I called the phone number that claimed to offer a free trial of nubiotix. However, the catch is that you pay for shipping and handling. It is also a automatic shipment program. After I said no to the offer several times, the customer service offered the product for $19.96. I did place an order unfortunately. When I called to check on the status of my order, the agent stated that "my order had been cancelled. " I didn't cancel the order, but somehow the order was cancelled. The company didn't plan on giving me a refund either. I had to call back several times before I was able to get a 100% refund. The customer service agent said that she could refund 15% of my money. When I told her that I was reporting them to the bbb, she immediately refunded 100% of my money and cancelled my account. I am going to report them to the bbb because their practices are unethical. I am thankful to be done with that company. Therefore, buyers beware!

How am I supposed to send it back. There is no return sticker or anything. I'm going to cancel the whole thing. Never order this product!

Happened to me terrible terrible customer service you can hear someone whispering in the background what to tell them to say they got it all the way down to giving me a full refund I still never got an address to send this back to unopened bottles I don't even want to try it because I think they're going to try to build me they did give me a reference number that I'm going to keep and I am going to report this to the attorney general and the Better Business Bureau

I have mixed thoughts on nubiotix, first I heard the advertisement on the radio about free free then it turns out not being free pay for shipping and then they will auto send you for 69.99 so at that point I said forgetting about the whole thing, (I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO MY INSTINCTS, )Then an operator gets on and says we will send you a 30 days supply for 19.99 shipping included so I gave it a shot, but I immediately called the, to STOP AUTO SENDING, And 3 weeks later another bottle was sent to my house, and I was so pissed, i made sure to cancel the auto send and they charged my card and sent it anyway, I called customer service and was on hold for 20 mins, (not exaggerating ) Finally I get a real person on the phone and explain, they claim I never canceled but it shows in called a at some point, what do they think I called for, SO THE ARE LIARS FOR ONE, then they tell me ok you can keep the pills at a 50% price, are the out of there minds pay for something I didn't order, NO WAY, then they say 75 %, then they said 100% but I had to pay for the shipping again are they out of there minds, so finally they made this last offer 9.99 and I keep the pills, an they refunded 29.99 back to my card, which totally turned me off to this company, here's where the torn part comes in after 2 months of using this product i can say it works, I have to take a lot of medicines ando one in particular is a pain medicine and this product hasearch helped me go regularly and and digest like I did when I was younger, I want to buy this product but I won't from this company just because of there terrible practices..shame on them..

I was told by operator that my card would not be charged unless i decided to keep ordering after 30 days. I should have went by my first instinct because when we hung up, i immediately called back to verify with customer service that they were sure they would not charge me and they said yes. I didn't find out to a week later when i was purchasing something i was told i didn't have enough funds in my account. I immediately called my bank to see what the problem was and yes it was NuBiotix! I was furious! My ONLY income is my disability. That was wat i have left to live off of for 21/2 weeks! I tried to get my bank Direct Express to help with no prevail. I sent in all types of paper work to them to do an investigation just for them they couldn't find anything wrong. How hard was it for them to understand that i didn't give that company permission to take my money out! I had to get a new card. I been meaning to change my bank because they were heartless and treated me like i was the criminal after they have perfect service from me for 8 years! I guess now i will send it to the BBB. They are awesome! Please pray for me.

This is an addendum to my complaint yesterday concerning NuBiotix. By the way, they took $75.00 out of my account! That might not seem like alot to some but it was for me since im on a fixed income and the ONLY income i have. I hope they are put to a stop and not hurt anyone else!

NuBiotics did the same thing to me. I specifically told him that I only wanted one order and I will try it and then decide if I want to subscribe. I made him repeat back to me three times they would not charge my credit card and low and behold they charge my card two weeks ago. I called and they refused to give me a refund. Then they started to negotiate which I thought that that was reprehensible. They offered me 10% back, and I refused. And they offered me 20% and 35% and 50% then 75% . I refused and demanded a full refund, which they would not give me. I even offered to send back the product which I didn't want the first place. I just cancelled my account. My cc company removed the charges but i guess they keep my money.

OMG! Why did yesterday i heard the Nubiotx advertising on the radio station? The same station that i got my information from. I had not heard that commercial for months so i figured the station got word about their scam and left them alone. Well no? They
are back and when i heard it i froze and got sick to my stomach. I'm going to report to BBB about it being played on the radio and see if there's a way to stop them from destroying other people's livelihood.

They are stealing people's money! I ordered the free trial and I was told that I had 30 days to cancel. I didn't receive the pills until over a week later. I was charged $74.20 at 3am the day I got the trial in the mail. The customer service representative lied over and over again about why I was charged. I'm filing a complaint with BBB. They are liars and thieves and the radio station should be ashamed for running the commercial.

!st of all product does not work at all. Phone offer I received I pay 29.99 for bottle with 30 day money back guarantee. Called after trying it for 2 weeks and they said they don't have a 30 day money back guarantee even though i wrote it down as i was on the phone when ordering when they said it. I would have never ordered it without some type of guarantee. So when they tell you try it you have nothing to loose you have a 30 day money back guarantee. They are bluntly lying.

They take your money screw you on auto ship.
they don't stand behind there crappy product that does not work!

