I will never order anything from this company again. The Warehouses do not full-fill orders that are placed online. It's not just that I never received the items, its the fact that I can't even get a response from customer service to resolve the issue. I am now going through my bank to get Nine West to refund my money. I wanted the shoes I ordered for an event, that has now passed. I could have purchased something else, somewhere else.
I wan't a full refund and for the president of the company: Joel Oblonsky, to actually take a look into how online orders are being handled. He needs to look into why warehouse workers are not full-filling orders and clearly adjust management at that level. Someone, somewhere needs to do their jobs.

Poor Quality Zipper
Tried on a pair of boots today size 6.5 at Khols around 5pm on Nov 12, 2022.
First I tried on the right boot, I noticed to myself the zipper was a bit tough to first move and just didn't zip smoothly. The boot was nice looking and I decided to then try on the left shoe to take a proper walk in the pair, however that was foiled by a faulty zipper on the left boot.
The handle on the boot zipper broke on the way up and the zipper got stuck. I had to have a manager come over with office tools ( scizzors and a staple remover) to ease the zipper open.
Sadly, I did not make a boot purchase today. I would have loved the boots honestly. In person they were my style and ordering online isn't something I like to do because of mishaps.
I did not ask if they had the same size available. I was disappointed in the cost for the quality as I only chose those boots because they were fashionable looking.
Desired outcome: I just have a recommendation, that the metals in the zipper be stronger for pulling.
Jewelry quality and customer service
I bought a beautifull jewlery watch from your company, and fir some wierd reason its color came off even though I abviosly didnt shower with it and took it of before washing hands. I was very suprised because I realy like yiur jewlery.
I have life time warranty on the watch so I called up the phone number I was givin and they gave me a number that fixes nine west watches nearest to my location - israel. I called up the number I was givin and they said they dont take care of nine west watches. 3 times I went over the same process of calling back your company, waiting for an israeli number and being disapointed! Its been a mknth in a half that I am trying to get my watch fixed! I dont see any reason to call you guys again and try to get a number, I hope you guys can fix the situation and fix my watch because this is very unprofessional of your company and very disapointing to me as a costomer of nine west.

Nine west black raffy dress sandal
I purchased Nine West black dress sandals a few years ago from Macys. They were worn only a few times. The outsole is like new. I wore the sandals to a summer event in August 2022. During the event, I noticed every step I took the lining of the shoe was peeling and dropping on the floor. The outer black leather was also peeling. The next day, I called Nine West customer service. I was placed on hold for 45 minutes, 2 different times and then disconnected. I filed a written complaint. There response was to take the shoes back to Macys because they have insurance that will cover the problem.
Macys told me that the shoes exceeded their 45 day return policy. I again emailed Nine West about my shoes falling apart and the poor workmanship in September 2022. I still have not received a reply. Please help
Desired outcome: I paid 40.00 for these shoes. I am requesting the money I paid.
Hand bag
I am writing to make a complaint about a handbag I purchase in Dubai in May 2022. I only used the bag once and handle came apart. I returned to Dubai in Sept with the bag and the customer service I experienced in your Mall of Emirates store left a lot of be desired. The store managers attitude was terrible.
I now have a hand bag I cannot use and seem to be getting nowhere trying to make a complaint or get come back on this.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund for the faulty goods which I received.

Hello I want a refund, I do not want e card. I bought two of the same shoes seperatly. The one pair I wore one time and the back of my ankle was red & cut up & painful.
The other pair I got a extended return for was white so I did not get to those first. I dont want any future products from 9 west. Why would you want a customer to wear a product they absolutely are unpleased with and hate.

Shoes & booties
I have been a purchaser of Nine West Shoes, Boots and Bags for many years. I have almost alwasy been happy with the quality, confort and style. I never wear any of my shoes or boots with socks, stockings, knee hights or sockets. My last two purchases, a patterned fabric pump and a nubuck suede bootie and both products have linings that have peeled away. It has affectec my opinion of your products and hope you might correct this issue.
Desired outcome: I would like to know that if this is an ongoing issue, that your company has addressed and dealt with it. I have worn both pairs, so I do not expect a refund.
Beautiful red nine west purse
I purchased a beautiful, fairly expensive red Nine West Handbag at Macy's at Christmas in 2020 and I hardly use it except for special occasions. I notice when I went pull it out of its box that the straps are fraying and peeling... is this real leather? And, why did this happen so quickly! Doesn't anyone guarantee their handbags any longer?
I realize leather will fray... its the nature of the beast by the way we handle our handbags with the clothes they rub up against. But so soon? I just want to know if it can be Kote repaired or do I need to take it to a leather repairshop.
Desired outcome: I would like to know if it can be repaired with Kote or not? I seriously doubt this is leather..could you let me know before I repair it and damage it further!

