I was happy to hear that, so I placed my order online. However, after a week, I didn't get any update from them, so I had to reach out to them. They then told me that more than half of the parts were out of stock. I had to call them back three times before I spoke to someone who knew what they were doing. This employee verified that the parts were in stock with their distributor.
I finally received my first delivery of the parts that Ss396/ground up had in their warehouse. However, when I opened the package, I noticed that two items were missing from the packing slip. I had to contact them again, and they told me that the remainder of the order would ship in 3-4 weeks from dynacorn direct, even though they were supposed to be in stock. I waited for over 4 weeks and had to reach out to them again. They came back with another 3-4 weeks with no explanation or apology.
I have never received such bad customer service from an automotive parts company before, especially on a $4500 order. It was really frustrating to deal with them, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

After requesting to speak with a manager, I finally spoke with Kim who informed me that the parts I ordered weren't even in stock and that there was an error at the warehouse.
Kim instructed me to ship the incorrect parts back using the provided shipping label and to call back once they received the parts to receive a refund. I followed her instructions and shipped the parts back, but was surprised to find out that I had to wait 1-2 weeks for them to receive and inspect the parts before I could receive a refund. After waiting ten long days, I got an update from them that the items will be sent fourteen days after. Well, that sounded steep but I stayed hopeful. I mean, these are premium products, right? But just when I thought things couldn't get worse, they did! I called after the waiting period and guess what? The item was now on back-order. They told me that it will now be sent out on July 14th, I mean holy cow!
It was so frustrating to have to wait so long for something I really had my heart set on. I could have spent my money somewhere else and I could have got it a whole lot quicker and the worst part is that they didn’t even offer me any incentive for the trouble I had to go through.

I have been dealing with Ss396 for almost three months now and it has been a real struggle. I ordered a complete interior kit which included door panels. However, I was not informed that the door panels were on backorder. When I asked about them, they said they had sent me an email about it, which I never received.
They told me that the door panels should be in within a week or so and that they would send them directly to me. That was six weeks ago and I still haven't received them. They now say they will be in around June 16th, 2021. I had a deadline to deliver the car by June 1st, which is why I ordered the kit back in February.
I am very disappointed in this company and will not be purchasing from them again. I would rather pay more and be sure to get my items than order from them and not receive them. To make matters worse, they still show the items as being in stock until you order them and then they tell you they are on backorder, all while keeping your money.

I was charged almost $2,500 on my credit card and received confirmation that all parts had been shipped. But after 6 days, I inquired about my order and was informed by an employee that it hasn't shipped yet. Upon checking, two of the parts I ordered were actually not available.
To make things worse, the customer service representative I spoke with had a lack of concern regarding the mess up. When I asked about the shipping charges, he told me it would stay the same and that he couldn't do anything about it. He just brushed off my concern about two major parts missing and their company's mistake. I asked to speak to a manager, talked to a customer care lady, and got a $140 shipping discount. But I still had to order other parts from somewhere else and pay a minimum of $250 due to oversized shipping size.
I already received confirmation about the shipment of all parts, but two of my orders were left out and now it would cost me more. It took 10 more days to get my refund on my credit card. So, naturally, I contacted their customer service to see if I could exchange it. They told me to call the shipping company and gave me an hour to ship it back. So I did, and I even paid for the shipping myself because I really needed that harness.

They are pretty nice when youre first dealing with them but after that they dont really wanna work with you. their so called "three day policy" puts you in a situation where if you dont get all the parts you need, you cant put your ride together. i wont buy from them again, theres just too many places out there with better service. all i wanted was the parts that i ordered. i even offered to send back the duplicated parts but i was just told that thats just how they roll and thats their policy. i sent them pictures of what i got but they just didnt wanna help me out more.
