OneClickCash I never received the cash

Although I applied I did not get the amount I requested and I did not accept their offer. I never received the cash from this company and yet they are saying I received the cash and expect me to pay 300.00. They are very rude and won't allow me to speak with a supervisor. This is fraudulent. I need my name to be cleared. Their telephone number is [protected].

OneClickCash Payday loan

I had gotten a loan One Click Cash in the amount of $350 and now they are trying to say I owe $590. Needless to say they are not even licensed to lend in my state much less the state the operate out of so please do not pay them anything until you have filed a formal complaint against them with your state's Financial Instutions department. I have filed a complaint and my state sent them letters this week that all owed them was the principal and that they would be charged with not being in compliance. Took a lot of sleepless nights for me but please let your state handle them and it will cost you whole lot less money and sleepless nights.

OneClickCash Scam

So I needed some extra cash, fell on hard times...had it set up where they automatically take out of my account...not only did they take it out the were trying to take it out when they were not supposed to, which in turn now I am negative in my bank account, so I am getting charged fees up the you know what. Then I get harrassing phone calls stating that I am going to full collections for not paying. I would NEVER EVER EVER recommend them to anyone! They are rude and seems like they do what they want with you bank account.

OneClickCash Scam

I requested a loan from one click cash for $350.00. I read the contract and was okay with it. The email I initially received said I would receive notification when my loan was due. I NEVER received an email regarding payments. I had the money on February 4 to pay it off but they just took the $105. They continued to do so for 4 pay periods. The total amount they received was $420. I closed my bank account because I was not going to pay them any more. I then received a call saying I still owed $575.00 because my loan was just automatically renewed. The man, Russell was extremely rude. I hung up on them but called back later. They would not mail me anything regarding this payment nor would they give out an address to mail payments. I was told the only way to stop interest from accruing was to give them a debit card number. I agreed to a payment arrangement to pay off the $575. I began receiving emails when my payments were coming up to remind me. That happened for 3 payments, the last 2 I did not receive any email. I contacted Russell to cancel this payment for this week because money was too tight and I couldn't pay it. I told him I would pay it in July to finish paying off this debt. He said he couldn't do that because they needed 3 days to cancel a payment, nor could they skip a pay period. I didn't believe either. I cancelled my debit card and received at 9:00 this morning from Russell. He left rude messages on all three of my numbers. I refuse to pay this scam any more. I have given them $720.00 to pay off this "debt" and I have not received emails or a correct calculation as I was told I would. It is hard for me to believe that in less 2 months interest accrued to almost $250.00. To top it off, there is NO phone number to call on the contract.

you will never pay them off, same as you i took 300 loan as of this date i paid them back over 1300.00. i stopped them from my bank acct. and they call me everyday 3x a day. they have threated to have me arrested. send people to my home and press charges for bad checks. they have called my previous employer, my family they told them all kinds of stuff. i refuse to pay them any more. my best advice change your number. and report them . they practice fraud if you continue to pay them they never go away. if you are lucky to be in state where payday loans are illegal report them and stop paying them at once they cant do anything. they will not send anything in the mail!

OneClickCash Harassing Phone Calls

This company has got to be doing something illegal. They call my business 3-4 times a day and hang up. When I call back ap politely ask them to remove the number from their calling list I am then informed that they are not calling me. That is amazing since caller ID shows me the number and allows me to dial back. When I asked for the address of the compay I have been informed by 3 seperate people that I am not allowed to have that information! What kind of compay will not allow someone to have their mailing address. All this has done is Pissed me off more and will drive me even harder to the BBB.

OneClickCash Their rude, bizarre conduct

I thought they were OK. I paid off one loan with them and took the 2nd for $200.00. I was having difficulty with my bank and the account was empty but open. I had emails faxed from the bank that the account was open and would be getting direct deposit. After several weeks, the "compliance dept" makes ONE call to me, which I missed. I tried to get in touch, but they have no phone number. So I called customer service every day begging them to put me through to Compliance. They refused. Only fax and email. I sent about 20 emails. The phone message left for me by The Complaince Dept of one click cash said they would have to "recoup" the $200 because they "lost it". This is crazy. My direct deposit comes in on the 3rd and I was ready to make my first payment. Finally I called the Atty General's office who called them and got back to me. He said he had no trouble getting through to compliance. He said they told him a lot of bull. I never ripped them off for $200.00. I lost a portion of the loan MYSELF when it was put in my bank. Luckily, one overdraught fee was given back to me. But still, I lost about $100 of the loan. One Click Cash lost NOTHING. I got through to Compliance after the atty general called (still customer service was nasty and didn't want to put me though) and when I got through the woman who had called me went nuts on me. She said I burned them for $200 but they will "eat it". What did I do? Every time I said - you can start taking the loan payments from the acct on the 3rd as planned Sept 3 but it was like she didn't hear me. I told her she was shady. I also told her the attorney general told me to get in touch with their state's banking and finance dept. I don't think they are worth it. If they don't want to take the $200 as per the debiting schedule for reasons that escape me, what can I do? Their customer serv dept was very rude and always lying. There are two other strange events that happened with this company but I am done with them. Miss Compliance Dept said to me: IF YOU REPORT US, I WILL SEND MY PAPERWORK OVER. Well, I can't believe it.

