I've ordered Pandora on the 2nd of September and was supposed to arrive between the 16 and 23 of September. I did not receive it yet and the tracking number send to me don't work. NzSale keep on saying it was not their problem, but I ordered it through them which make it their problem. I send numerous mails and they just keep on saying they will inform me as soon as they find out what is going on. I am very sorry but this is very bad service from NZ Sale's side. I will not recommend them to anyone and will not make use of them again.

I've waited around 14 weeks for my order to arrive and according to their tracking system, it hasn't been sent yet. They won't respond to any of my emails so I've spent almost $100 on clothes that I'll never see. They're idiots and are hopeless with customer service. If nothing is done about this matter immediately, I'll be taking this public as I'm sure others are having the same problems... you stealing our money!

Hi there, i bought a jacket in the month of june and that was supposed to be delivered by jul 7, 2019 but it got delivered by july end and secondly when I recieved order the button of jacket wasn't there so i requested for return. The nz sale accepted the return request and sent me the Ran number and then i contacted castle parcel to pick up the parcel and they were calling me in the morning by 7-8 am as I couldn't pick the call due to my work so i called them back and told them plz call my partner for confirmation and since then they are not picking my call, also after telling them to call my partner they again called me and told me that there was mis-communication within our department so we couldn't call your partner. All this scenario i had texted to nz sale and they told me that theyll arrange the courier again . It's been 3-4 days now either of the companies have contacted me .

breach of cga through no refund of non-delivered items
Hi.
This company is clearly not complying with NZ's Consumer laws under the CGA as they do not adhere to refund of non-received items, not fit for purpose or not as advertised.
I have already lodged my issue with the Commerce Commission via email and also written to the Companies Office as they are also retaining customer's full credit info after purchase ie; PayPal passwords.
Below is what they are constantly avoiding and therefore need to refund:
Orders 29554214 & 29699915
2x silver cloths @ 5.40 each = 10.80
Cleaning brushes not as described 50% refund of $7.52 = 3.76
Tropical print Dustii bikini top Not received = 61.20
Butterfly embroidered jacket child size not adult = 42.30
Kerastase Bontanica Shampoo Not received = 36.00
TOTAL TO REIMBURSE: 154.06
So they are also breaching privacy and security as there is no approval step prior to purchase (mine went straight through when a Paypal popup is expected) so there are clearly company policies that are in violation of NZ law (please refer to reviews on trustpilot also).
I issued them a 7day invoice on the 30th July (registered in their system) which they are still trying to avoid. This kind of business practice needs to cease.

Hello, to whom may concern this problem. I've complained so many times about my parcel have sent to the wrong address. All my orders have sent to wrong address, and that's 3 times in a row, I'm so mad right now! I contacted NZSALE but they just ignored me, they must thought it isn't their problem and till now I'm waiting for my refund. Please check in my file and have a look at what I'm mad about.
It said delivered to 2/157 Gossamer Drive, Pakuranga Heights but that isn't the right address I provided. This is third times in a row, my parcel has sent to this address. Please fix this problem or refund my money. I do not want to see my parcel going to 2/157 Gossamer Drive again. I'm super mad about NZSALE's now, I've still have three parcels on the way I do not want to see ALL going to the 2/157 instead of my address 2/157A.
I am complaining about my parcel that I haven't receive
I ordered a coach cross body bag but I haven't receive it.So disappointing, so sad about it because I saved hard just to buy the item. I called the NZ Post to track my package and they said it was delivered last Friday June 14, 2019. It was all lie because I waited for the package since Wednesday June 12, 2019. I tracked it online and it shows in the tracking history that it was delivered in Castor Bay and not in my address in Forrest Hill.

Over the years I've made a number of purchases through the site and in doing so I have experienced very inconsistent service. Incredibly slow delivery rates, (which in some cases extended 1.5 - 2 months from order - by which time the season had passed). The ‘contact' facility is an absolute joke, replies can take a week if you're lucky or is simply ignored. If and when replies do come they are simply form' replies - cut and pastes and tend not to address the specifics of the original enquiry. Their refund policy is poor - Had to wait well over one month for a refund on something that had clearly been lost. No obvious contact phone number so you're effectively held hostage by the if we feel like it' customer service replies. Based on my experiences I have difficulty in recommending this site. If people do decide to take the plunge and buy from the site then I'd suggest they do a web search to the check prices first, in a number of cases I've found that the original price they quoted had been seriously over inflated. There are other alternative sites I suggest buyers investigate them as possible alternatives. The customer service of NZSale has taken a plunge over the years. I found it poor, slow and inconsistent. Shipping information was contradictory - if they said it had been dispatched that didn't necessarily mean it had been dispatched! Look at the many online reviews before getting involved.

