On July 27, 2021 I purchased tow orders of Charmin 9 rolls toilet paper. I conducted pick up at 1235 Silas Creek Parkway in Winston Salem, NC on July 29, 2021 approximately 1940 hours. After I entered the store I went to the customer service department. The sale clerk was assisting another customer. First, she didn't acknowledge my presence. She failed to greet or welcome to the establishment, even as she was passing in collecting paperwork. After waiting for about ten minuets I observed a second sales clerk exiting a door located by the online pickup area. She, also walked past me and didn't acknowledge by presence. At that time, the customer who was being assisted by the first sale clerk observed the unprofessional assistance and pointed to a gentleman stating that he might can assist me. If only he realized that was more challenging. So, I pressed the button located by the online pickup, because he stood there as if I was standing in his way. After, I pressed the button he said " Are you here for a pick up?." I'm thinking " Are you f**** serious?." I explained to him I that I had two orders to pick up and they were not on the self located by the online pickup self. At that time, the second sales woman yelled across the store to him inquiring what I needed. This is the same individual that ignored me for over ten minutes. She instructed him to look in the corner by the customer service area, where she was located. We arrive at that area and he just stood there. I had to look at the invoices and found the two orders. He didn't assist me in putting them in the cart, ask for my documented copies for pick up or identification. As, I was about to exit the store the second female clerk approached me as asked " How many orders did I have?." I replied that I have two orders, she requested to see the invoices attached to the orders. She didn't ask for identification. She act as if I was attempting to steal additional packs of toilet tissue. Afterwards, she made a comment" The sales person is suppose to get the customer orders". I replied, ''If the customer didn't have to wait exceeding over fifteen minutes of being ignored and having to search and load their order, then I wouldn't have to be informed of the store rules." This is ridiculous, unprofessional customer service. The applaud damage is that I was in my Law Enforcement attire, because I just got off duty. So, if I'm disrespectful as a Law Enforcement Agent. How would I have been treated as a civilian?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
