OnlineTicketExpress Scam - don't buy tickets from website

Scam - don't buy tickets from website. They offer tickets they d on't have. Customer service is non-existant once tickets are sold. Say will despatch 3 - 5 days before event. No communication until day before when rang to say let down by their suppliers but if i paid another £125 per ticket i could meet someone outside the ground. No way after reading reviews. Convinced no tickets would show. Phone was then put down and my order details immediately erased from their website. No mention of refund - but will fight all the way to get money returned. Never again - please don't buy tickets from this site.

I paid £84 each for two Arsenal tickets. when they finally arrived, the ticket value was $42.50 each.
I tried contacting them several times to no avail. ana absolute scam. I will fight for my money back.

OnlineTicketExpress I am going to sue them for fraud

OMG ! I really wished I have read these review before I decided to purchase my wimbeldon man's final tickets ! I have paid for the tickets back in may, then keep calling them and emailing them and LIVE chatting them to ask where are my debenture tickets ( we paid over 5500 euros for these tickets) they told me that they will be deliver a few days before the match not to worry !
then the tickets came, we were so happy ! show up today at wimbeldon, then we were refused entry at the gate !

the tickets they sold us were ILLEGAL ! turn out, they send us public ballot tickets ( which cannot be resold ) only debenture tickets can be resold !

so wimbeldon confiscated my tickets and I called the web site, I called all their numbers they just tell me " BE available" we will get you replacement tickets

I waited for 30 minutes, meanwhile the match started, then I got an email saying my tickets is at some pick up point, if I do not get there within the next 5 minutes, the tickets will be consider delivered !and no refund, final deal !

meanwhile the live chat guy hung up on me, and every single phone number no one answer !

I am going to sue them for fraud, since they know that these tickets cannot be resold and they still sold them to me !

OnlineTicketExpress Don't use online ticket express

DO NOT USE ONLINE TICKET EXPRESS..I booked 2 tickets for the French Open Men's semi-final 2012 on 9/3/12. As I was travelling from Australia, I was concerned that they had not arrived by mid-April. I called the company at this time after I discovered their poor reviews on the net and they told me not to worry-the tickets would be e-mailed to me "in around 2 weeks". I made a follow-up call at the start of May, and I spoke to the same 2 people. They now told me that the tickets would be released in mid-May. After questioning them about the legitimacy of the tickets, they hung up on me. Now I was was very anxious, as I had booked flights from Australia to Paris and hotels, etc. I made other arrangements and got hold of 2 real tickets for the event. I contacted my credit card company who refunded the money to me, pending an investigation.

2 days before the event on 8/6/12, I was emailed 2 tickets. I originally paid 'Online ticket express' 1328 Euro for 2 tickets. However these tickets were 120 Euro each. The e-mail stated that our names were attached to the tickets. As I had acquired 2 alternative tickets for the event, I did not try to use these tickets. Perhaps they were real, though I could not take the risk. Travelling from Australia, I had explained my obvious anxiety to the 2 people from Online ticket express, though they obviously did not care when I received the 'tickets' 2 days before the event.

The Roland Garros official website warns fans not to use this company. I have found them to be aggressive on the phone and very unprofessional. Please DO NOT use ONLINE TICKET EXPRESS!

OnlineTicketExpress I have been scammed today by ONLINE TICKET EXPRESS

I have been scammed today by ONLINE TICKET EXPRESS, www.onlineticketexpress.com. I paid 1950 EUROS for 2 Category 1 tickets for the Men's FINAL at ROLAND GARROS as it was a DREAM since 50 years to attend this match. All my life I have wanted to go. As there were no more Category 1 tickets to be found online- this was the only website - company that had for sale CATEGORY 1 tickets. I hesitantly purchased them. I only received them the evening before the event! I had no way to cancel or change my flight into Paris without knowing ahead of time. I printed them and read they are CATEGORY 3 tickets value 80 EUROS ! I am not attending this event with my friend. I am suing this company and demanding a full refund including airfare. I have contacted my attorneys with offices in SPAIN, UK and FRANCE. We need to close them down.

