Eders.com: Your One-Stop Shop for Custom Arrows and Archery Equipment
Eders.com is a dope website that sells custom arrows, archery equipment, and bow hunting gear. If you sign up as a member, you can save some serious cash and they even hook up the military with discounts. They've been around since '98, so you know they're legit and their products are top-notch. You won't find any wack gear on this site, just the best of the best.
Buyer Beware: My Experience with Eders.com's Return Policy
So, I was browsing eders.com and decided to buy a pair of LaCrosse Hunt pac extremes boots. They looked really nice on the website, so I didn't hesitate to add them to my cart and check out. I didn't bother to read the return policy, which was a mistake on my part. I found out later that there's a 20% restocking fee and I have to pay for the return shipping. That's going to cost me around $50, which is a bummer.
When the boots arrived, I was excited to try them on. But when I did, I realized that they were cut extremely small for the size they were labeled. I was disappointed because I really liked the look of the boots and was hoping they would fit well. Unfortunately, they didn't.
I guess this is just another lesson in life that education comes at a cost. In this case, my lack of knowledge about the return policy cost me some money. But I can't blame eders.com for that. They have their policies in place for a reason, and it's up to the customer to read and understand them before making a purchase.
Overall, I would say that eders.com has a good selection of products and their website is easy to navigate. However, I would advise anyone thinking of making a purchase to take the time to read the return policy first. That way, you won't be caught off guard like I was.
Eders.com: A Lousy Company with Terrible Customer Service and Refund Policy
So, my wife got me a new case for my crossbow from eders.com for Christmas. But when I opened it, it was the wrong size. So, my wife emailed them to get a return, but we had to wait for over a month to get the refund. And to make things worse, we had to pay for the return shipping. When they received the crossbow case, they found that it was in the exact same box and there was no damage or anything. It was just the wrong size. So, an 80 dollar crossbow case turned into a 120 dollar case. And the refund we got was only 52 dollars. This company is no better than a Facebook scam artist. If there was a no-star review, this company would get it. They are a lousy company.
I mean, seriously, what kind of company does that? It's like they don't care about their customers at all. And the fact that we had to wait for over a month to get our refund is just ridiculous. I could have bought a new case by then. And the fact that we had to pay for the return shipping is just insulting.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are just a bunch of scammers who don't care about their customers. If you want to buy something online, go somewhere else. Don't waste your time and money on eders.com. They are just a bunch of crooks.
Disappointing Shipping Experience with Eders.com: Delayed Delivery and Frustration
If you're looking for a quick delivery, I suggest you look elsewhere. In my opinion, Eders.com took way too long to start the shipping process. It took them a whopping 13 days to create a shipping label with tracking info, and the product I ordered - deer dander - was in stock when I placed my order. I was so frustrated that I even considered reporting them for fraud. As a first-time buyer from Eders, I don't usually leave reviews unless they're positive, but this experience was just too much. I had to contact them before they even began to start the shipping process. I just wanted to share my experience with others so they can make an informed decision. I hope whoever reads this has a better experience than I did.
False Advertising and Poor Customer Service from Eders.com
I recently made a purchase on eders.com for a wicked ridge raider crossbow. The website advertised that the bow would come with a range master pro variable speed scope. I was excited to receive my order, but when it arrived, I noticed that it had a multi line scope instead of the pro scope that was advertised. I was disappointed and frustrated that I did not receive what I had paid for.
I searched other websites and found that they also offered the same crossbow, but with a multi line scope and an option to upgrade to the pro scope. I contacted eders.com to see if they could correct the mistake and send me the pro scope that was advertised. However, they refused to do so and suggested that I return the crossbow and pay for the shipping myself. I was upset that I would have to pay for something that was not my fault.
I am disappointed with the customer service that I received from eders.com. It is frustrating to not receive what was advertised and then be told that I have to pay for their mistake. I wish I had read the negative reviews before making my purchase. I will not be doing business with eders.com again in the future.
Eders.com: Crooked Business with Bad Customer Service - Beware of Restocking Fees!
So, I just got myself a pair of LaCrosse Hunting boots from Eders.com. I was really excited to try them on, but when I did, they were one size too small. I contacted Eders and explained the issue to them. They were kind enough to give me a return RMA so I could get the correct size. I re-purchased the boots again from them and returned the small ones. However, I was shocked to see that they charged me a 20% restocking fee even though I repurchased the boots from them! Can you believe it? They kept $26 of mine even though I provided them with proof of purchase. I was really disappointed with their customer service. They said "we have to charge a restocking fee" which is complete BS and bad customer service. I was a return customer, but never again will I buy from them and neither should you! What a crooked business!
I would suggest going to other retailers that DO NOT charge a restocking fee. There are plenty of them out there! Don't waste your time and money on a business that doesn't care about their customers. I hope this review helps you make a better decision.
Eders.com Review: Terrible Customer Service and False Advertising
These guys over at eders.com are a real piece of work. They go and sell things they don't even have in stock, and then they go and cancel your order. What's even worse is that they keep on offering the item that they don't have. And don't even get me started on their customer service. Heather, who works in customer service, gives you these vague and short answers to your questions, if she even decides to answer them at all. It's like pulling teeth just to get a straight answer out of her.
