I placed an order in early November. I received an email that my credit card did not go through. I called customer service, and she took my cc#, again telling me the charge would not go through. She asked for a different card. Unfortunately I gave it to her. I then found out both cards were charge for the $250+ amount. I then called again and was told that no charges went through and I would be receiving my order in 7-10 business days, and that is when the charge would go through - when shipped. By 12/2 I phoned again only to be hung up by the customer service rep after she said 10+ times "I am sorry for the inconvenience" - no other explanations. I phone back and the next customer service rep told me my order was "being processed" and that I would receive it in 7-10 business days. It is now 12/27 - no word on my order. I phoned and was told "it is being processed". This place is a scam with horrible customer service. I cancelled my order today, so will see what happens. Sounds like similar problems with other customers.

Extraordinarily terrible customer service
Regarding Order #W5589648.
I placed this phone order on 11/13/31. I asked for Expedited
Shipping.
I called customer service approximately a week later. All I was told was that my order was pending. On 11/25/21 I received an email notifying me that my order had shipped (almost two weeks after placing the order) and providing me with a tracking number. Clicking on the Track Package box, status was shown as "Shipped. Delivery Pending." No estimated delivery date was listed. I've checked every day and have received the same message.
I have repeatedly called customer service and either I immediately got a dial tone, or if I managed to get in queue the call was dropped. Finally, I called the phone number for placing orders and asked to be transferred to customer service. The transferred call was dropped. I called back the order department and was once again transferred. I finally reached customer service. I was told by the customer service representative that she'd look into the issue and call me back directly. Approximately 6 hours later I still haven't received a call or any resolution.
I paid for Expedited Shipping because I needed my order in a few days. 16 days later, I still don't have my order.
I am beyond frustrated.

Clothes order
Their site was down when I tried to place an order, and I used their phone number. Got a call center somewhere, terrible language barrier, that supposedly took a "manual" order. With my credit card. No order number given. No further contact. Kept checking the online site and when it went up, I placed the order myself, then called to cancel whatever the other was, and they REFUSED. Instead, they went ahead and entered the order the next day, and charged my card. Now I'm paying twice, and they are not answering phone, says to wait 37 minutes. I disputed it on my card site, no resolution yet. They charge for returns, so even if I get my money back, I have to pay to return the cancelled order! DISHONEST!
Now the call center knows my card number, and they were very creepy and rude

I ordered two items in October. Haven't heard or received any info since.
I placed an order for two items totaling $108.08. They have charged my VISA but I have neither received the merchandise nor any information about the holdup, shipping or anything. I had to look online to find out their site was down. Now I know that this company's problems are rampant. So many unhappy customers. Three calls to their customer service department only results in "We can't help with any info about your order because our system is down." I intend to file complaints with as many watchdog entities that are available to me.

Gift cards
I received two gift cards and could not use them by mail order nor online.
When I contacted the company they first told me I could not use them on phone orders. I told them then how can I use them. They agreed to only take one not both at the same time. When I asked why I was given the round about and while waiting for a supervisor for over 45 minutes, she took another call then I got disconnected, I tried again the following day and just asked to speak to a supervisor and after 13 minutes someone came on the line and was saying hello hello hello i can't hear you so i am ending this call. I also tried to just get a refund on the gift cards and now am being told their customer service lines are down.
If I have two gift cards that can't be used to place my order then I feel I should be refunded the money that my husband used to purchase them.
Desired outcome: I want a credit to the credit card used to purchase both gift cards.
Ordering and returns
I am trying to Stop receipt on my order K6914143 and returning items I received that I did not want. The Customer Service department keeps telling me that their system is down and it has been down for 2 weeks. I placed the order in October around October 20, 2021.
November 3, 2021 I just tried and called the customer service department and the system is still down. They cannot tell me when and if I will receive credit on my account. Nor can they tell me when the system will be up and running. I cannot return the items, because the system is down and they cannot issue me a free shipping label for the return.
I have never ordered from this company, and after this horrible experience I will never order nor will I recommend it to my friends.

Returns credit not yet received
On October 4, 2021 I returned items I had ordered. I still have not received my credit back on my credit card. Their systems have been "down" for days per customer service and now their website is no longer working. I just want a credit as this is over $200 in merchandise. I will never order from them again. Charged my credit card $640 and I did not give them information or purchase from them
On or about 10/27, I purchased $118 of mechandise from North Style which was charged to my bank account. But somehow, North Style got my credit card number and charged the account $640.00 My Reference #is 24692168Z2XN3P7HK and 24692168942XK4KNWT. It appears this company is scam artist.
Desired outcome: Get the credit back on my card by 11/3 or goes to DA
Discount program scam
There VIP program touts lower prices for members. To get you to join they offer an incentive where on your first purchase you will receive a 10% discount and receive free shipping. In the very fine print of joining it mentions the VIP prgram will bill you $14.95 a month.
1) I did not receive the discount or free shipping on the first purchase
2) After several months it has just come to my attention that I am being charged $14.95 a month
3) There was no email confirmation of having joined any VIP program. Further there is no place on their website to review your status of VIP membership. In other words they work hard to get you in the VIP program and then give you no additional information about the program or your mnembership in it.
4) You cannot cancel the program (or insist upon the original discount and free shipping) online or by email. It is by call only and you will NEVER get someone on the phone.
5) The company's address is a PO Box!