OnlineTicketExpress How stupid I am that I did not read the comments before

How stupid I am that I did not read the comments before. Just came back from Munich where I was expecting to get my two 1 Category tickets to UEFA Final Chelsea - Buyer Minich. The story was very similar to the most of the stories written here. I ordered the tickets, paid huge amount of money (4300 Euro), got confirmation, signed returned back to them and they promised to deliver it to my home address to Spain. I bought the flight tickets, booked the hotel and was expecting to get the tickets. I start worrying two days before flight they we did not get the tickets. It seems a bit strange how the answer and speak the phone. I felt some scam at that moment but did not pay attention to it. Question of trust. When we were going to Munich 18.05.2012 (one day before the match) from the 15th attempt we riches the tracking department by the phone and they told that we don't have to be worried and they will deliver the tickets to the hotel in Munich, but we have to sign a new form. From the airplane it was really hard to arrange it but we did what they asked and arrived to Munich. So, we did not get the tickets in the hotel, I was calling them more than 100 times, to different numbers, there were no answer, when two hours befor the match They pickup the phone . They told me that they have a problem with their partners and the order have to be cancelled . But don't worry we'll return all your money. .. But this is not the end of the story . We understood that we were deceived a and decided to go to the stadium and to try to find the tickets their. We were not lucky and we did not find the tickets but 30 minutes before kick off we got an email from accounting team of onlineticketexpress saying that we can collect our tickets in the box office in Alianz Arena. And if we will not pick it up they will not return money to us. We were 5 minutes away from the box office in that time and felt a bit of luck, ... But when we came there there were no tickets to our name. ... This is the end of the story.

Please, anybody could give us the advice from your previous experience what to do now. Did anybody get money back? As I understand from all the comments there is no chance to get money back.

Hi,
Your banck can get your money back. You havé to contest thé transaction to your bank.
They contact thé crédit card center and two or three month later thé center give your money back!
I ve got thé same expérience and i'get m'y money yesterday.

Same happens to me, they cancel the order, don`t deliver the tickets and no refund, I do not understand after three years of frauds and they are still online.

I have write to Consumer Protection of Andorra...and no response.

I do know if I will recover my money, but maybe, we can organize and contact media ( newspapers, TV...).

OnlineTicketExpress paid the ticket, no ticket, no refund, no reply!

I bought the Champion League ticket (Chelsea vs Naplio) thru onlineticketexpress.com about 5 hours before the game started. The payment went thru and I got the confirmation number and the e-mail back for confirmation. Then, I got worried because I got no reply about the pick up ticket location (since I bought the ticket late, so onlineticketexpress.com said they will assign a ticket pick up area near the stadium). So, I called their german phone no. and someone answered and said they did not receive the payment! I told this person that I got the confirmation no. and e-mail back so there is no way they did not receive the payment. Then, they told their system had some problem and will call me back in 15 mins. Of course, they never called me back so I called again and someone picked up the phone. As I told this person about my problem again and told him my confirmation no., the phone just cut off. And I tried to call again and no one picked up anymore! I also tried to send e-mail and comment (on their website) to them. And I received a failure msg about my e-mail so I did not receive my e-mail at all. It had been 5 days now and no reply from them at all. The worst thing is, I checked with my credit card company and they said onlineticketexpress.com had charged me twice on the ticket value! It's been a terrible experience again and I will never buy from it again!

Onlineticketexpress.com is a scam website!

