NoraCora Returns to Noracora

I had several Unuseful chats with Noracora. Items must be returned through China and the Chinese customs department. I purchased what turned out to be a very poorly and cheaply made $25. dress. Given unknown shipping charges and whatever customs in China might charge me, I decided to put this dress in my donations bag. Can't ever do shopping at Noracora again. In fact, I suggest never purchasing anything that comes directly from China I've had other difficulties with that process. Never again. Unless there is and American, Third Party, to which I can return, I'm not on board.

NoraCora Items not received

I made 2 orders with NoraCora at the beginning of July and paid for expedited shipping. I received part of the first order around 3 weeks later and most of the rest of the order a few days later (although they say one of the items was on back order, which I wasn't made aware of when placing & never received). The second order was received towards the end of July but again wasn't complete. I have contacted them several times and have continually been told that they aren't able to track the order and they refuse to refund my payment. The clothes do not fit and look nothing like as advertised. Customer service is terrible. They have yet to resolve this issue with a refund or letting me know when I can expect the item. As I told them, they basically stole my money.

NoraCora I am complaining about their return policy

Although the clothes on this website are beautiful, do not buy from them. They are a chinese company and it will cost you a fortune to return any items you do not want. I had to return 7 items out of 14 (total cost $124) and they said it was easy. Although I did everything the way I was suppose to, they never responded with a return label and authorization. They have no phone number so I "chatted" with 4 customer service reps over a week ... they claimed they sent a email to my email address...they didn't. They offered me $25 as a resolution to my return (I was due $125.) They gave me a address in china to send the return to and the post office charged $77 to send the package. I did not send but "chatted" with them again and complained. Now they offer me 50% of the return so I am still out $75. Who ever heard of a return costing $77 and weight was under 2 lbs. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and will not pay the charge on my credit card for the items I wanted to return. I cannot understand how a company can do business in the US without a return center located in the States. I have never encountered this type of problem with returns before and I do a lot of on-line shopping. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...THEY ARE SCAMMING YOU.

NoraCora Refund

Please not under any circumstance do not make a purchase from this company. They are a fraud and should be shut down. Purchased 3 sweaters from them and they did not fit. Asked for a refund and their reply was keep sweaters and we will give you 15% of your purchase price. What a joke keep the sweaters that can not be worn. Chinese company that should be allowed to do business.

8.25.22. I agree they need to be.shut down or get it together on doing business with customer satisfaction as their goal.

I returned $344.00 of clothing with one order and $100. With a different order. The second order they won’t even acknowledge.

Told me that Sind I sent it to the wrong address, please understand. I said, then that address should sent it to you, I guess I worn out my welcome cause the text were no longer highlighted and Lucas never came back, I’m not going to stop trying…

I ordered over $427,76 of merchandise on 7/3. There is no tracking or communication whatsoever. I want to cancel this order! This is unacceptable. After reading the reviews I’m done with this scam company!

This company should be closed down. Ordered two items, one fit, the other not even close. Sent an email to return one item. No response. Finally got through on Chat. Return policy should be illegal. Made it so hard, you take the 15% (that is ALL they offer) just to not go through the hassle of returning the item that YOU have to pay for shipping! Who knows what would happen then.

Desired outcome: Shut the company down! They should not be allowed to continue with the complaints they have against them.

NoraCora Return policy is a unfair and a scam

Because I am a senior citizen, I have been a victim of a scam by Paypal Joyforniced (NoraCora.com) to steal money form me. The reasons are listed below.

1. Misleading shipping information

My paypal account was charged on 3/5/22. The website says 10-15 days to receive item. The tracking shows the order only being prepared for dispatch on 3/12/22. I contacted the seller on 3/14/22, 3/21/22 and 3/30/22. They kept telling me to be patient. I received the order on 4/11/22, more than 30 days after I made the order. The seller never said that the order was being shipped from China; I thought it was coming from the United States. I would not have bought it if I had known it was coming from a foreign country. My wife needed the dresses for an event on 4/1/22.

2. Defective quality of merchandise

We ordered two medium size dresses. One was too big and one was too small,

3. Fraudulent return policy

This is the response from the company for the return.

Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees). Your refund will be processed after our return center receives and inspects the return package.

