I am a customer from Greece, who originally wanted to ask about a defective product received twice in a row. However, the greek Nivea website (https://www.nivea.gr/#layer=contact-us) is non-functional - despite filling in all the fields (even the non-required ones), I still get the message "Please fill out the necessary fields". It also does not show which fields I supposedly did not fill out. I even made an account in hopes that would help (it didn't). I've also tried different browsers/devices, without result.
The customer support number is also non-functional.
Lastly -and I wonder if it is in accordance with GDPR - when I was creating an account on your website it was mandatory to consent to receiving marketing emails, from which, I could supposedly opt out later from my account's setting. However, when I opted out of those settings, I simply wouldn't save them.
In order words, I signed up for more ads, without ever resolving my issue.
