Excellent service. Work was very well done and they were pleasant to work with. Was "On Time" each time they came by to do the work. Highly recommend!

Newman came out and inspected the tangled mess of wires of the current electrical service and gave his honest opinion of what the job would entail and gave a fair quote on the cost of the job.

He was such a nice guy. Previous estimates were so high it wasnt even possible. Instead of making new electrical lamp post he said order the solar tops. We thought we needed 4 exhaust fans and it turned out only needed 2. He was kind, polite and very professional would use him/his company again. Thank you

I called On Time Electrical when my light would not come on. I put new florescent bulbs in and the light still would not come on. Technician came out and had the problem corrected the same day and in no time at all. The charge was very reasonable. I am happy that I called On Time Electrical. I will call them again if I ever need an electrician.

My 1st time with On Time Electrical was a good experience, Matt gave great customer service. There was a problem 2 weeks later with a GFCI outlet he had replace and I had no electricity in my master bath, closet, or one side of the bedroom. I called On Time Electrial and they got someone out the same day. Cale also gave very good customer service. The company as a whole seem professional and caring.

Cayce was professional, polite, knowledgeable and awesome! He explained my problems, showed me what and where things were messed up and then explained how he would repair them and what it would cost. Excellent work ethic and everything was repaired better than expected. Highly recommend On Time Electrical, and Cayce is the reason I'll use them again. Great service, great staff, great experience. 10/10

On Time Electrical did a great job for me on Jan. 7, 2022. I bought a new washer and dryer. When they were delivered, our receptacle in the wall would not receive the plug on the electric dryer. This was a Friday. I called On Time Electrical and they were out to my house before noon and had it corrected by 2 pm. That is amazing. They communicated well with me, called before showing up and their technician did a super job (on a Friday). Thank you On Time Electrical.

Working with On Time Electrical has been such an easy process. I had a couple of small electric issues, and the electrician walked the house with me, taking notes, and was able to give me clear pricing before doing any work. Work was completed in under an hour to have a three way switch replaced as well as the faulty outlet in the garage replaced, including the walk through. I received a call before service, as promised, allowing me to plan for his arrival in a 20-minute window rather than a vague window. Great service and will be using them again!

OMG, Cayce was so pleasant & beyond knowledgeable! What an incredible asset he is to your company! My husband & I were astounded by his knowledge base . Electricity & water is scary but Cayce explained every detail & steps that he would be taking to ensure our safety & that's priceless! Several years ago, a breaker catastrophically failed, destroying the panel serving my house. I called On Time (never dealt with them before), and their technician and apprentice responded really quickly. Coincidentally, the technician's name was Newman (see Dorothy F's review). He recommended what had to be done, which was very extensive, and I gave him the go ahead. He also told me that they would not leave until he had the AC running. At four the following morning, they finally left and the AC was running. They retuned later that afternoon and the day after that to complete the work, which just happened to be one of the finest wiring jobs I have ever seen. Would I recommend Newman with On Time? Oh, yes.

Representative Tamara responded quickly to my message to On Time Electrical via the Thumbtack app. She booked me and equally quick appointment time. Electrician Jeremy called me about 30 minutes prior to his arrival and arrived when he said he would. He was very kind and professional. He provided me an opportunity to explain the work needed and gave me a quote. I believe the quote I received was a little high, but you get what you pay for (that's another story). He explained all steps involved and the timeframe to complete the work. He did have to make a trip to their supplier but that was expected. The job was completed to my satisfaction and Jeremy took time to make sure everything was explained to me afterward and that everything was working as expected. This was a positive experience from the beginning to the end. Thank you all for the good work.

had lost power due to bad fuses in my bonus livingroom. Issue was not difficult to diagnose and I was mislead with $27 to come out $199 to diagnose and $299 per fuse replaced. After they figured out the issue they did not consult with me before replacing $5 fuses and trying to charge $299 per fuse x 4 plus $199 plus $27 . I asked the technician to remove the fuses and I will replace them my self ( takes 30 seconds and I had a box of them on hand ) . I think they tried to take advantage of the fact that I was a female and thought I had no knowledge about it what so ever . Extremely disappointed! ( 15 amp fuses $4-5 per fuse at Lowe's or home depot ) . I also did not appreciate the two technicians discussing the fact how uninformed I was . How they have to come to do a job and they have to explain everything( prices and so on ) . I received a text and a call that they will arrive in 30-40 min . They arrived 1 hour and half later .

I was charged $4,700 for an electrical update and new circuits, home failed inspection then passed but wrong circuits were ran. I want a refund! We called On Time Electrical to get an estimate on correcting the circuits in our kitchen, in April . The home had nearly caught fire because too many appliances were on the same small amp. They came out and told us we needed an electrical update with a main shut off 200 amp box outside along with new circuits to break up the kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and sunroom outlets. When they finished, we were told the county had already inspected the work and everything was done correctly. 2 months later I called the county to inquire about previous permits pulled on the home and I was informed the only permit ever pulled was in April (On Time Electrical) and the permit was cancelled and the work was never inspected. I informed the county that the work was completed. They sent out an inspector and failed the work. On time Electrical came back out to correct it and the county re-inspected and passed the work, they also agreed to run a dryer outlet for us at no charge for the mistake, we were happy with the service. The other day 08/30, our breaker in the kitchen tripped and we were unable to get it back on. We called another electrician to come out, and we were informed the circuits had not been broken up as they were supposed to be. Here we are $11,500 MORE to pay ANOTHER electrician to fix the same issue we called On Time Electrical out here to fix. I have spoken with the manager, David, several times since April and he is very rude an condescending and makes up excuses for why the work was not correct. He says they done the work we paid them to do and that the issues are 2 separate issues, and while I understand what he is saying, my question is how did we get nearly $5,000 worth of work done that did not address the initial issue we called them out here for. The new electrician was able to take photographs of the previous work showing that new circuits were ran to the front of the home, not where the issue was. Additionally the upgraded outside panel was the smallest panel that could be put on and not adequate for any future improvements (On Time Electrical was made aware that the home was going to be remodeled) While I understand that the panel upgrade was needed, it was not done adequately and even has an extra box running from it with no wiring in it because they got lazy when they realized breaking up the circuits was no easy job. The electricians here now could have done the panel and all work for the same they're having to charge now to FIX the mess up by On Time Electrical, hence we have had to spend over $16,000 to FIX the issue we called out On Time Electrical to fix. We want a full refund of the $4,700 we spent with On Time Electrical!
