I bought a van and everything went fine UNTIL I was told they didn't have the title and it would arrive in a day or two. Well, that day or two went on and on until a week went by and there was still no title. There was very poor communication about this. Every day I would call and ask about it and would be told, "sorry, it hasn't arrived yet." Finally, with no title in sight, I canceled the sale. What ethical business sells a car without having the title in hand? Oh that's right ...Used car dealers aren't exactly known for their ethics. It was a major waste of my time and energy dealing with this ridiculous problem. I better get my deposit back in a timely fashion. Never again with North End Motors.Takeaway: Don't put a car up for sale unless you have the title in hand.

Just wanted to look and were clear about a no pressure experience and that's exactly what we got from Michael. We were able to look at and test drive several SUV's. Ended up buying a great car with a great rate. This is our second purchase from North End and we have zero complaints. Michael is highly recommend. We also service our previous vehicle here with Delia and recommend her as well!

I went to North End Motors today to look at cars I had seen online with my boyfriend. We were met by a very lovely and professional man named Mike. He was very helpful and courteous in showing us a few vehicles until we found the grey SUV I had seen online. He got the keys and took us on a test drive. He described the details of the SUV and it made us want it even more. I pleaded with my boyfriend to "get it now" it will be gone if you come back. We went back to the dealer and started the paperwork and I was a happy camper!

Lucas Mendoza did an excellent job as our salesperson. We were coming up from Providence and had to take the train to Canton Junction. He picked us up at the station and was understanding about us missing our stop when the commuter rail didn't open any of the doors! We really like the car we got (a Honda Accord) and it was fun being able to test drive it. Cars always end up costing more than advertised once you get all the fees, taxes and warranties etc- in my experience. This time was no different, but I appreciate the fair original pricing (under Kelley Blue Book value and MSRP) and no haggle aspect. They made the process fairly painless overall and I enjoyed banging the gong on my way out. Thanks for your service Lucas!

The sales rep (Mostafa Ahmed) and the financials (Sonny Patel) were both excellent: prompt and very efficient. The 2nd car I purchased was a good deal, at a good price. Then, why only 3 stars? Because as the dealership management looks to hit their bottom line, they will use every fine print in the book ("We list everything that this car had when new, but it is now used, therefore we list, but we don't guarantee that everything is there.", they bury their $695 Documentation Fee in the car description) and when adding any accessory to sweeten deal, expect that they'll match a generic item with a brand car ... not because it doesn't matter [as they falsely claimed to me], but because they'll save a few bucks. In my case, sales mgr (Patrick Johnson) came in heavy-handed and all-knowing. Bottom line: they have good deals, but buyer beware.

So I bought a 2019 Ford Mustang stage 3 for 60,000 and they told me I could get a ceramic coating which they would buff and polish the car and apply ceramic coating. Upon receiving the car, I could tell they have not even touched the car with a buffer which is one of the main steps before ceramic coating. I was very upset. I called, didn't really get anywhere, then they offered to rebuff the car for 1-2 hours. I paid 600 for this job. It does not take 1-2 hours to buff this car. By them lying and just putting my ceramic over my paint without the buffing and polishing process, it trapped all the scratches and dirt under the ceramic. The car now has to be done by a professional. I am pretty upset. I asked the manager 3 times if he would buff the car first. He lied to my face and said yes. They had no intention of buffing the car. I am very upset. I do not feel comfortable allowing them to try to buff the car because clearly they are not qualified and damage can be done if not done correctly.

On April 20 I called North End Motors regarding a 2016 Ford Transit. I had been looking for this cargo van. John, the sales representative, set up an appointment for 9am the next day. I tested the vehicle, asked about my Camry trade-in value, and agreed to pay the full asking price. I called my credit union in CA, where I have been a member since 1994, and sent a cashier's check. By 12:15pm John had me sign over my Camry title and title to the Ford Transit. I was ready to drive off, but John said they had to "detail the vehicle inside & out." He informed me that I could pick it up the following day. They had not yet inspected the vehicle, but after selling it, they found out it had mechanical issues. One recall for a fuel leak was fixed by a Ford dealer, but a second issue involving a sheared bolt within the steering was refused by Ford, even though there exists a recall for the problem. There was no communication from the dealer regarding these issues. After 7 days without a Massachusetts inspection, I lost the right to a lemon law refund. I still haven't received my promised refund of $23,000+ that John promised on 4/27. The Ford Transit is on sale again today!

I bought a 2017 vehicle from North End Motors for 25k. Within a week there were issues. I brought it to a very reputable dealership called "North End Motors". They gave me a grocery list of problems with the vehicle. I spent $1500 to get it fixed. I had the vehicle for two days then had to bring it back due to the car vibrating, shaking, and the problem was not resolved. My vehicle was at their dealership for "3 WEEKS" and they had multiple different professionals come out to diagnose the problem. The conclusion they came to was that the car was in an accident and it was never reported on the car fax, etc. This cost me another $1250. I attempted to bring the car back to the original dealership and the manager was nothing but rude and pretty much told me to fly a kite and good luck. This is the second attempt at trying to get this resolved. I paid $25,000 dollars for a 2017 car with 20,000 miles on it and within 90 days I'm throwing 5 grand into it because the dealership failed to do their part and go through the car thoroughly and respectfully.