Since International returns might result in long waiting times and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund 【for the item(s) in question as compensation】 instead of returning the item(s).

If you still want to return the package, you should email us for a return label as soon as possible. You can check the return policy here: https://noracora.com/information/Return%20Policy

*Kind reminder: Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address. Returned packages without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded or exchanged.*

The company deliberately makes it difficult to return the merchandise. They only offer 15% of the purchase price rather than offer a full return price. The company should give me a prepaid label to return ship the merchandise if it is so difficult to ship. Then we can track the shipment and the company will not be able to claim it was lost in Customs. As soon the tracking shows it was delivered the company should refund me $53.51.

The company should be reported to the appropriate State and Federal agencies for their deceptive and criminal business practices. Thank you.

Desired outcome: Refund of $53.31 for two items ordered.

I will never purchase from Noracora nor refer anyone to purchase either! The return police techniques are illegal as far as I am concerned. They're employees lie, scam, and doubletalk you and will do and say anything to make or take your money. I admit I fell for their lies. All I can do is hope whoever out there reads this and learn from my mistake! Good luck?

This company is a total scam. They play games, emailing me back and forth. They buy time before they

provide me with the address to send the clothing for return. They aim to delay and discourage a Return, hoping you will forget about it or give up trying. I am waiting for a return address at this moment.

Their clothing does not fit. The clothing doesn't fit correctly; don't bother. Waste of time. Mass

production China made.

Noracora is a scam. DO NOT ORDER anything there!

They used the cheap price tags and attractive web photos to hook up US consumer ...then REAL LIES follow:

1st, all of their apparel items were made of cheap polyester fabrics. all the items I've bought were advertised or appeared as made of Cotton or Rayon fabrics (such as cotton denim, cotton t-shirts) but ALL has arrived in cheap polyester fabrics that are itchy and stiff to wear. They look NOTHING LIKE THE WEB PHOTOS!

2nd, Fit spec is so off, every garment fit enormously large on me that is obviously made for "universal" mass not the standardized US spec system.

3rd, Return policy is ridiculously impossible. Imagine, China is the destination. not only expensive to send by USPS, but also COVID restriction over there can keep the package at Customs for no reason forever.

I ended up donates $130 dollars worth of "garbage" to homeless shelters. NEVER AGAIN BUY ANYTHING THERE!

NoraCora Returns

I wanted to return my entire order, as I wasn't happy with fit, material, etc. I had to go to their website to 'request' a return authorization. What I received was an email explaining that the return center is located in China. Any return, would potentially be costly (upwards of $75 and expect a significant delay in the refund). My order total was around $136. They offered a 15% refund, and to keep the clothing, that I didn't want. This was on 5/27/22. The 15% credit came to $20.78. What a scam.

Desired outcome: Total refund. Or, Nora Cora to incur return shipping costs, so that I CAN get a full refund.

NoraCora Undisclosed Return Policy

I made a purchase from NoraCora on May 12th (order number: HBPT01280246) after carefully reviewing their return policy since I had never shopped with them before. Their return policy states that the buyer is responsible for shipping the return back to them, so I thought it would be about $8.99 to return whatever items did not work. The items I received were extremely poor quality and did not match the images shown online. I sent a return request, and they replied saying that as stated in their return policy, the buyer is responsible for all return fees, and that their return center is located in China, so I would be responsible for customs fees as well. If I wished to avoid the hassle and extra expenses, they would refund me for 15% of what I paid instead. I replied to their message stating I was not satisfied with their options, and that I found their 15% offer unacceptable. I told them that nowhere on their website does it disclose the fact you have to return items internationally. Had I known that, I never would have made the purchase. But because the full return policy was not made available, I made the purchase in good faith according to the information given by the company. As they did not make that very important detail known, I told them that I wanted a full refund of my items, minus what should have been an $8.99 shipping fee. They responded two days later without specifically addressing anything I said, but offered me 40% compensation instead of 15%. This is still unacceptable as they made it impossible to know their true return policy.

My first 2 orders came timely, but the 3 items needed to be returned. All 3 tops. I filled out all the info. You said it would be 48 hours until I got email from you to use for return. I never got that email from you.