It's a shame - I actually liked the product and would have continued use. UNTIL I REALIZED my .99 cent 'free trail; ordered on 7-2-2016 resulted in numerous unauthorized charges, for which I received a total of two 30 caps bottles of the Probiotic Digestive Formula and one 45 caps bottle of Digestive Enzyme Blend. The Initial .99 cents was charged by BestNutrition on 7-2-2016 the same day (the day I ordered the free trail) A $74.93 charge from SuperiorHealth (containing the same merchant transaction information - WATFORD0000000000000GB) posted. About [protected] one 30 tablet bottle of Probiotic Digestive Formula arrived. On 7-23 BestNutrition charged me an additional $69.95. Mid August ONE 45 cap bottle od Digestive Enzyme Blend arrived. On [protected] BestNutrtion charged me $74.93 again I then received the second 30cap bottle of the Digestive Formula. This order contained a packing slip with a ship to address order information and telephone number for Kevin Richardson from Westchester PA. I wonder how much he was charged and what - if anything he received for his trouble. Just the fact these companies HIDE their identity by billing you with different names, ship from a FulFilllment Center - with NO phone number on contact information. When you finally do speak to them they in no way offer help, they STATE the Terms & Conditions and the HOOPS you need to jump through to properly request return authorizations or credit, then instead offer a discount - or partial credit. UNACCEPTABLE and OUTRAGEOUS I'm sure many of these deceptive practices are illegal in most states. Can anyone else see a CLASS ACTION coming? I have paid off my credit card for these charges, in good faith, BUT I will make it my mission to tell this story, file as many complaints, to as many agencies in existence, I will pursue this fraudulent business with a vengeance, until they are stopped. I will stand up and start the fight; every single consumer affected by these greedy slimy who continue to swindle the public with a "Free Trail", that doesn't exist. Blatantly stealing our money directly from our accounts; double billing - bullying and hiding, We all need to speak up, file complaints with the BBB, FCC, our banks and credit card companies, anyone else who will listen. Lets put these professional thieves out of business. These crimes should be punishable by incarceration.

Why do you feel it necessary to even comment? Do you feel better being cruel to people? Treating people with respect and compassion is the best way to live life. Your comments actually remind me of our President, I would never be so cruel, or vote for Trump.

Nubiotix

I have called this company 3 times now to cancel my account., yet I still receive the product in the mail and my account is debited. I have 3-4 unopened bottles of this product and have now spent over 1.5 hours on hold waiting to speak to someone.

I did finally get through to someone, a person who excels at customer service, Marco (if we were speaking in person you would be able to hear the sarcasm). Marco argued with me about me not canceling my account until today. I did call once before and went through the process, when I hit 1 to cancel I assumed I completed the necessary steps. Then I called again to cancel, and waited for a customer service rep for over 10 minutes and I had to hang up, because I have a job. This is why at 1:30a.m. after seeing additional charges on my account, I called to cancel again. I pressed 1, cancel, as stated in prior call.
This time I also pressed 0 to speak to a representative. I waited on hold for 10 minutes, then Marco answered the line. He then argued with me and told me I never canceled account before and I could not get a refund for 2 fees, as I requested. I tried to explain what happened to him, he told me that was not true and I could not get a refund for more than 1 fee. I was trying to put my phone down and type at the same time and the call dropped.
I then called back, same process. After 5 minutes, Marco was on the line again. He said I hung up on him, he told me I never called prior to tonight, he yelled over the phone and would not let me get any words in the conversation, he said I would only be refunded for 1 of the fees no matter what. I was trying to not lose my temper, but he made it extremely difficult. I finally got a few words in and he said, if I did cancel my account previously what was the confirmation number? WTF, when you call in to cancel you press 1, they confirm and your done. The only reason it went any further was because I wanted to make sure it was actually canceled this time, I still never received a confirmation. Maybe I will get an email with a confirmation, I didn’t after the previous cancelation, obviously. I amazes me when an organization who obviously does not have an efficient customer service department tries to prove I am lying by asking for a confirmation number that was never mentioned in phone call? Or in any follow-up email. I explained I expected the 1 refund immediately, which he agreed to process (not too confident it will actually happen) and I would then have my bank process the other, I should not have to pay additional charges. It is obvious this company is out to take advantage of their customers, I have not even opened 1 bottle of this product. Companies like this one get you when your weak, then they bog you down on the phone, hoping you will not be able to complete process, then they keep taking your money. When you finally wait them out, they treat you like you are dishonest. They should be put out of business, do not ever order anything. You will end up wasting your time and money, then you will be treated like a liar by Marco. Good luck! They will not last long.

I did read someone complaint, which was similar to my own, except I will not even be opening the product. I do not trust a business who preys on their customers as they continue to do. I have 3 or 4 unopened bottles, I paid over $100 and wasted over 2 hours of my time! How do people look themselves in the mirror everyday when they run their business this way, (Marco and Nubiotix (or whatever the name of the company is) you should be ashamed.

I have learned my lesson…..do not ever give in to those quick fix scams……… I will be following up with my bank, I am confident my account will be refunded by the bank, not Marco……

If anyone actually likes the product, reply to my rant and I will send. I will not be using