We bought 2 tickets for the uefa champions league in madrid a month ago for over 6000 euros each. the day before we fly, we are asked to scan them a copy of the credit card and a copy of our passport (no reason given why). then when we arrive a day before the match, we are asked to scan another document confirming the address of the hotel and delivery will be arranged once they get that scan. no one answers the number given on the website. nobody! 6 hours later, we are asked to print and scan another document. this time, they tell us that the category that we booked the tickets for is full and we have to be downgraded. they will refund us 150 euros per ticket (for a ticket we later realised is 3000 euros cheaper than what we paid for!) - and they want us to sign that we are ok with the downgrade and won't claim for a full refund. the next morning (the day of the match) at 4am, we get another email asking for yet another scan to disclaim any refund from them. by then we had already googled reviews for them and found this site - realising that we have probably been scammed and they also scammed a ton of other people. I threatened them to send me the tickets by 3pm madrid time (game was at 9pm that night and stadium opens at 6pm) or I will seek legal means to get a bloody full refund of my 2 tickets and all the 4 scans I had sent before will be null and void as it assumes the delivery of tickets. at 2pm, we get a call that the tickets were getting hand delivered by 3pm. that's when we find out that the tickets are like the cheapest of all the categories and worth 3000 euros (per ticket) less than what we paid for. and they are going to refund us 150 euros per ticket. what a bloody con job! even then, we weren't sure if the tickets were fake or real... basically, I think this company never had the supply of tickets to match the demand and the money they collected. they overcommitted and then just tell people that due to 'security reasons', their tickets are cancelled. and I pretty much bet they never get refunded. I don't understand why a website like that can continue to exist and continue to con and scam innocent fans of their hard earned money. it's disgusting and disgraceful that people like that continue to exist with no conscience of their scam jobs! please never ever buy anything from them. if someone can sue them, please do it! never been so frustrated with such unprofessionalism and bad service from an online ticket website.

Do not buy tickets from Online Tickets Express because you will get ripped off. I purchased to them 4 tickets for two attend two regular Spain league matches, one real Madrid match and one for a Barcelona match. They claimed they were category one tickets at about £ 130 Euros each which is what I paid.

They delivered the tickets one day before the games to my hotel. To my surprise, the tickets they provided me for the Real Madrid game were £ 30 Euros each, which were the least expensive tickets in the stadium and for the Barcelona game they did the same which were £53 Euros each. In both cases, we had to seat in the top of the stadium with the pigeons. Also, in both cases, there were plenty of better tickets available to the public that they could have provided us and at the same time make a decent profit. However, they decided to make £ 384 in profit which is almost 300%. I found this outrageous especially when I compared with others that also got their tickets online with another vendor, paid half of what I did and got better price closer to their face value and better seats.

Wait and get your tickets once you are in Spain. You will find tickets directly from the clubs or from the Spain tourism office. Online tickets express does not have an address, does not have anyone who you could complain, and they are a moving target. DO NOT BUY anything from them or otherwise you will be sorry you did as I am. Also, you will find a lot more complaints about this people.

I purcashed 2 tickets for the Barcelone/ AC Milan game in September and I was guaranteed a pair of seats next to each other. When we recieved the tickets that were delivered to our hotel, the seat were rows apart. I called online tickets express and was told that we should just go to the game and deal with it. I explained that me nore my partner felt comfortable about sitting in seperate seats, we had never been to this ground before nore spoke the language, we could loose each other and then what?

He told me I could get a refund when I get home and just to send the tickets back to the accounts department. This conversation took place on the Monday, the game was played on the Tuesday and we arrived home on the Thursday. So sure enought on the Thursday morning I called the customer services line (well if you could call it that) to find out where to send my tickets back to as we had paid £240 for them. I was told by a very unpleasent man that we would not be getting any money back and why had I not returned the tickets to them on Monday after my phone call to another member of staff. I told him I explained to who I spoke to on Monday I would do this on Thursday when we retured home. I asked why I wouldn't be getting a refund and could i speak to a manager, he laughed and said no refund, then he shouted at me down the phone, and put the phone down.

I assumed he was just a one off, so I called back got a more unpleasent man, he took my order number then put me on hold, only to return the the call to say he had just spoken with whom I was last on the phone with, shouted at me and again put the phone down.

Im now going to try and go through my credit card company to try and get the money back as I just cant get to speak to anyone and who I do speak to are aggresive and VERY rude.

After all this I have looked at reviews on many different forums. These are con men so PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

UPDATE... I have got my money back now off my credit card company it took a total of 45 days from me contacting them and the interest they credited me back to so if you paid by credit card please try to claim yours back its worth it plus it means less money for the con men!

OnlineTicketExpress Please stay away from Online Ticket Express

The tickets we booked with the Online Ticket Express where delivered to the hotel as I were told. But on match day, we where not able to enter at Craven Cottage, as they claimed that the tickets where "touts".

