I placed an order, instead of filling/shipping it I later get an email that I need to provide a vin#. I did that, then a day or 2 later I get an invoice asking for significantly more money because of a "price increase". Never again. I'll find another infiniti parts source for my business, I quoted the customer and sold the job already and now I would need to tell the customer it's more? No thanks. Stay away from this clown show site.

I've ordered some parts from NissanPartsDeal website and it took forever to get my items. First of all they sent my package to the wrong address, then I had to waste a lot of time to figure out where my order was. I also tried to get a refund but they refused and said that was not possible since my order was already shipped and delivered! Yes, of course, delivered!
They said that if I wanted to get a refund I was suppose to ship everything back first. It took me a long time but in the end I found my parcel and I was lucky that the person who received it was a nice guy and helped me out.
NissanPartsDeal is the most ridiculous and super unprofessional company you can ever imagine! They did nothing to hep me and I had to deal with everything on my own!