OneClickCash Payday loan ripoff

When your loan is due, we automatically deduct your scheduled payment from your bank account along with any applicable fees.

Getting The Cash You Need Is That Easy!

IT'S ALL A LIE !

I have a loan with one click cash and they do not take out a payment towards the loan on your payday, if you do not contact them three days or more prior to the due date, they will continually take $120.00 from your account as a renewal fee. nothing they take out is an actual payment to lower your loan amount. whoever borrows from this company has to pay off the full amount of the loan plus an extra $120.00 on the due date, they are not going to tell you the money they have been taking is to extend a due date you already thought existed.

if you have any payday loans, my advice is to read the terms of the loan and pay it off the next time you get paid or before that date or else you will be losing hundreds of dollars may be more depending on how long you let the company have controll over the payments.

I just realized I have been overcharged for my loan I took out with them. I looked at my bank statements and calculated all they have taken which amounts to $575.00, $715.00, As of 10-15-2010, My loan was for $390.00(Including the service charge. My loan should be paid in full. How I missed this before know I don't know. Glad I caught it. I also seen the double payments they have been taking from me. I checked my account from when The loan started to make sure I was correct, and added it all up.My loan status online with this company still says I owe the full amount. Oh No I don't.

My account's being closed tomorrow! I e-mailed them and of course no response yet. I am calling the Attorney General's office also. These companies need to be stopped!
How could they do this in this economy the way it is? Unbelievable . I added everything up, repeatedly to make sure I wasn't wrong. And from what I'm seeing, There are many people they have ripped off. Someone should start a lawsuit against them.
never again will I get a loan online. I'd rather go without, And be behind on bills then get ripped off! All those online payday loans are scams.

I asked for a payday loan of $200.00. They approved me and deposited $300.00 in my Checking account. After paying them back $500.00 I checked to see what was going on and was told that my balance was still $325.00. They tried to explain that every time a payment was taken from my account my loan was renewed...HELLO? Any fool can see they are ripping people off! I cannot believe I'm paying $825.00 for a $300.00 loan!

I was also taken on the one click cash. They called me brecause I had been online to check on payday loans. I borrowed 390.00 back in late 2008 or early 2009. They kept taking 90.00 from my account for at least 6 months. I finally got their phone number and they wanted to take 270.00 from my account. I contacted my bank and since I knew the correct amount the bank would not let them take it. I had already paid back 540.00 and they wanted 270.00 more. Now since Friday Oct.8, these people from United Investigations are calling me around the clock saying I am guilty of fraud, bad checks and all types of felony charges. I am on disability and this is freaking me out. They say if I don"t get a lawyer that I will go to jail. What can I do? They keep calling me from [protected]. I told the people at the loan co. that they were a rip-off and I was not paying anymore. What can I do?

They are not trying to help you. What are they thinking when someone is that desperate for a loan. Oh that is it- so they take advantage of pepole in need. Would have been better off not paying my rent on time.

Well I am with the rest of you on oneclick cash. I borrowed 550. they took 660 nothing going to the balance of 750 which is what they told me the loan would cost. They are taking 215.00 from my account on the 21st of October, after that I have informed them Im done paying them. That is 875.00 for 550.00. I also informed them they are not a legal company I filed complaints with the BBB, Maryland Attorney General, and Nebraska Banking and Finance. I tried to get into my account and they have now blocked my account. My bank has been informed that after oct 21st any withdrawals tried by this company will be blocked . I will not pay them one more dime. I also told them to report whatever they needed to do and take me to court. As of today oct 10 i have heard nothing from them. I have proof of the 875.00 i have paid them for 550.00 loan, I feel that is enough and far more than allowed by law

This company is such a scam, they have had me in tears for weeks now.