If you are looking to have a great time in the UK, and that this includes a football game, PLEASE STAY AWAY from Online Ticket Express.

OnlineTicketExpress tickets never delivered never refund

I've bought 2 tickets for a football game, fulham liverpoll on the 9th of may via the website ticket express.com. I've never received these ticket and never received the refund tehy promised. It's impossible to cantact them by e mail as the e mails are rejected. By phone they only say that you'll have to send them an e mail to [protected]@onlineticketexpress.com

I purchase 3 tickets for F A Cup final between Man city & Stoke. I rang the sales team to check they had tickets available. I rang the Ireland branch and they said to place order on website and we would receive ticket 3-5 days before. The price was £1221.00 which is excessive but I was desperate to go. Placed the order and had to sign and send back email. They infact took over £1448.00 out of my account. I complained and was told it was to do with the exchange rate yet the tickets were on sale in £'s. 1 week before the match I was ringing daily as to when the tickets would arrive. The girl on the phone was very unhelpful and just kept saying we would receive tickets. The afternoon before the match a man rang and said he had been let down by his supplier. He said we would receive a refund but when I asked him to confirm this in writing he pointblank said "No this was not his policy".

We have still not received refund and have Online Ticket Express about 5 times and each time the girl has been really rude and put the phone down. This company treats people awful and I cannot understand how they claim to have been going since 1994. Please do not use as you will be let down and very out of pocket.

OnlineTicketExpress I strongly recommend that no-one uses this website to purchase anything

I purchased 1 x ticket for a sports event 7 weeks before the date, money taken from account. 2 days before event I received a call to tell me no tickets are available and my payment would be returned in 6 working days. It has been over the 6 days now & no money has been returned. Ticket cost £280 and im also out of pocket travel expenses. I have emailed them 3 times regarding this and have had no reply. I have called them but was left on hold for over 20 minutes before I eventually hung up. I have now had to report this site for fraud therefore I strongly recommend that no-one uses this website to purchase anything.

Hi,

I have had the worst experience with these guys. I purchased the tickets, money was taken within 2 days, 1 week before the event. 1 day before the event I was told that they didnt have the tickets, I will be refunded and I was to send an email to accounting 4. never heard from them, 1 month later still wiating for the refund. On my last call the lady in customer services, asked me to stop calling AND then she hung up before I could respond or pick my jaw up from shock!

Wait and get your tickets once you are in Spain. You will find tickets directly from the clubs or from the Spain tourism office. It should arrive three days before the event, and it did not. I contacted their support and they said that I should get the ticket before the event, which again did not...

OnlineTicketExpress I cannot believe this company is allowed to get away with this

Oh my god, I cannot believe this company is allowed to get away with this, my parents brought what they thought were 2 good tickets/seats at the Wales-England game on 04/02/11 at cardiff, the tickets were supposed to be delivered 3-5 days before and never turned up, so after 3 phone calls they arranged for them to be delivered to their hotel, this also never happened, they then had to phone another 2 times to find where they were, they had to chase the agent around cardiffs bars to get them, finally getting to the game they found themselves in the cheapest seats in the stadium, this company is shocking, dont buy from them, we are reporting them to trading standards and who ever else we can, Im disgusted that people can do this, doesnt do much for your trust and faith in other people.

DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Had a really good time and the service to buy the ticket was spot on, I'd recommend to friends and family

The show was Great the seats were Great and the service from Online ticket express was Great all in all we had a GREAT TIME !

Don't use this. Please avoid. I can confirm it's a scam. We ordered and paid for 2 tickets for the rugby game England v. Ireland on March 17, 2017. Organized a trip with the whole family to London. Tickets were supposed to be delivered to the hotel. Tickets never arrived. We sent numerous e-mails, made many calls to all the numbers listed on the web site of onlineticketexpres. com We never received an answer to any of the e-mails or calls. Dreadful experience.

I bought football tickets to watch the match Liverpool V/s Newcastle which was played at Anfield on Sunday 1st May 2017. I bought the tickets for me and my young son. I paid for the train and hotel. The tickets were supposed to be delivered at the hotel on Saturday 30th April but never came in. I rang them on Saturday at 4 pm and I was told they could give me the tickets as their supplier let them down. Since I bought the tickets I have been constantly chasing them when they will be delivered but alwaysgot a reply 2-3 days before the event. It was a very bad experience as we traveled all the way from South London to Liverpool . I booked the hotel and train on the basis we would be having our football tickets.

