Misrepresented product, clothing, fraud
This is a bait and switch operation. Nothing I ordered was sent to me. Cheap knock offs that did not even come close to resembling products represented were sent. Returns are a fraud. They have to be shipped back to China at buyers expense. My delivery would have cost over $700 to return. The company then offers a 10% settlement to not have to ship back.
Desired outcome: Full refund. Prohibit this company from doing business online and in U.S.

On Saturday, Feb.18th I believe it was about 10;00 a.m. I submitted a return on Noracora's website. I have the return #'s 136300 and 136297. It said that they stated- You will get authorization and a return address via email within 48 hours.
I never recieved the email, yes, I even checked my junk mail even though I still get all of their adds. The dresses are not the size that I ordered, so I can't wear them! Thier total would be $38.63. I would like a refund and would be happy to send them back @ my expense if they would send me the e-mail telling me how!

All dresses, skirt, and leggings I ordered
Origonal order I was charged for everything on order, contacted them about dissatisfaction, receceived email with links that didnt work, offered 125%credit if I kept item. They said it was only 25% of cost of item credited I complained again, also said I was not wanting bathing suit they never sent and were charging me again for. They credited second charge for suit -1.00! Then proceded to send a dress and charge me for it that I didnt order. I contacted thru chat, unproductive. They gave me tracking number &said email never changed once account set up. I stated email hacked &they just repeated themselves. I would prefer full refunds and labels to return items. Asap
Long time delivery
On February 12, 2023 I ordered some women's tops from Noracora. I got an email that my order went through BUT I did not get an order number or a receipt for my order which I paid for on my VISA card.
Three or more days ago I received my VISA bill which noted that there were two entries on it from Noracora. One for the amount of $50.75 and one for the amount of $29.97 -- and next to each of these entries on my VISA bill from my bank it says: Rayleigh GB. I do not know what that means.
HOWEVER, since these two items are now on my VISA bill I assume you have been paid those two amounts as noted above. I want to know what has happened to the goods I ordered?
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response as to why I have not yet received the goods I ordered from you on February 12, 2023. Today's date is Monday February 27, 2023. I should not have had to wait this long for the items I ordered from Noracora.
Blouse
I ordered a blouse in yellow from Noracora. It took months to arrive. When I emailed them that I needed a return item form. They have not emailed me back. I also cancelled an order I had placed with them before I received the blouse, which was of poor quality. In addition to being the wrong color, taking forever to receive the item, I no longer wanted the dress I had ordered. I told them in an email that the blouse was the wrong color (gold), and was poor quality so I didn't want the dress!They have NOT accrediated my debit card for that amount. Any help you can offer will be greatly appreciated.

Most of Nora Cora's clothing is deceivingly appealing in the photos but once it arrives, it proves to be poorly made with the cheapest of synthetic fabric. I purchased 2 dresses in the same size. One was way too big and the other was way too small, so NoraCora's sizing cannot be relied upon. The dresses were unwearable. They were sewn poorly. The fabric was listed as "cotton" but was more of a polyester/nylon blend. Disgustingly deceptive.
NoraCora NO LONGER ACCEPTS RETURNS, SO KEEP THAT IN MIND WHEN MAKING ANY PURCHASE FROM NORACORA! You will have to eat the price yourself if the item does not fit. I received my order a week and one half ago. I have requested a return authorization a week ago and have not received an authorization for it yet. It states that it must be returned within 30 days for a refund on the shipping form. I am unable to contact anyone via e-mail or phone to find out why I haven't received any contact or return slip. Can not reach anyone and will be out of time shortly. On their website it states that I will receive it within 24 to 48 hours of request. The clothing is not worth the money and does not fit. I want a refund and would like to see the co investigated for misleading people and ripping them off by being unavailable for any sort of personal contact for customer service or support. It truly is the worst I have ever dealt with. Please help me. Thank you.