I bought a purse in July only started using it a few months ago started to come apart Kohls won't exchange it as defective since over there return time nine west said I had to return to Kohls so no one is making this exchange.
Inside lining of boots peeling
I bought a pair of nine west soft leather boots. I recently wore them for the first time about three weeks ago and noticed that there were little specs of material all over my pants and socks. When I did more research, I noticed the inside lining of the shoe was peeling. This is happening in both sides of the shoe. I have never had this happen to any of my boots before and this is unacceptable service by nine west. I would like to get this resolved ASAP.

Handbag, leather falling off everywhere
Embarrassing me at work! Today is the first day I've used my new Nine West handbag. Bright blue leather. Leather is peeling and flaking off all over the place. Of course, it's bright blue, so coworkers keep asking what the mess on the floor / chair / tabletop is. Flakes just falling, falling, falling off of leather purse.
Desired outcome: Stop selling fake leather that doesn't even make it past the first day of use!
No shoes, no money and no resolve
This has been an AWFUL! Experience. I pre-ordered shoes on 8/10/2021 that were supposed to be shipped 9/3/2021. Decided I didn't want shoes and tried to cancel order on website 8/23/2021. Could not cancel. Called to speak with customer service rep. Was on hold for over 20 minutes. Finally go a person and he could not cancel order. Was told I had to wait until I received merchandise and then return it. There is a "restocking fee" UNBELIEVABLE! But they were going to do me a favor and waive the fee! How freaking generous! Fast forward to today 9/9/2021 no shoes! Called again to speak with rep, on hold for 15 minutes, only to have rep inform me that the merchandise's shipping date has been pushed back to 9/15/21. I received no updates on this order. Was told system can not send updates only when item is sent out for delivery. ABSOLUTELY LAST TIME I WILL PURCHASE FROM NINEWEST! The worse experience I've had buying online. I've literally given away $80. Nothing to show for it.

Crossover purse
I purchased a leather purse a while back. It was a crossover body red purse with zippers. All of a sudden, it is peeling all over the place. I would've thought it would be leather and it wouldn't actually peel. Is there anything I can do about this or can I return it or exchange it for another one? We received 9W emails of discounts but at the time to place the order the website don't work. We call to customer service line and the problem was that the company don't send anymore package to PR. On the website has option to send to Puerto Rico, but they said that 9W is no longer send to PR. We are US territory but not for send package.
Very disappointed. The option is you have any family on the mainland then send the package to them and resend from US to PR.

Placed order online on 10/09/19, selected 1 day delivery for $30.00 Per Nine west Site. Item was not delivered until 10/14 at night. Service I paid for was not rendered and thus I did not get shoes in time for my event. I need to return both items and I am being charged a restocking fee. I should not be charged a restocking fee. We are both located in tristate and even if it was shipped UPS ground.. normally the delivery is the next day. Nine West needs to update their web site with real time delivery options. They advertise and charge a high fee for 1 day delivery ($30) and they cannot deliver. I should not be charged restocking fee for their bad behavior. I should be given a full refund and not be charge restocking fee. In my opinion this is "highway robbery".

Dear Sir,
I bought a Sandal from Nine West Muhallab Kuwait, around one year ago, I wore it Ocassionally, as it is high heal.I found the sandal get damaged by it self from down. I went to the shop they said it is old that why it is damaged, if you see the photos you will know that i didn't use it that much, and it was not cheap to be damage that quick.
The manager told me he will send Email to UAE office about the case, and if they accept to repair it, it will be on my coast. This is not acceptable from shop like NIne west, as i am a regular customer. Please i need a solution.

pair of nine west boots

I purchased a pair of black leather boots from your outlet in Debenham's Lakeside in December 2018; they were a Christmas present. I did not start wearing them until Christmas Day so only just over 4 months ago.
I am very disappointed with the quality of these boots. They have literally fallen apart. The design of the boots has two straps on the outer side of the boot. One of the straps broke on the right foot boot and the soles have already worn through. I have purchased footwear many times and have not experienced anything like this.

Hi, firstly I would like to say that I have always bought Nine West products but the last 2 bags that I bought I noticed the leather starts to peel off within a few months.
I am really disappointed with the quality of the product because I save for months to buy these bags which are very expensive and for This to happen within months of purchasing them I am really upset. I think that if you are not going to use good quality materials to make these products then don't sell them at ridiculous prices.

I've have 5 pairs of shoes by nine west that the heel or sole have completely come off and one pair the leather is peeling away from the shoe. I did not think anything of it until the third pair that I got rid of that I noticed it is only happening with Nine west brand. I have a lot of shoes and from various shoe makers and this problem is not with the other brands. I've have been buying nine west for over 25 years and noticed the quality of the products is not at the same standard as they were in the past and has become very poorly made.
Today was a bad day and I could have really hurt myself when walking and the platform completely came apart from my boot.
Don't trust wearing my other nine west shoes and boots and would not even push them off on anyone else because they are a hazard just waiting to happen. I've spent thousands of dollars on this brand and will not be buying anyone and will let others know to be aware.