Although they fit so he wore them. Today the 3rd june my other order arrived and very dissapointed as the uggs that arrived today were actually his... At the right size. Which meant he had worn mine the whole weekend and the ones that arrived today are still not the ones i had ordered... Or shall i say the first order that arrived was wrong... Because of the time it was taking to obtain the jacket in the UK and there was no definite time frame for the order to be filled, I was given the option to cancel the order and was told that my refund was being processed. It's been about 10 days now - and still no refund. I tried logging on to my a/c with NZSale and discovered that my order had already disappeared from my a/c - even though there were no goods received or a refund as I requested.

I asked the nzsale team on when the watch will arrive and they can not give an indication of how long I will need to wait. I told them I want to get a refund as I'm tired of waiting but there was no further response from the nzsale team. I'm very disappointed and frustrated at their service!

I order a g-shock watch from nz sale on 23/03/2019 the estimate delivery date of which was between 16/04/2019 to 21/04/2019. I patiently waited for the item to arrive, however it did not arrive till that date I contacted to know how long will it take form the estimated date, was informed to wait as it can take 5 to 7 working days after the estimated date... I again waited patiently... Received the watch today, however its completely different from the watch I ordered the dial of the watch is nothing like its shown in the site...

Worst nightmare ever. I have had some successful purchases from nzsale n decided to buy a short and jacket on 30th March 2019. I got the shorts a little after 2nd April. However the jacket is still not here. Nzsale site, order tab tells me that it is yet to be packaged and that the delivery will be done by 22nd April. Today is 26th April.
What's even worse is that there is no customer complain link on nzsale site.😡😡😡😡

Nz sale team suggest that your order is canceled due to there stock issue, No one have advised me until I have contact them several times . Very bad customer experience.. when I have ordered product they have advertised order will be dispatche in 48 hours, they are making people fool . I got some cheap sheets that were a totally different brand. A small thread count and not even 100% cotton, not to mention, definitely not egyptian cotton... They were acutally a very thin polyester/cotton blend!
This has happened in the past with nz sale when I ordered a sheet set a couple of years ago. However I had alot going on then, so just put the sheets on the bed, that's when I realised they were cheap and thin and not the quality I had ordered. The next morning I checked and realised I had been sent a different brand entirely. But because I had already used them I could not return : (so years later I thought I would give nz sale another chance and ordered sheets. Same thing happened, only this time I checked immediately when they arrived and knew they were another cheap brand not the ones I had bought & paid for! This is very rude, misleading and downright dishomest of nz sale. I am still waiting for my refund,. Nz sale have contacted me saying they will refund my account so I have to continue shopping with them to use the money but I do not want to shop with them ever again!
Also I deman a full refund too as I should not be charged the post costs I paid to have the wrong item sent out to me! I have been getting no response from nz sale and if I do not get some customer support very soon and my refund very soon I will be chasing this up with consumer rights and making people aware of the scams nz sale are doing!

I submitted an order (No 27478746) for men shoes from Gino Rossi in October 2018 and failed to receive it and no tracking was available. After through investigation from NZsale they inform me that I will refund the amount $109.88 and was asked to provide you with my Bank account No and I did. I have been waiting for the refund for the last 2 months and a half inspite of my many contacts/emails sent to Anis asking for the refund. I am really disappointed and upset about the bad services. It is not as used to be. It lets me thinks and hesitate to submit any further order in future. I am hoping from your board to act and solve the problem. Thank you for your help and assistance.

I have a voucher I cannot use. Called and emailing tons of times, Was put on hold for like 20 minutes every time I called the wellington number, and ended up leaving messages which never reply. I wonder if there was anyone on the line or.just the voice message. This is so called nzsale services. They gave you refund for returning goods but put it in the nzsale account, which meant to use for new purchase but it doesn't work...