I emailed them on Tuesday 3rd May and no reply. I keep ringing them and they cut me off. This is a serious fraudsters. The transaction was for £258 but actually debited my bank a/c by £295. On one hand they did not performwhat I paid for and they also have the audacity to charge my bank a/c with an extra £40! They are real thieves . They need to be reported to the police and Scotland Yard.

In December 2017 i bought six tickets for the RBS 6 Nations Rugby - England v Twickenham: the match was today 25 Feb. It cost me about £1500. I had thought they were official, with guaranteed delivery. I took along 3 kids and 3 adults. I was anxious about getting the tickets so started contacting them the week before. They kept telling me to be patient and the tickets would be delivered. I was sceptical but had no other choice. Today my 5 guests and I were waiting for the call to 'pick up' the tickets. 30 mins before the game I get a call to say they didn't have the tickets and were cancelling. They said I would get a full refund. Clearly their touting business model is to short-sell, and earn interest on people's cash payments and then sell at the last minute to the highest bidder. I will check to see if I get a refund but it still won't make up for the disappointed kids and lost opportunity. If you want to take a risk then this site might deliver a few tickets to the highest bidder. But for most people I suspect the only thing it can guarantee is stress and ultimate disappointment. I suggest you stay away.

I predicted that my rugby team, Wales, would win the 6 Nations Grand Slam this year so I "bought" 2 tickets for the Wales v France match back in October 2017. 2 days proir event (and 1 before I travelled to Cardiff) I was informed NO TICKETS AVAILABLE! My heart and world sank. Due to the overall expense of the weekend, my partner and I went to Cardiff and drowned our sorrows in a pub with a big screen - not a comparison! I am now trying to get a refund via my Credit Card Company. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. They are the killer of dreams and a total bunch of scammers or do I mean w*****s! I will advise everyone I meet never to use them.

I will not go into too much detail, but want to confirm the other reviews of this web site. I purchased tickets to the Arsenal v. Liverpool game about seven weeks before a planned trip to London, and a few days later received an e-mail telling me that the date of the game had been changed to the day I was leaving London, and asking me to "PLEASE CONFIRM YOU ARE COMING TO THE MATCH." (All caps in the original.) I immediately responded that I could not attend and that tickets should not be purchased for me. Again, this is seven weeks before the match. I received a response saying that the order was complete and final and that the tickets had been purchased at my own risk. (So why ask me to confirm that I was coming to the match?) I responded that if the tickets had been purchased, I wanted them shipped to me so I could resell them. Sorry, they said, tickets are delivered one or two days before the match. I told them I could not accept this and would dispute their charge with my credit card company. After a delay of ten days, I received a response making the laughable assertion that the tickets were not printed until one wek before the match. Yes, right, a match at Emitrates Stadium with 60, 000 people attending, and the tickets are not printed until one week before the game! The absurdity of that response removed all doubt: These people are nothing but scammers. Stay away.

THEY ARE THIEVES and I hope their company will go bankrupt some day! I am French and bought tickets for the Arsenal / Stoke City game on December 18. Due to bad weather conditions, this game was cancelled and postponed to February 23. First they refused to sell me tickets for another game on a saturday even when I offered to pay more money. They said they did not care I lived in France (the game was postponed on a wednesday) and the only possible arrangement was for me to come to the game...

So guess what. I made some arrangements and did come to London during the week in February. That was already Eurostar tickets. And of course they did not deliver the tickets so I never got to see the game... whereas I spent about 400 euros (including hotel, eurostar tickets, game tickets...)

I do not recommend them. They are thieves and acting illegaly. They should not sell tickets they are not authorized to. And they tell you not to tell the police if you go to the game where you got the tickets from. We should do a class action against them (it is allowed under English law) and sue them so we get our money back from these bast...

NEVER EVER BUY TICKETS ON ONLINETICKETSEXPRESS if you don't want to lose your money!
