olx.ph review: size of item not as described

I have been trying to contact the seller but she has ignored my messages and I cannot seem to call her... I have bought a backpack from her and had asked the size of the bag wherein she said that the size of the bag was posted on the OLX page... the size posted was 42cmx33cm... the bag that arrived was just around 32cmx30cm... I had paid 7, 000 for the item... the cellphone number she is using is [protected].. she still has a few items on sale in the OLX site...