NoraCora My return of 3 tops

I went to mail my 3 tops back to you today. The postman said it would be $76.20. The 3 tops came to $57. They were shipped from California. This is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I will NOT be leaving a good review. I just want my $57 back. Please resolve this issue!

NoraCora Misleading items

Purchased 7 dresses that showed on website completely different than I received. Now asking to send it back to China. Sent back via UPS and now they will not answer UPS to get delivered dropped off.

Phone # they supplied is not being answered. What a scam.

NoraCora Order of Clothing

I ordered $125 worth of dresses and tops. They took a long time to be delivered. The fabric is so cheap and is so thin it might as well be made of tissue paper. I opened up all the items and they were the same. I put them back in the bags and went online to start my return. The website will not let you return. When you click return on the item it takes you back to the top of the page. Then, it says you will get an email telling you how to return the items.

They emailed me and offered me a 25% refund to keep the clothes. I refused and asked about the return label. They then offered me a 50% refund to keep the clothes and told me that if I returned the items I would have to pay the return shipping to China plus and customs and duty fees associated with the parcel.

I requested a return address. They finally sent me the address. No return label, just an address in a Science and Technology building in China. When I took the package to FedEX they told me it could not be shipped as the postal code was not correct. I also tried UPS and USPS all the same response. They will not ship!

Is this a scam? Are they trying to get the package lost so they will not have to return my money?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Clothes are cheap, cheap, cheap.

They look nothing like the pictures online. Then, you can't return the products.

Desired outcome: I will gladly pay shipping to a US location to return the items. I will accept nothing more than a full refund.

Upon reading previous review, the exact same thing happened to me. The pictures on their site is very deceiving. The material is very thin and see through on a couple shirts that I purchased. They make it very difficult to return the items, then offer you a ridiculous amount of 15% back. 1 week later, I did a virtual chat and they offered me 50% back on the items. I agreed since it would cost more to return the items being that it is shipped back to China. During the process they ask you to give them proof of the issue. You must upload pictures then wait for their approval if you can return the items. Then they tell you, you will receive a email with instructions on how to send the items back. NEVER RECIEVED. On top of that they say they are based out of England and the items are shipped from China. This company is not one that I would ever purchase from again. Lesson learned.

NoraCora Clothing

I saw a dress on their web that was just what I needed. They said that was 70% off. So, made senae with the pricw and the dress. What came ro me waa a nightmare. The only thing that matched with picture wàs the c olor. The fabric waa awfull, the lenght waa wrong, the amount of fabric waa not tbe same... There is no return policè. And they really sont care what you think.

NoraCora Defective pair of shoes

DISSATISFIED — I ordered almost $200 worth of merchandise from Nora Cora, some items did not ship in a timely manner, nor did I receive timely shipping delay notices, which is against the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)- Consumer Protection Laws with online retailers/sellers. The FTC protects consumers against deceptive business practices, shipping delays, and failure of retailers online and by mail, telephone, and online to properly contact the consumer, in the event of prolonged shipping. It was so long and I had not received the other items, I contacted via email Nora Cora to cancel these items. There is no phone number to contact them. First time I shopped with Nora Cora - last time I am shopping with Nora Cora. Consumers are patronizing these online sellers, yet consumers are disregarded and given the "RUN AROUND". It is obvious there is disregard and disrespect for the very consumers who keep these places in business. As consumers, remember we have rights. Don't let your patronage of sellers be misguided. Accountability is upheld by FTC. Upon receiving a defective item, I was asked if I wanted to keep it at a reduced amount from what I paid. I sent pictures of the defects on several instances (hole in stitching/glue in several places on the shoes). Also, the package arrived dirty, yellow packaging tape; the other items were packaged in dirty, discolored plastic zip bags. Also, the packaging slip was so dull, hardly legible, and no prices listed. This is substandard business ethics and customer service. I did not get a resolution with Nora Cora.

NoraCora Poor quality and misrepresentation of clothes on the website

Terrible quality and really bad seam making. On the site of Noracora, we see beautiful photos of the goods but in reality we receive clothes made of polyester and really cheap. I would never buy on this site again! I pay above $230 Canadian dollars including transportation.

what does a person have to do to make a simple return. I am about to post this on Facebook and let people know about this problem that continues to be an issue you have failed to resolve.
