Northeast Home & Energy came and took care of my leak very efficiently. Kyle Came and gave me an estimate and a date. He came on time and finished and cleaned up quickly. We just had Fred an, Henri and now Ida come through here. My yard is pretty wet, but the roof repair worked. Thank you so much for your help. Cheryl in Marlborough

Northeast Home & Energy I had a wonderful experience from start to finish!

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish! Michael (salesmen) was wonderful to work with, always responding to questions and never trying to push/well anything. The installation team (Tom & Ray) was professional, respectful and left my home in great shape. I was worried about the disruption, having all my windows replaced, but after my experience with Northeast, I wish I had done it sooner! Highly recommend!

Northeast Home & Energy After 45 years, we decided to finally have the house renewed

After 45 years, we decided to finally have the house renewed. NE Home and Energy beat the other quotes by a substantial amount. New siding, windows roof and front door! Buzz, our account exec was wonderful! The work was completed in a timely manner, the crew cleaned up every day, and there was no disruption in my life. Tom R. was especially helpful replacing all the windows including my huge bay window and slider. Ihave already recommended the company to a friend who had two roofs replaced and agrees with my assessment. Hire these guys with confidence!

Northeast Home & Energy Kyle had great communication and showed up when he said he would

Kyle had great communication and showed up when he said he would. Took a look at the repair and sent out a quote in a timely manner. Signed the contract and returned it. I was looking for a notification about when the work would be performed, but a crew just showed up about five days later. Which was fine by us. Completed the work in one day and the quality of work looks good. Gutter, Fascia, and Soffit are good as new. I did have to call them twice to come and pick up the debris pile left in the yard. But they picked it up within the week. Overall great experience and I would call them again. -Jeff from Hopedale

Northeast Home & Energy We cannot recommend buying windows from Northeast Home & Energy

We cannot recommend buying windows from Northeast Home & Energy. This is how it took seven months to get 11 windows. In an effort to be objective, I will include only facts. (1) The supplier: (a) They didn't manufacture two of the windows in our order, so we had to wait an additional seven weeks for the last two windows. (b) One of those last two windows was the wrong size, so we had to wait another seven weeks for the last window. (c) Two of the screen latches were broken on the windows that did initially arrive. They did get fixed. (2) The installation: (a) The installers removed a window that there was no replacement for yet, citing a miscommunication with the supplier. The old window sash was screwed into the frame for seven weeks, unable to open for airflow in the largest area of our home during the summer. (b) Another window was installed 3/4cm away from the interior sill and the interior casing bowed away from the frame from being forced inward to cover the gap. The company president looked at it and said it was due to the sill depth of the house and probably couldn't be changed. He claimed that this "wouldn't bother" him but sent an installer to look at it. The installer got the window closer to the sill but not flush. My husband had to help him install the window flush with the sill. (c) The remaining two windows arrived, and one was the wrong size, which was discovered after the old window was removed. The old sash was screwed into place, unable to open for an additional seven weeks while a new window was manufactured. The company deducted the cost of this window and its installation. (d) The new window arrived and was installed, but did not include a screen. We had to wait an additional five weeks for the screen. (3) The communication: (a) They said six weeks to get the windows, and after six weeks we had received no update, so we had to reach out to them for an update. (b) They gave an installation date, then pushed it back. (c) They did not tell us when the windows were being delivered, so they were delivered when no one was home and just sat out in plain view in the driveway all day. (d) I asked the installers to cover the carpet in the bedroom because we didn't want boots on the carpet. They covered a small corner and walked all over the rest of the carpet. (e) The work order included blocks to put inside the window sills to make AC unit installation easier and not damage the windows. I asked about them three times in the two days of the initial installation and never received them. I see they get many positive reviews, which is part of why we chose them too, but we will not be hiring their services again.
