A mishap in the beginning but finished project looks great.

This company has clearly achieved a far more advanced capability in the roofing industry than all the others I have seen! I'm anxious to see their final results!

Ben was our representative and he did a great job. He explained everything so we could understand and answered every question we had. This was a great experience. Looking to do siding and gutters in about a year.

Very pleased with the whole process. They new my needs and assisted me with working through my insurance company before trying to sell me a product. Very client/customer oriented business. When all Was complete the workmanship was terrific! Highly recommend.

Contacted this company to schedule an appointment for quote. I was told an appointment couldn't be made for me only as the primary POC for my property. They require both primary and secondary listed for property. I haven't experienced this with other roofing companies.

Overall great experience! The Nu Look team has been very professional, kind, and easy to work with. I have worked with a couple of different roofing companies in the area and Nu Look is hands down the best. I would recommend Nu Look to anyone looking to replace their roof.

We were provided with an outstanding presentation by Preston S. We are moving forward with this project after all of our questions were answered. His display of professionalism and his ability to not make us feel pressured sealed the deal. We look forward to working with NuLook on completing our roofing project.

This company is awesome they came up the very schedule day and get the job done nice and neat! Very good outfit. I had nothing but a pleasurable experience while dealing with Nu Look from Jess the sales representative, Yvonne from customer service who kept me posted and coordinated every step, Chris M the project manager and Joel who led the crew that installed my roof. I highly recommend Nu Look Home Design and will definitely use them again if any other home projects should arise. Thank you once again.

I was not very fond of this company. I received an estimate from them for a conventional Supreme standard roof and at first the gentleman told me that it would cost $27,382. When I told him that that was unacceptable he stated that they would be able to give me a discount and the new price was $16,429.I declined the officer and he left. On Black Friday, I received a call from the company stating that they were offering a special on that day only for $7,900. Can deal with a company that has so many conflicting prices.

So today a gentleman name chayce came to my house to give me an estimate on my roof. This was a great experience, he was able to answer all of my questions and explain everything to me and what would be done. During this estimate we went over everything from pricing all the way down to the color of the shingles. During this process he talked to me and my family more like a friend then a business opportunity. What made this a great experience was not only how friendly he was but how willing chayce and his company where to work with us on pricing and even financing. We had multiple prices to choose from depending on the material we wanted. Then we also had a few options on our financing to see what would work best for us. So all in all chayce is one of the best sales reps I have dealt with and did a great job to connect with us. GREAT JOB

My experience with Nu Look Home Design, Inc. was an extremely positive one - from the sales people, customer service, HOA representative, project manager to the front line workers. At every point during the process of residing my home and installing new gutters, they kept me informed and responded to my questions and requests in a timely manner. I was a little overwhelmed by the entire process because it was such a huge undertaking, but they were able to calm my fears by being responsive and by finishing the project on time and with few issues and giving me a "brand new" home. I've received several compliments from neighbors and friends already. The one problem that did arise with the finishing around a bay window, was solved beautifully and within two business days. Based on a mutual agreement, they also gave me a Lowe's gift card to cover the cost of some damage that they could not readily repair. My only complaint and disappointment was that during this time of COVID-19, neither the project manager nor many of the workers wore masks. There were several times when I had to look at something and felt a little uncomfortable, but I wore my mask and kept my distance.

Final cost of solar panels and install were not what was originally discussed. Invoice only lists the total charge with no breakdown. This has been a long process of mis communication, the first appointment where cost was discussed was with Robert J on 1/4, we discussed $22,000, for solar panels and install, Rob stopped all communication, I received an email from Stan requesting a breakdown of cost, however it was never communicated. I only received an invoiced marked paid today after months of requesting it. The cost is way over estimate and I have no idea what I paid for at the total price of $38,720.63.

I contact this company for roof replacement and they replace the my house roof and fail to install the gutters throughout the house and rain or water that comes from the roof never go through the drainage system instead all water go into the house exterior and destroying the house windows, sidings and exterior walls and when I ask them refuse to correct the gutters system instead the service manager come to my house and treat me like trash and told me this is normal but this is not normal water destroying the Windows and sidings and all my Windows are brand new only 2 month old and already start falling apart and I need emergency corrections to the the gutters system. If not I will hire lawyers to fight the issue I am facing with this business.

NuLook Home Design received a copy of the Insurance scope that I received from ***. The scope provided by *** explicitly states that $763.13 was provided to repair interior damage to my home. NuLook Home Design used $763.13 for the installation of the roof on my home and did not allot any of the funds to repair the interior. NuLook Home Design did not consult with me on the scope document other than to ask for it, which they received. NuLook Home Design then contacted my insurance company without my prior knowledge to further request $785.44 to supplement costs to the roof. They knowingly took $763.13 from my insurance company and used that $763.13 for work other than its intended purpose, which is to repair the interior of my home. A Homeowner's insurance claim that I filed and was approved for will now have to be paid, in part, out of my pocket to cover the expense of the interior repair to my home. This is, at minimum, an oversight on the part of NuLook Home Design. I am a disabled combat veteran and I live with a Gold Star widow. This is just one of many complaints I have for this project that has caused severe anxiety attacks for me and many lost hours of sleep. My mental health has been severely affected by simply doing business with NuLook Home Design. Product_Or_Service: Roof

Holes were cut in our new roof and simply covered with shingles and felt along the apex of our House's roof. We called repeatedly, no reply or repair. We declined the "roof cap" on the contract the day we signed the paperwork & the $300.00 or so cost was removed from the final price. On installation day, the roof was removed & replaced w/ new, but the crew cut 6" x 4 feet or so slots along the roof apex before noticing the contract said "NO Roof Cap", and simply covered -up all the holes they cut with felt & Shingles. Now, you can look at the front of the house & see where the apexes are sagging since there is no support under those sections of roofing. We called them the first time within months of seeing this (we discovered this because my wife found saw dust on everything being stored in the attic), and were told they would get back with us. No response. This year, I have contacted Travis (Svc Mgr) several times, and left messages almost weekly, and still nothing. I even told him that there was a spot in the center of the roof, right over the door, poking up, and asked for it to be fixed with the cut-up apex that Travis said they would look into, and he said they would. Travis did call this week, and I called him back within moments, but he put his phone on answer mode. I called him last about an hour ago, again and got a generic NLHD answering machine message. I have photos of the areas in question, and even sent them to Travis at his request. He responded thank you back on 30 Sept 2020.
