I have been riding NJ Transit for many years now and I only have one complaint. Most of your drivers are polite and courteous, all except ONE This gentleman is the polar opposite of what I have mentioned. For one, in the evenings I wait at the bus stop on 69th St and BLVD East at 9:46pm. This bus driver never stops right at the stop, he makes everyone walk, he does it to everyone in all stops, he's very rude, slams on the brakes and jerks everyone on the bus... I know many other drivers don't do this because I ride NJ Transit all the time to get into the city. The numbers on the bus are 48670 and 7848 . Please take and corrective measures to resolve the bus drivers behavior .

This driver was completely rude to me. He yelled at me saying it was the last stop. I wasn't aware and confused it was my first time taking the 80 in jersey city so I asked him which bus I should take and every single word that came out of his mouth was with a attitude. I was simply asking for directions and he was not helpful what so ever. This isn't the first time I experienced a rude disrespectful driver. I've worked in customer service my whole life so I know what it means to provide GOOD SERVICE I understand that people have bad day but that has nothing to do with the customers. These drivers are clearly unhappy cause they love dumping their negative energy on another people. Maybe the company is overworking them I don't know but what I do know is that NJ Transit NEEDS TO GET THEIR #### together! These drivers need to learn to meditation or find another job cause they are clearly unhappy people !
ticket collector on 712 to trenton 4/3/17
I have a monthly ticket to Princeton for my daily commute, and enjoy my regular commute. This morning, the young ticket collector (Caucasian male with hipster beard) was extremely rude. I said I need a second to log in to pull up my ticket, he said curtly that should be done before the trip, I said it was but it had logged out, he said nastily, yeah, sure it did and stalked off without placing a seat receipt. This is unacceptable behavior, I am an MD, was sitting in a suit, and have never been treated like this.

Every morning for the past 3 weeks the 6:25 bus that is supposed to stop at Broughton Ave and Stone st. never shows up. Since Oct service has been sparodic at best. It eould come 2-3 times a week. No one knows why, emails don't get answered, never get anyone on phone. Buses are supposed to run every 35-40 min. Not good enough. Cost me $80for a pass that I only use one way. Tired of taking a cab. Nj Transit sucks.

The customer service people in secaucus junction are rude and unprofessional. As are the police officers that are standing there watching your costumer service employees harass an 11 year old child. I hope you can find out who Jama is who was working at 11-15 Pm in seacaucus junction and can discipline her as necessary for harassing an 11 year old child. This is unacceptable and disgusting behavior. I am appalled to be treated this way and expect some kind of reimbursement for what occurred at your station.
10 and 119 line drivers
These highly uneducated drivers, love to stop wherever they want whenever they want, no matter if you are at the stop and see clearly there is enough space in the bus.
This morning 2-23-17 at 7;58 am (aprox) my wife and I were waiting for the bus #10, at the bus stop number 20813, the bus passed by, clearly speeding faster than the limit (just happened that at this stop there is a portable police speed radar to show the speed ), and the bus driver of the vehicle # 6011, was that fast (more than 35 in a 25mph area) that decided not to stop for us (he could hardly brake on time so fast). Its not the first time this happened, but the first time I am complaining about it. Next time (and I'm sure there will be a next) I'll take a picture and send it to the police.

The bus service needs to be more frequent during rush hours. Each bus is at least 15 min apart and when they do get to the union city stops they are always full and the driver doesn't take any more people on even when a lot of people get off on the Hoboken 14th street station. The bus schedule needs to be more frequent and the drivers should be able to take on people even if there is standing room because a lot of people always end up getting out on the very next stop.
This is extremely frustrating after having waited for 30 minutes as 2 buses pass by because they have "no room".
I have enough of this service from 119 , every day is the same story . Today I was sick I was rushing to go home then I had to think again when this bus decided not to show for two hours . This is so not right how they treat us customers like trash .
Something needs to be done .

Hi, though the bus 119 schedule shows it arrives to Bentley Avenue+ JFK Blvd stop at 8:50 AM on 1st August the bus didn’t arrive at all. I Waited almost 30mins and it went in vain. This morning, when the bus driver was asked if there were seats still left she proceeded to have an attitude with the passengers. On one occasion, she closed the door on a passenger face because she asked if there was still seats left. The bus driver asked "do you want to go to work or not" and proceeded to close the door on the passenger, who was very close to the steps, just for asking if there were seats. She then proceeded to be very loud and obnoxious to everyone else who stop the bus. I'm just a witness but there is no need for this type of behavior. I take this Bus most mornings and she is always with some type of chip on her shoulder for one reason or another. Please do something about it. There is no need for our mornings to be unpleasant, everyone just wants to go to work. And there is no need for this abuse of power.

dangerous driver
I was driving in the right lane on the Bergen Turnpike in Little Ferry, NJ when bus #7131 or 7151 (I can't quite recall) cut in front of me to take the jug handle in order to cross Bergan Turnpike without signaling. He was barely a foot or two in front of me when he did this. Also, he made the left turn to cross also without signaling at all.
I feel this driver endangered myself as we could have had an accident due to his carelessness in not signaling. If he had signaled, I would have been sure to stay far back from him and allowed him into my lane.

I was trying to get off the train in New Brunswick from trenton and fell on my knees this morning. I was walking down the street and didn't really feel any pain until i got to work and warmed up and set down now my knee is throbbing I'm on my way to the hospital to get my knee checked because it is hard for me to walk without the pain in my knee. I would like an immediate response to this situation. Thank you very much

The moment i reached my station (metropark) i realized that i forgot to carry my stuff! I tried to go inside the train but thetrain started! It was an express train!
I wentto the customer services downstairs the station but the lady sitting there was not at all helpful
I was already very tensed & stressed! My precious bag had mine & my son's stuff in it
I told that lady to please call somebody in the next station or may b the last station to do the needful as its just been 2 mins that the train left from here
I can then reach by taxi to that station to get my stuff
But again she said Sorry I cant help! You need to go online & fill a form which i did!

dover nj train 6612 to penn station ny
Just got on the 6:09 Dover train to Penn, barely. . I had to run around the back of the train on the tracks to get on. The train came at 6:07 and pulls up but blocks the legal passenger crossing zone from the daily lots by one train car! There were 10 peope standing there that couldn't get on. However while the doors can open on that side (and they did ) to let on an employee but not the 10 paying customers. I followed the one guy who went behind the train because I didn't drive 40 minutes here and paid the parking fee to not get on the train that I was on.time for. What gives? This is ridiculous. . Couldn't the train just pull up 25 more feet? Or they shouldn't have let the employee on . .why should they receive service when we don't get it. The driver was very disrespectful and drove off from the bus stop without allowing rider to board the bus until another passage kept stating that there are other people. The driver stopped and the allowed myself and 3 other passages to get on. Once we where on the bus the driver stated that we had better be grateful that she allowed us on the bus. The driver kept going on and on, I asked if we could just go now. The driver stated you should be quite and stop being rude I said you want to show your power by having us listen just drive. The driver then said I'm calling the police. I then got off the bus so that I didn't get arrested or shot.

I get onto the right bus literally 2 minutes later and the bus driver said rudely and loudly that it's not a good slip, I want 2.25 ! " after I just spent 2.25 on the last bus !