Desired outcome: Full refund $111.14
On one of my previous orders, I found NoraCora's ploy is to make returning the item as difficult as possible for the customer. You have to practically beg them for the return address which is in China. They remind you that return postage to China can be costly, so they offer you a ridiculous 10-15% refund of the total amount in lieu of returning the items. If you refuse, they will raise the percentage incrementally, but the process is frustratingly slow and, in the end, you will never receive your full refund. The great frustration it caused, plus the enormous amount of personal time it took calling them over and over again did not warrant me continuing to fight for my $100. NoraCora has the manpower and it banks on people like me giving up, unfortunately.
Women's clothing from China - horrible and scammed us
Initlally we loved the cute outfits and prices on the NoraCora website and decided to buy about $120 worth of their promited products. The products came is 4 seprate envelopes of a 30 day period and while shipping was supposed to be free, they charges an additional $42 to our credit card. We tried to return most of the items as they did not fit or we did not like te quality of the fabrics.
They refused to accept a return, but did give us a 15% discount if we kept the items. If we did return, they were going to charge us shipping charges. We did not return the items, but they still added a new shipping fee.
The shipping label clearly state the return address being in Ingelwood, CA. But when we communicated with Noracora, they stated that the return would have to go their eturn center located in Guangzhou, China. You have to pay shipping to China, they inspect the items, and then determine if they are going to credit a refund. Dishonest business practice. Shameful.
Horrible customer experience. Terrible quality. Sammed us on shipping in plasic bags. Don't be fooled! Not a good company, product, or value. Whatever you pay, it's tto much!

Returning items for a refund
Bought several items from Noracora on June 3, June 10, June 17, 2022. When all items arrived I got in touch with Noracora so I could return several items. The order numbers were; HBLCI01147754, HBPT01354522, HBPT01327836. I was given an address in China to return the items;

Needless to say, I am frustrated and will never shop this company again.

Clothing items are horribly made
The pictures you see are not what you receive ….They are cheaply made and the material is horrible..The first time I placed an order for one dress which had the name Noracora in the label. What I received this order was labeled MISSLOOK and I can tell the items were hand sewn in a very poor method. The stitching is bad and the material is very cheap

The quality of their products are beyond substandard. What they post online and what they deliver are at opposite ends of any spectrum. Everything I purchased was poorly made. I immediately requested a return authorization form. Instead of allowing me to return the items to the location they mailed them from, which was less than 7 miles from me. They required me to return them to china which would have cost me over $79, yes! Seventy nine dollars. When I initially requested the return authorization, they offered to refund me 15% and 'skip the hassle of the return hassle". I declined because: 1. I had no idea I had to return them to china 2. I had no idea it would cost more than $79 to return them and 3. I did not want any of the items. Then they offered to refund me 35% to keep the items. At that point it was more cost effective to take the 35% and give the stuff away (or trash it) because it was still up to them to determine whether the clothes were in the same condition as received, and while they were, some of them arrived balled up and I felt they would probably hold me responsible for their poor packaging. I will never do business with them again.
Desired outcome: I would still like to return all of their stuff to the local facility they were mailed from. I will personally dirive them there. I would also like ALL of my money back from these poorly made items.
Christmas presents
I had ordered Christmas presents for my friends, and Nora Cora didn't have the inventory I selected available in their warehouse and couldn't guarantee I would get my order by Christmas, so I canceled the remainder of my order and went ahead an accepted the two items that had all ready shipped. It's been over 2 statements from my credit card and after talking with 3 of your customer support people, I've been told that they credited my credit card for the items that I canceled. I still have not received the $58 refund to my credit card. I was smart enough to screen shot my chats with Nora Cora's customer service telling me that I have a refund, also saying they refunded to my credit card account, but yet still no refund. Noracora posted boots on their site that are of much higher quality than received. It is very obvious when you look at what I was sent vs. what they advertised for sale that there is a huge difference in the material quality, craftsmanship and appearance. After researching this appears to be a common deceptive sales and marketing scheme they use. When you try to return the products they tell you that they must be returned to China, even though they are sent from CA. The cost to return overseas is more than what you have paid. They then offer you 15% to keep the items. As you dispute with them they continue to offer you more, up to 50%. The products are of such poor quality that Dollar Stores have better and I'd be embarrassed to even give them new to a homeless shelter. Additionally, the sizing chart was not accurate and again I am not the only person to complain. All that I have stated has been validated by others experiencing the same issues. The allegedly do 40M in USA sales annually, so there should be accountability for their fraudulent actions. I have reported them to the FTC, BBB and will continue to pursue legal recourse with any agency that will investigate them.
I have told them I am keeping the boots for proof of my claim at this point and no other reason.

I made an order in the beginning of August it's now mid-october and I did not receive full items! Only get generic customer service replies and upon complaining they canceled the items that did not come and never refunded me! I have tried countless times to reach them and only get automated responses! No customer service number that I can find and they don't care!

You could try filing a dispute of the charge with your credit card company. They will usually reverse the charge if they don’t get a satisfactory response from the seller.

I received 3 of the 5 items, I ordered. I do wear a medium size according to American standards. The 3 items, I received have to be a small or ex small. The items were to small in the waist and the sleeves were to tight. I barely could try them on.
