Bus driver
Bus driver from bus 21077 at 7.30 10/5 /22 close the door in my face when I was the last one in the line with an empty bus. I heard her say thru the glass of the door that bus was behind but no bus for 30 min came after that.many more people were coming and also the supervisor at that time was just seating waiting in a chair across the door I was in the port authority of New York City. In door 231 and he didn't even adknowledge something had happened.
Dog riding the bus
everyday this couple gets on the bus 601 12:28 to Hamilton marketplace & 5:45 to college of nj with a shaggy dog & the dog is too big for the carrier & they sit the dog on the seat. I don't think that it's safe for the dog to be placed on the seat..There are people who have allergies & have to worry about dog hair being carried home. Please address
Desired outcome: Restrict any dogs that are not support animals
182 NY bound bus driver didn't allow me take bus !!!
I buy an online monthly ticket every month. Sometimes it automatically logged out that I didn't recognized. This morning (9/27/2021 7:54-7:57am Main ST+ Bergen BLVD, Fort Lee) 182 bus driver said my ticket doesn't work. I logged in again to my account showed him the active ticket. He said I tried steal ticket and I am illegal! I explained it might be internet problem. He ask me to get out from the bus! I never met someone like him, unprofessional, aggressive, and rude. It was terrible.
Train
The train that was scheduled to leave Dover at 10:03 am on Sunday, September 19th was cancelled. A train pulled into the Dover station at around 10:50 am, customers exited the train and then the train left without allowing anyone to board. We all observed the train go onto the track where trains are usually on hold and it just sat there. By that time there were well over 100 people on the platform waitint because there were now people who had arrived for the 10:03 & 11:03 trains. I was fortunate to be able to find the customer service telephome number and to get a real person on the line. Unfortunately, I do not have her name but I called around 11:15 am and she was phenomenal. At the beginning of our conversation she told me that the 11:03 train had arrived in Dover and was currently at the Morris Plains station. When I told her that it hadn't she put me on hold so that she could investigate. I don't know who she spoke to or what cage she rattled but at 11:30 train #6920 pulled into the Dover station and let us board. The customer servive representative told me that was the train scheduled for 11:03. I think it would be more than appropriate for me to receive a refund for that trip. No passenger should have to wait for as long as I and others did to get home. If not for that representative I probably would have been standing there until god knows when.
Desired outcome: Refund
The nj transit train that left Park Ridge at 12:18 on 9/18/21
I don't understand why nj transit keeps putting their customers at risk of catching Covi19 they sent train 2112 out knowing that the first and last car wasn't working properly the front car was extremely hot and the back car was even worse. NJ Transit trains are supposed to have at least 3 cars open and this one is only about to have 2 out of the 4 cars open cause they don't care about sending out train cars that don't have any air conditioning on a hot and humid day
The driver didn't stop
I'm by the bus stop Ringwood Ave then the bus #197 didn't stop me cause this guy drives in the middle of street, here It's the highway under road 23, he's not supposed to drive in the middle cause he knows the bus stop is for everywhere then I have to waiting another hour for the next bus, I'm pregnant, someone have to tell this drivers do this job better please, today is Monday Sept 13th the ride was at 5pm to new York via Willowbrook mall, thank you 🙁
No transit is a disgrace
Waited in summit station on 9 7 2021 for train. First they cancelled the 9 10, then the 9 26, then the 9 46 to Newark.
Each time we only receive a minute notice train not coming.then told 1 hr delay. I am writing to governor and o cut your funding. You are a disgrace.
Desired outcome: Defund no transit
Bus driver
The bus number 30, start from journal square and pass through Sip Ave then West Side Ave, I usually wait at sip Ave next to the fire station, and the driver ignored me multiple times at 9:40 am almost every day on week days, she is so rude, I have seen her talking nasty to riders, I was late to work a few times because of her, I think she deserves to be punished, thank you .
Bus bus driver it's in the stop and don't pick up passengers, bus line 161
The bus driver from the bus 161 at the stop in Kennedy boulevard with 31 st going to Paterson at 7:50 am he stop at the red light in the bus stop the last one getting out from union city and he don't open the door to pick up passengers, the bus was half empty, he it's a white bold guy in his late 40. This 161 line always comes up late and to deal with bus drivers that behave like [censored] doesn't help. You must fire him remove him from his position and put him to clean bathrooms, maybe he will be happy.
Desired outcome: Tell him to open the door and pick up passengers and stop being a jerk.
Bus 402
Look I thought we worked out this problem you guys told me that you're going to keep the 4:00 line open for the 402 from paulsboro to Woodbury and I got lied to I'm going to be late for work because if you guys now that's not fair on me I work from McDonald's in Woodbury I can't be late everyday because you want to cut your drivers now if you want to cut anything in your life cut the 5:00 run there's really nobody on it anyway but I need my 4:00 run I have to be at work at 5:00 in the morning I have to open now this is ridiculous you got to stop cutting the 4:00 run I have to be at work I'm not walking to work and you know what the cap cost $20 a day every time you guys do this I don't have $20 a day and you ain't going to get left or Uber either they're expensive now something has to be done about this you need to start switching your drivers and get somebody at 4:00 in the morning you're punishing to 4:00 people who have to be at work at 5:00 and that's not right now I hope your general manager sees this and takes care of this
Desired outcome: This is an ongoing thing it keeps occurring all the time
I'm complaining about a Assistant Conductor on the Pascasck Valley line
This Assistant Conductor has been extremely rude and has been extremely nasty to me he has been on the 2:20 train leaving Park Ridge New Jersey heading to Hoboken my last contact with him he called me a "[censored]" and I have made several complaints about him and it seems that Nj Transit allows their employees to curse and yell at their customers I was on car 6531 and would like someone to contact me at [protected] to address the issue
Dangerous driving
On Sunday August 1, 2021 I was driving on Newark Avenue and NJ Transit public bus # 5243 License Plate QXZ 6005 endangered my family. The bus was driving behind me and then got into the bus lane next to me, and forcefully pushed in front of me. I had to swerve into oncoming traffic. I had my father and two babies in the car. We were all terrified and shocked a bus would nearly drive us off the road. Please advise.