I mean, I've asked her a bunch of questions, but I never really got a complete answer to any of them. And then they go and cancel my order, but four days later they still show that they have 10 in stock. Heather says that they have so many items that it's hard to keep up. But come on, that's just lazy and stupid. They're just wasting their own time and their customers' time by allowing orders that they know they're just going to have to cancel.
Honestly, they did me a favor by canceling my order. I don't want to do business with a fly-by-night outfit like this. They blew their first impression with me, and I'm sure they've done the same with plenty of other customers. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your hunting and archery needs.
Eders.com Fails to Disclose Weight Size, Charges for Return Shipping - Worst Decision I Ever Made
So, I just bought some weights for my stabilizer bar from eders.com. I'm new to archery, so I didn't know that the 2oz and 4oz weights were bigger than the 1oz ones. I thought they were all the same size. But, it turns out that the 1oz weights are 1.35dia, and the 2oz and 4oz weights are 2.66" dia. If they had told me this on their website, like every other vendor does, I wouldn't have made this mistake.
To make matters worse, they charged me to ship the weights back, even though it was their fault for not disclosing the size. And, they wouldn't take back the two weights that I had already opened. I spent over $300.00 with them, and this is how they treat me? I'm never using eders.com again. This was the worst decision I ever made. Don't make the same mistake I did.
Poor Customer Service and Misleading Return Policy at Eders.com
I recently had an experience with eders.com and I have to say, it was not a good one. I was excited to receive my trail cam, but when I tried to turn it on, it wouldn't work. I immediately contacted eders.com and was told that I must have put the batteries in wrong or didn't read the directions. I was frustrated because I knew I had done everything correctly.
Their website claims that they pay for return shipping on defective items, but I found out the hard way that this is not true. I was told that I would have to pay for return shipping and that there would be a 20% restocking fee if the item was not defective or if it was my mistake. I was disappointed because I had trusted their website and now I was stuck with a faulty product.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but I was not happy with the way eders.com handled my situation. They were not willing to take responsibility for the faulty product and instead blamed me for the issue. I would recommend that you spend your money with a more reputable company that stands behind their products and offers better customer service.
It's important to note that if an item is delivered defective or if eders.com makes an error in an order, they will cover all shipping costs and there will be no restocking fee. However, in my case, this was not true and I was left to deal with the consequences.
In my opinion, eders.com needs to improve their customer service and be more transparent about their return policies. It's frustrating to feel like you've been misled and then blamed for something that is not your fault. I hope that they take this feedback to heart and make changes to improve their business practices.
Disappointing Experience with Eders.com: Charged and Cancelled Order Without Reason
I recently had an experience with eders.com that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I placed an order and my credit card was charged, but then I received an email from the company requesting additional information to verify my billing address. I provided the information promptly and received an acknowledgement from the company that my order would be shipped.
However, to my surprise, the company cancelled my order without any reasonable cause. I was left feeling frustrated and angry. This is not the kind of experience I expect when doing business with a company.
I reached out to the company to express my frustration and received no response. I am extremely disappointed with the way this company handled my order and would not recommend them to anyone. It is unacceptable to charge a customer's credit card and then cancel their order without any explanation or justification.
Overall, my experience with eders.com was a complete disappointment. I would not recommend doing business with this company. They do not seem to value their customers or their business relationships.

Eders.com Review: Inflexible Policies and Frustrating Customer Service
I gotta say, eders.com ain't all that great. They're pretty inflexible and arbitrary with their policies, which can be a real pain in the butt. And don't even get me started on how lazy and stupid some of their customer service reps can be.
Sure, you might save a few bucks by shopping with them, but is it really worth all the aggravation? I don't think so. I've had some pretty frustrating experiences with eders.com, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who values their time and sanity.
Overall, I'd say there are better options out there for online shopping. Don't waste your time with eders.com unless you're willing to put up with a lot of nonsense.
Terrible Business Practices: Eders.com Fails to Honor Advertised Prices and Deceives Customers
Eders.com is a terrible business. They didn't want to honor the price they advertised, so they canceled my order. They even had the nerve to say that the item was out of stock, even though their website clearly stated that there were 34 in stock. It's frustrating when businesses don't follow through on their promises, and it's even worse when they try to deceive their customers. I would not recommend shopping at Eders.com.
Eders.com Review: Limited Free Shipping & Unfair Return Policy
So, I was checking out eders.com and I saw that they offer "free shipping" on orders over $100, but only if you are a member. That's kind of a bummer, you know? I mean, I get it, they want to reward their loyal customers, but what about us newbies? We want free shipping too!
And then I saw that they don't allow returns on "Treestands". Okay, fair enough, safety is important and all that. But get this, they also include unused, unopened tree steps in that same "category" of product. What?! That's not fair! I mean, I understand not wanting to take back used equipment, but if I haven't even opened the box yet, why can't I return it?
Honestly, I don't think I'll be giving eders.com any more of my money. It's just not worth the hassle.
I've ordered 15+ times from Eders with a great experience every time.
