These idiots sent me the wrong item and refuse to refund. They owe me $21.59 immediately.

These dummies sent me the wrong thing and won't give my money back. They owe me $21.59 right away.

Never got my order from NYLingerie. Customer service ain't even bothering to reply. I've told 'em about it like 7 times already.

Returned the product because it was too big but didn't receive a refund. Requested the refund to be credited to my card.

My wife she ordered 3 bras from ny lingerie. When they came they were not the color she ordered. I went online and printed a return label and sent them back. sales ID item ID. I never received a refund. I emailed the company and got a canned response. I called them *** Oct 2020 and they said they would process my refund but I never got a refund. Now it is December and I have not received a refund.

After an issue with my order from a company, they resolved it and I received my item. I asked for a return label, but was told it wasn't necessary. I informed the seller, expecting resolution. However, they've sent spam emails hourly since noon. If they want the item back, I'll return it at my expense. Please request they stop the spam. Thanks.

I ordered from NY Lingerie on Amazon, but what I got was an empty envelope. I reached out to them, and they claimed it was delivered. I persisted and they promised a refund if the package didn't arrive within a week. Instead of receiving the product, they offered me a partial refund, citing the long delivery time. I patiently waited for a week, contacted them again, and now they're telling me to file a complaint with Amazon, which I already did. Let me tell you, I'm an honest hardworking person, and NY Lingerie clearly scammed me. There's no doubt about it. They are fully aware of what they sent me.

This seller takes forever to deliver. The thing I bought came way later than stuff I got from a different seller. The package went to the post office instead of my house, so I had to pay extra. Even though Amazon already charged me for ***, they still charged me again for this item. I don't suggest buying from this seller if you're ordering internationally. I placed my order on Nov 26, it shipped on December 9, and I didn't get it until December 25. They charged me for ***, even though I already paid. I want them to give me back $4.46 for the *** charges.

I bought some stuff from NY Lingerie through Walmart on 9/16. The order number was *** and the total cost was $76.77. When I got the item, it was the wrong size. I went back to Walmart to return it, but they said they couldn't print a return label, so they couldn't send it back. I called Walmart customer service at on 9/20, and they said NY Lingerie would send me the return label by mail. I finally got it a month later. I sent the items back on 10/12 with a copy of the invoice in the package, but I still haven't received a refund on my credit card. I want a full refund.