10:34 am 552 at Miami ave Villas NJ
I was picked up at 10:34 am 552 bus at Miami Av and Bayshore Rd Villas NJ. Told driver I wanted to get off at Village and Bayshore Rd. He instructed me to get off 4 blocks earlier their was no stop at Village Rd. He lied, I'm a disabled Vet that needs a new knee and it's hard enough to walk let alone add an extra 4 blocks why is this guy still working for NJ transit. Same clown drove right by me before and refused to stop. Never again will I take NJ clown show called transit
Desired outcome: Find a new driver thats not so lazy

Passengers/rules
Good afternoon my name is jacqueline today at 2:57pm Friday July 16 2021 I was a passenger on bus 744 my destination was from Passaic to Paterson chofer was 12 minutes late and he didn't want to receive my full fair which is $2.55 he was charging me $1.60 and the chofer as well had a fit about me listening to music from my cellphone I ask for new Jersey transit to take more precautions with the passengers as well if it's not an emergency not to speak in there cellphones I wasn't singing to the music I was listening to the song from my cellphone not a Bluetooth speaker as well the chofer had threatened me had mentioned wait while I will do there's enough proof on the camera footage in the bus on my way back from Paterson to Passaic I took 703 NJ transit bus I rode to market street first time taking the 703 from 21 st ave to market street I always take the 703 from 21 st ave straight to Passaic I would gladly appreciate it if new Jersey transit put everything in order or I'm going to follow a lawsuit against new Jersey transit
Bus 830 from point pleasant beach to spring lake
I was asked by the driver to put on a mask and when I stated that I'm sorry I can't wear a mask due to medical reason the driver ignorantly stated to me that. " that's not gonna work" I then stated that I have already spoken to a transit supervisor and was told that I will not have a problem on the bus again due to my medical issue. The driver was rude ignorant and I'm not sure of the reason she decided that she was gonna get out of the seat and walk to the middle of the bus to ask me about a mask. I asked for her name or ID number and her response was don't worry about it. This is an ongoing issue yet again and I'm tired of having to explain to people that I can't wear a mask due to medical issue. Just so it's noted I put the mask on because I needed to get to work and was already late and inconvenienced but I can not wear a mask for any amount of time. While I am sending this complaint I am already starting to feel the effects of the wearing of the mask. I would appreciate a return call at [protected]. My name is John Alberts. I have the voicemail that Walter left me that I told the women she could listen to
Extremely Rude Female Bus driver with dyed blonde hair
Wednesday, June 30th 2021, Bus driver stops behind a group of buses that stopped along the curb and tried to leave the pick up passengers behind. Once able to get on, She was rude to the passengers that confronted her about her behavior. The code for this bus is 5827 and this happened at around 8:15am at Newark Penn Station, bus heading toward Kearny.
Tuesday, June 29th 2021, Bus driver was a bit late however, She shut the doors on a passenger trying to get on. When passenger knocked on the door to let him on, she drove of claiming that she's "Not letting him on after banging on my door like that!" This also happened at Newark Penn Station at 8:19am, bus heading towards Kearny.
Please either change bus drivers or have her start treating her passengers with respect. If this behavior does not change, I think I speak for everyone when I say we would like her terminated.
Thank you.
Bus time
On 6/16/21 at 9:30pm I usually take the 175 at River Rd and Anderson Ave in Hackensack NJ during the week. On several occasions the bus driver is habitually late. He always comes 10 minutes late which makes me late for work. Can someone please address this issue It happens all the time and it is getting worse. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
Late buses
Again I'm writing a complaint! This is terrible! I will be an hour late for work again because the 8:47am 94L bus going to the Linden train station was late again. The stop number is 29056. I don't know what the problem is with this bus but this unacceptable service. I will be contacting the president of nj transit maybe he/she can give me answers on why this bus is consistently late. Worse bus line ever! I have to leave my home 2 hours early just to get to work on time. SMH!
410 bus in the evening (5:35 pm)
I have been taking the 410 bus for 17 years to and from work. Its the only bus that goes to Mullica Hill. The afternoon bus at 5:35 from Mullica Hill is late often but lately it hasn't been showing up at all (2 or more days a week it doesn't show up) Its frustrating to be waiting for a bus after a long day at work and not have it show up. The next bus come till over two hours later. I call during my lunch break to see if its coming to try to get another way home if not coming. I'm told its coming and wait but it doesn't show up. After 5 pm can't call to talk to someone since you are closed when I call the decorate its coming so I wait and it doesn't show. I don't understand why you cancel this bus constantly when a driver doesn't show up. This is an important time and run since people are getting off from work to head home. Cancel a later time and run that has another bus they can take.
Desired outcome: Don't cancel the evening bus run, don't let drivers call out of work so much people need to get home from work
