This app ain't got enough Spanish songs, man. Like, 95% of the songs are in English, which is a bummer. I tried leaving them a message, you know, asking for more Spanish tunes, but they hit me back saying I gotta pay extra for that. I mean, come on! They should already have enough Spanish songs, you feel me? But nope, they just don't have enough. That's the bottom line.

The Online Pianist app is really helpful, ya know? It's got a lot of useful stuff, BUT here's the thing, it ain't free. Yeah, you gotta pay for it, and here's the kicker, it's gonna renew automatically unless you can figure out how to change the settings. And let me tell ya, those settings are a real pain in the you-know-what to find. I mean, seriously, they're hidden away like a needle in a haystack.

Now, if the folks over at OnlinePianist could just make it easier to change those settings, well, then I might just change my tune, ya know? So, before you go ahead and hit that download button, take a moment to think about it. Is it really worth it? Can you handle the hassle of finding those elusive settings? It's up to you, my friend.

I couldn't find nowhere on their website to cancel the default auto-renewal of the annual subscription. I contacted them to ask how to do this. Even if they get back to me in a timely manner, I still think any service that makes it hard to unsubscribe deserves a very low rating.

It's really frustrating when you're trying to cancel something and the website doesn't make it easy for you. I mean, come on, why do they have to hide the cancellation option? It's like they want to trap you into paying for something you don't want anymore.

I reached out to them to figure out how to stop the auto-renewal, but honestly, I shouldn't have to go through all this trouble just to cancel a subscription. It should be a simple process, like clicking a button or sending a quick email.

I'm still waiting for their response, and I hope they get back to me soon. But even if they do, I can't help but feel disappointed in their lack of transparency. It's like they don't care about their customers and just want to keep taking our money.

I believe that any service that makes it difficult to unsubscribe should be given a low rating. It's not fair to the users who want to move on and try something else. We should have the freedom to cancel whenever we want without any hassle.

So, until they make it easier to cancel the auto-renewal, I won't be recommending Online Pianist to anyone. It's a shame because the service itself is pretty good, but the lack of a simple cancellation process really brings down the overall experience.