I borrowed $300. Thought it would be deducted from my bank account the next pay day, plus interest. I was wrong. They started taking $75 'fees' out each payday. When I finally realized what was happening they had taken $360 out, I called and found that the charges are basically admin fees for managing the loan and that none of the money was the principal. I owe $390.

I tried to call and pay it off today and was told that I can not use a credit card. Is this true? I just want this nightmare over and I want to pay this bill. These people are rude and abrupt and when you ask for further info they become even ruder. How did they ever get a job in customer service let alone the financial industry?

OneClickCash Scam and fraud

I was also the victim of One Click Cash, Also known as SFS, Inc . I did not apply for a $150.00 but yet they debited close to $300.00 from my account before I had to close the account. I have filed numerous complaints with the Nebraska Attorney General, Nebraska Dept of Banking, Federal Trade Commission, FBI and others.

Here is what I have discovered: One Click Cash ( AKA SFS, INC) is located on the Santee Sioux Nation Indian Reservation with a company address of 52956 Hwy 12, Ste #3, Niobrara NE 68760. SFS/ONE CLICK has claimed it has been incorporated by the Santee Nation Indian Tribe. The Nebraska Dept of Banking issued a 'CEASE and DESIST ORDER" to SFS in 2007 to cease doing business in Nebraska, but SFS thumbed their nose at the order.

In the State of Colorado (County of Denver District Court Nos 05CV 1143 and 05CV 1144, Judge Robert Hyatt) a complaint was filed by the Colorado Attorney General- Case # 07CA0582. Miami Nations Enterprises (DBA "Cash Advance") and SFS (DBA "Preferred Cash) and now DBA "ONECLICK CASH", have claimed that their companies were "tribal Entities" and thus immune from law under the doctrine of tribal Sovereign immunity", which basically means they are thumbing there noses at US and State laws.

The case is still on-going, and the Court has issued arrest warrants for Don Brady, chief Executive officer on Miami Nations Enterprises and Robert Campbell, treasure of SFS. The arrest warrants have been stayed pending appeal by the MNE and SFS.

Here is a weblink to the Santee Sioux Reservation (which allegedly incorporated SFS/ONECLICKCASh): www.santeedakota.org/santee_sioux_tribe_of_nebraska.htm (Place an underscore “_” in the blanks )

The address is: Santee Sioux Tribe of Nebraska 425 Frazier Ave N. Suite 2 Niobrara, Nebraska 68760 Phone: [protected]

I tried to email Tribal chairman Roger Trudell @ This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it to assist me in trying to provide info on SFS, and complaining that the actions of this company that is within his jurisdiction and control were illegal and unethical, but of course he refused to answer.

FYI: here is a weblink to the Miami Nations Indian tribe which allegedly incorporated "Cash Advance" http://www.miamination.com

Here is the address and contact info:/

Physical Address: 202 South Eight Tribe Trail Miami, OK 74354

Mailing address: PO BOX 1326, Miami OK, 74335 Telep # [protected]

Chief: Thomas Gamble This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

I intend to contact news media sources and my members of Congress in an attempt to stop these illegal actions and I encourage all of you who have been victims to do the same. The Bureau of Indian Affairs refused to return my telephone calls.

Well i did the same, I received a 400 dollar loan and they took 120 out of my account 2 weeks later. They were going to take another 120 two weeks after that and I caught it before they did. They explained to me that it was a SERVICE fee and did not go towards paying my balance. I put a stop payment on them and 2 weeks later they tried taking out 670 dollars through a check instead of a ACH. Fortunately I live in a small town and my bank called me for suspicious activity on my account. I am changing accounts and seeking legal aid for against them. I called them and the Better Business Bureau and they said they cant send me any info on my account because the are a paperless company, no paper, no paper trail. and the BBB said they have had 300 bad actions about this company in 6 months. Sounds like loan sharking to me and the is a law or laws that deal with loan sharking. if anyone can give me advice email me at outlawjim@yahoo.com thanks

I also borrowed 300 and they started withdrawing $90 from my account, it turns out it was all going to interest, then what I did I closed my account and when they called me back, I paid them off with another account. This was back in 2008. In October of 2008 I got a horrific call that they were going to sue me for the amount, because I had closed the account. They said they were going to come to my job and arrest me and that they were going to sent me to court. I proved that I had paid them and they got off my case for a year. Two days ago I got a phone call from AMGLLC, Kirk Watkins, he was calling from Deerfield, Florida, he also said it he was an attorney acting on the behalf of One Click Cash and that I owed $1750. I am going to speak to the police, I am also going to contact the Nebraska Attorney General, the Teaas Attorney General and The Federal Trade Commission, I am also going to contact the FBI. I just read about the Cease and Desist order given by the State of Nebraska. These people are criminals, it is sad that it is connected with the Sioux Nation. I am also going to mail a letter to them to cease and disist selling my name to credit collectors. These people are frightening. God Bless you for posting this.