Just like everyone else here...placed an order with NorthStyle (actually, two at different times). Items were crap and returned for refund. I failed to notice the "fine print" that I was also signing up for a $14.95 (plus tax) "membership" for which I never received anything. I'll never order from them again, and cannot find the list of vendors that also participates in this scam. I did manage to catch it (after nearly a year) on my statement, and got it cancelled.
What an incredible ripoff! Read the fine print, folks.

$14.95 monthly charge
On May 5, 2021, I placed an order with you all for $73.41.
On June 30, 2021, I had a charge for $14.95.
On July 30, 2021, I had a charge of $14.95.
On Aug 29, 2021, I had a charge of $14.95.
I have contacted my credit card company to dispute these charges that I did not ask for, do not know what they are for, and I do not want. Please remove me from your "VIP" program.

Unauthorized credit card charges
I pay my credit card bill in full each month and do not check each charge each month. However, I looked at the charges in detail this month and noticed a $14.95 charge for "VIP NorthFace."
I called the number listed, and found that I have apparently been charged $14.95 per month for a "membership" that I never signed up for, since ordering an item from the NorthStyle catalog in December, 2018!
The total amount I have paid exceeds $460 for nothing.
I asked to speak to a supervisor, and was told they would "cancel". What a scam this is!
I expect a refund of the full amount.

recurring charge which I did not approve
Recurring charge on my discover charge for a "VIP" status of 14.95 a month from April 18, 2021 to August 15, 2021 (total of $17.74 which I have mistakenly paid.) This charge needs to be cancelled and I need to be refunded my money

When I contacted the company they said I approved this VIP status, so it must have been hidden in the catalogue or on my purchase. I absolutely do not want the VIP status and it needs to be cancelled

Returned items never processed
I shipped a box of returned items to NorthStyle on June 29th. The tracking number shows NorthStyle received the box on July 13th. I received the new items (smaller sizes) promptly. However, out of 9 items I returned (with the proper paperwork in the box), I was credited for only one of them. I called on 7/26 to get this resolved; they said I had to wait 4-6 weeks; I emailed on 8/4; I called on 8/9, and emailed again today. They continue to say the items haven't yet been processed; however, they have processed one of the 9 items. I'm extremely frustrated by the run-around.

NorthStyle VIP is charging my credit card on a monthly basis! I signed up for a discount and then they started taking $14.95 out of my credit card monthly! There is no way I would knowingly sign-up to pay a company $15 a month. What a waste! I'm not going to even order from them again; the merchandise is not of quality but a monthly fee?!

Purchased from Northstyle Nov 2020. Since then I have purchased no more. Have been charged every month since then in the amount of $14.95. Dates of the charges: 12-02-2020, 01-01-2021, 02-01-2021, 03-02-2021, 04-01-2021 and there is a pending charge on my account right now, 05-03-2021. Please all monies to my account since Dec 2020. I will never use your company again.

My order # is K5636736 my checking account was charged immediately for $172.13 the 2 items that were back ordered were supposed to be back in stock on 2/27/2021. I contacted customer service and was told that they only charged my account in the amount of $106.00 and that I had cancelled the other items. Which was not true. I gave her the confirmation # from my bank for the 172.13
She was very rude, I ask to speak to her supervisor and she said there was not one available. She said she was sending me a letter that had the transaction for $106.
I received the letter the content was the items were no longer available. Since the items are not available I am requesting a refund for the

Pay attention to the large number of poor reviews about this company. I did not. On 12/2/20 I ordered a pair of pants, a sweater, and a shirt for my wife for Christmas at full price plus shipping for $135.66. That was 3 weeks before Christmas. They did not arrive on time or even close. My wife had nothing to open and the company sent a note that the items were on back order. I should have been told that the items were on back order when I placed my order so I could purchase something else for her. On 1/19/21 the sweater arrived. It is 1/23/21 and the pants have not arrived. The company apologized with a canned message after I sent them a complaint. Their customer service is appalling and non existent. There is a reason that this company has such a low rating.
Desired outcome: I would think that at least 25% refund should have been applied for such bad service.
