I have many loans in my life and Workplace credit is one of my best loans because of the lowest interest rate and affordable to pay back and it is worthy to keep for better credit. You can setup direct payment to them so there is no late payment. Highly recommend to everyone
They made the process very easy. My only problem is that the customer service department NEVER answers the phone and the account website does not provide any updated information. SO if you need to know your balance, or request the pay off you CANNOT get this information unless you call. This is pointless though because they NEVER answer the phone. If you select option 1 it rings for about 2 minutes and then hangs up. Select option 2 or 3 and it ring 5 times and then hangs up on you. So overall I rate them as average because the customer service SUCKS!

They asked for my current bank account information and was sent an email saying my refund was being process, that was on May 7th. I have yet to see anything. I continue to send emails as you aren't able to get a live voice, just some link they send that doesn't help. So the reason for the two stars is that their customer service is really bad, no one responds and if they do their response is a sentence or two, it's like they didn't even read your email.

The virtual assistant doesn't seem to be working either. I stopped the automatic payments from my paycheck on Monday so I could pay them off, but they still haven't returned my calls or answered the business number.

This website been down for months for us customers. When I call their phone number, the operator says call transfer fail. This been going on for awhile. No one answers your emails. Payments are made directly to them via an allotment through Cross River Bank. On Jan 27 at 3:37 a.m. HST I got an email saying my payment wasn't received by the due date, let me remind you that the payments are automatically sent to them. As of yet I tried to contact them but no answer! Why they still do business if they won't help us! Help!

I been callin' and emailin' 'em for a week now and ain't nobody pickin' up the phone or answerin' my emails. They got some virtual assistant thingy, but that don't work neither. It just keeps sayin' it's transferrin' me to a live person, but that never happens. I even stopped the money comin' outta my paycheck, but I still ain't gettin' no response. And to top it off, they website ain't even workin' so I can't even try to pay it off that way. Ain't no info on there 'bout what to do if the phones and website ain't workin'.