Oh, and another thing...

If you did take out the loan, and the 48-hour cancellation period has passed, just pay them what you owe as soon as possible with a money order (and the fee, if you desire).

Just think about this too- OneClickCash HAS NEVER TAKEN LEGAL ACTION AGAIN THEIR CUSTOMERS THEY INTEND TO SCAM. They may try to "bs" you by telling you they will sue, but this is an illegal company. The judge would throw the book at 'em. Good luck!

OneClickCash Scam and fraud!

I understand that payday loan companies charge fees which are analogous to over several hundred percent interest. I have used such companies before because the cost of not having the money (late charges, etc...) was much greater. Other payday loan companies are more like businesses, whereas One Click Cash is a racket. Like most payday loan companies, One Click Cash loans emergency money if you need it before your next payday. When your next payday comes around, you either pay the lender the amount you borrowed plus interest or 'roll over' your loan and pay only the interest. Not how it works with One Click Cash.

If you want to 'roll over' and pay just the interest on your loan (the interest can be around 1/3 of the original loan amount), One Click Cash sets your payment date to be your next pay date. However, if you wish to pay off your loan in full, One Click Cash sets the due date to be one business day before your next pay date. When is a person most likely to have enough money to pay off a loan? Why on payday of course. When is a person least likely to have enough money to pay off a loan? Well that would be the day right before you are paid.

One Click Cash is not interested in you paying off your loan. They make it as difficult as they can for you to pay anything but interest. If you have a few hundred dollars on hand and you want to pay your principle and accrued interest before the day before you next payday, they say no. Stay away from this scam at all costs.

I purchased Denon Audio System from onceclickmultimedia.com and in order to get big discount they’ve asked me to pay with Ukash. I purchased coupon and transferred funds but ever since I was unable to contact oneclickmultimedia.com. Total rip off.

I took out a $500 payday loan and they were supposed to debit my account to pay off the loan. Unknown to me, somewhere in the fine print, the payments were only to extend the loan NOT to pay it off. At least, that's what they said when I called to ask why payments kept coming out MONTHS later. I paid them nearly a thousand dollars before I realized what was happening. I thought it was an error. But no. Nearly a thousand dollars just to "extend" my loan period. I said I had just wanted to pay it off. I was informed at that point that the amount due in order to pay off the $500 loan would be another $950 for a grand total of nearly $2000. I had to close my bank account. I tried to file a complaint, but they do not operate under normal rules because they are a federally recognized Native American tribe (Sioux Nation). If it was a regular payday loan, what they do would be illegal. They are worse than mafia loan sharks. My loan was over a year ago. They still call my phone but when I answer they hang up on me! The people that operate this company are crooks, plain and simple, using the sovereignty of the Indian Nation to skirt federal regulations.

I had received a loan through one click cash, we had to shut my account down. They call me at work everyday wanting to know how we can settle the debt of $510 my loan was $250, I have told them I'm a single mom of 5 kids and that I can't afford it right now and to just sue me and that way they will stop calling me and harrasing me. They refuse to sue me, the refuse to stop calling me so what can I do. The guy that refused to sue and refused to sue me was named Jason, the floor supervisor, so he said he told me his number is [protected]. Maybe we should just tell Jason how awesome of a job he is doing this holiday season harrasing single mothers who are just trying to keep roof over kids head and electric on.

I also attempted to pay my loan off early and was told I could not use a cc card and that I had to wait until the due date to payoff. well by the due date my funds were gone so I had to stop the payment I tried making payment arrangements but they will not allow me too and they claim that I am being charges 45 every two weeks that my account goes unpaid.

I HATE this company! I had to change bank accounts, and, like a responsible person, I notified the company of the new account for my payments. They promptly ignored this and eventually stated I had to send something in from my bank. I got the only form my bank would give, and this company rejected it because the bank officer hand wrote my account information. One Click said they have to have a typed document. My bank will not do this type of account verification (they used direct deposit slip instead) wiuthout a fee. I explained this to the company in an email. They responded saying it wasn't good enough (in an email), and they debited the wrong account. Then, they wondered why they did not get their money! AND they charged me fees! The online site said I owed $260. I filled out the online form for payment arrangements to pay in 2 payments. It said I had to receive confirmation that it was accepted. There was no confirmation, so my efforts were again ignored. NOW, they started calling my references and harassing them! I called, and they said I now owe $425! What the hell? Apparently, while ignoring my efforts, they were charging return fees for the account I TOLD them about the new account! I asked for a supervisor and was transferred to a generic voice mail. Yeah, like I will hear from any supervisor. NEVER, EVER do business with this company!

