This manager - Raymond - acts like he's on some power trip every time I see him at the store. One time I was shopping and he asked me repeatedly if I was the one who had parked my car in a "Do Not Park" place and then he acted suspicious when I kept deniying it. He had no sense of how he came across to me as a customer. Its more like you walk into some military installation or something with him. The rest of the help more or less act unfriendly as well. They seem bent out of shape to be working with the shut down but they forget about how the customers feel bad as well. Today I was going to buy something and he came running after me to tell me to put on a mask - apparently a new policy that he said was posted on the door that I had not noticed. I told him I didn't have a mask and he was about to check me out for the boxes and I suggested that they put the sign on the front door when I looked and saw it was on the side of the door. He insisted it was on the door itself. It wasn't. At that point I just decided I am not shopping at a store with such a controlling, unfriendly atmosphere to customers by ignorant managers who never smile or set a good example for employees who also act the same and who don't know the side of the door from the actual door. I just left without purchasing anything. I have spent thousands of dollars in that store. With this shut down I have been pushed to the limit like a lot of people but this guy has had his trip going since before that time. He has the wrong attitude to be a manger in my opinion. This is the store in San Antonio by I-10 and Crossroads Mall.
Everyone knows with Covid that you should be wearing a mask. Knowing that is whats recommended you should have known regardless.