I wanted some info on how to renew my loan, and how to pay the loan in full when I'm ready, one click cash says I can fax them to let them know I am ready to pay my loan in full, YET they do not give a fax number in their pages, and no where to find one. And when I tried the contact us mail, it just said ERROR, site moved or changed, what can I do know, my god! I'm ready to do myself in from being taken in, , can someone help me please?!

OneClickCash Scam practices!

I was out of work for 1 week due to my diabetes and hypertension and other medical problems. I received several email from payday advances and went with Oneclick. I was contacted by the company because I never completed the application process.

-I talked to 5 different reps before I decided to go with through with the pay day loan. I was told by all 5 reps that 90 dollars would be drafted from my account biweekly until the $ 390.00 (90 was suppose to be the interest)the was paid in full).

- Something just didn't feel right so I called on Jan 17th to reverify the info I was given and the rep stated ' She saw a payment of $90.00 that would draft out on Jan 18th that would reflect on my balance.

-I still had a unsettling feeling so I called on Jan 29 spoke with a male and he stated I haven't even started paying towards my balance of the $390.00. I informed him of my 5 conversations with reps I spoke with before the transaction took place and he stated there were no notations showing I spoke with 5 reps.

-During this conversation I advised the rep that no funds should be from my account and I would mail in 110.00 to payoff the account. He stated he couldn't stop the transaction and he would fax me a form.

-He then went on to say very rudely that he didn't show I spoke with a rep on Jan 17th. I ended the conversation due to my medical condition and called my cousin who is in law school.

-Thus on Jan 30 I called the company back and spoke to yet another rude lady that stated I hadn't paid a dime towards the $390.00 ($90.00 was suppose to be the interest) she stated that the 270.00 that has already drafted was interest!? By now everyone in my home listening to this conversation or FLOORED.

-If I had known that One click Cash was so Crooked I could have paid them back in FULL the same week I borrowed the $300.00. Pay Day Advance Companies shouldn't be allowed to take advantage of the consumers with such bad practices.

**Thus I have decided to report the company and try to began a Class Action lawsuit.

I just received a payday loan due to medical problems from them. I haven't had any problems. If you read the fine print, only the interest will automatically be debited from your checking account on a biweekly basis unless otherwise indicated. Meaning, if you wish to pay in full, you have to go to your Profile and let them know or they will continue "renewing" your loan and just deduct the interest.

If you cannot pay it off in full, you can opt to pay it down in increments of $50.00.

Basically, you have to manually log into the website and click on which repayment option you want. If you do nothing, only the interest will automatically be deducted biweekly, therefore renewing your loan.

You can only renew your loan 4-5 times.

I work for a lawyer and former government agency and it doesn't look like there's a scam anywhere because I made sure I read every single word in their loan statement and disclosure (as well as understood it) before I clicked "submit".

I am so happy I had the opportunity to get out of a bad situation when I found out about these complaints. I applied for a $2oo loan at 4pm. I was approved, and they would also send a username and password for me to check the status on my loan (and in case I wanted to renew). The username and password were never sent. After getting an uneasy feeling about this loan, I did some research on this company. THANK GOD for this site, and others like it! After reading the horrible reviews, I re-read my contract. I noticed that I had 48 hours to cancel the loan. After 45 MINUTES, I e-mailed them (I had to hunt for an a-mail address- mind you), saying "Due to the alarming amount of complaints regarding your company, I have no choice but to take my business elsewhere. " I then told them that the account I requested the funds for will be closed, and any confidential information I have provided will have a fraud alert attached, (just in case they tried something that could haunt me later). I went to their website, printed out the cancellation form, filled it out, and faxed it to them. Not ten minutes after did I receive an e-mail saying, " Your application could not be processed, and your loan has been withdrawn." YEAH RIGHT- It's only "withdrawn" now because I thwarted their plans to screw me! So again, a HUGE thank you to all who posted in regards to this company, and I know now to do my research before I make a decision about allowing access to my finances and not after.

My Loan Amount fron OneClickCash: $150.00

I Agree To Pay Them Back: $195.00

This company has debited 4 times now $45 from my account totaling: $180.00

I should owe $15.00

They still say i owe the original amount of $195.00
and all 4 debits of $45 don't count towards the loan, they're just INTEREST!
