Best of all his experience led him to solving the problem and even better he double checked and found a way to fine tune the furnace and prevent future problems. Our furnace blew on the last week of January. Everything from start to finish was professional, smoothe & easy. The salesman, Shane, was knowledgeable, polite & delivered on every promise. The price was lower by over $1000 than others we called & for a better furnace. I would highly recommend this company with special mention of Shane,Jack & Drew.

I recently had a new furnace and tankless hot water heater installed in my home. From Kelly and Shayna on the phone, to Jim who came to look at the job, to Levi and Brandon who did the install, the level of service was superb! Install got a little tricky but to their credit, Levi and Brandon powered through and got the job done with flying colors. Thank you to the whole team at Onofreo Home Comfrort Systems. I'll be calling you again when it's time for me to upgrade to central air. Thanks

I had a very positive experience. From the first call I made to the office with many many questions I found them to be Very helpful and professional. The technician, Giovanni, who came out was very patient and thorough. He took the time to explain everything that he would be doing and then again after he was done. I would highly recommend this business.
I contacted them, and they came to my home on Friday 9/25 to service my *** Boiler (Gas Furnace) that had a 17 Soft Lockout-Fan speed not proved possible cause: The boiler had intermittently produced this trouble code. Someone came out to service the system, and the issue was not fully resolved on the first visit. The system had remained on lockout producing cold water after the tech had completed the work for two days. I was hesitant to call them due to the boiler not producing hot water, spoke with my wife about the concern, prayed, and gave them an opportunity to resolve my problem having no regrets. I called, and spoke to a person from the call center during after hours to complain, and she was great in listening to the issue as well as provided me with the information that would be communicated to the company regarding the problem. She escalated the job, and I received a phone call from Jeff shortly thereafter. He inquired of the situation, and upon receiving the details I enquired of his familiarity with *** boilers in which he responded "I'm familiar." He stated he would show up in about an hour to take a look, and attempt to reset the lockout code until Monday for any parts to be ordered. He arrived to my home having a pleasant demeanor, and prepared to address the concern. Jeff was the perfect technician for my *** system, and I stood there watching over his shoulder as he meticulously ran through every part of the system sharing freely his understanding of the boiler, and this particular trouble code. He cleared it right up, and my boiler is running great again. I requested his card, and can confidently I don't see many techs of that caliber anymore removing the front panel, and getting the job done. He was honest, had a wealth of information, and lots of experience. I found myself wondering that with his abilities he could very well have been the lead service tech for the *** company itself. The pricing was extremely reasonable, and no parts were needed for the fix which demonstrated Jeff was an honest person. Thanks again Onefreo! I will keep you on the top of my list for annual maintenance.

One of the best subcontractors I've ever had working in my homes
One of the best subcontractors I've ever had working in my homes. Anthony was beyond thorough! He not only took care of maintaining our AC unit, he found an issue with a vent pipe that he felt was dangerous to our health and repaired it on the spot. It really wasn't his issue, but he made it his issue and fixed it. I am truly impressed and grateful. I would give them more than five stores if that was possible, a ten would be more accurate!

They handled everything from the gas company to the final inspection. They are all wonderful people, professional, safe and they bend over backwards to accommodate their customers. The office manager Kelly rocks! She gave me her personal cell number for any questions I had day or night! I wouldn't recommend a better company!

We put in a last minute plea for help after our heat decided to stop working today, on a Sunday of all days. Kelly helped organize it and was very efficient. Anthony arrived so fast, and was very thorough, informative, and professional. He gave us a ton of good suggestions and even helped us figure out how to use our home's humidifier system that we had never touched. Now we have heat again, and we might not get zapped by static electricity so much as a bonus. Thank you for the fantastic service!

I was pleasantly impressed, by how easily the whole process progressed. The consultation was informative, offered options, and answered all questions clearly and in detail. There was no rushing or pressure. He inspected my current systems and asked specific questions about what I needed and expected from a new system. He did not try and sell me the most expensive, but instead the most effective for my situation. When they came to install, they were very clean, professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. The office staff was very helpful with scheduling, concerns and any questions I had. I would freely recommend Onofrio Home Comfort Systems, with your team!

I cannot say enough positive things about this experience. I received quotes from at least 5 vendors for a new AC and mini split install. Everything from quote to instal went perfectly. Starting with the quote - Shane came in and from start to finish provided exceptional service. He answered all of my questions and was patient when I took my time making a decision. I want to emphasize that I waited 3-4 months and even after all that time he took time to get on a call, answered every email and even if I asked the same question over and over was still happy to give me the information I needed to make a decision. The install could not have been better. Brandon, Levi and Matt we on time every day, clean and all were happy to walk me through the process. They were respectful of my home, keeping it clean, making sure everything was done properly and you could see the pride they take in their work. Aside from their craft, they all also had exceptional customer service. I continued to ask questions which they were happy to answer. I made suggestions which they considered and help me understand the pro's and cons of each decision. Then instead of leaving on a Friday afternoon they wanted to make sure I completely understood the new system taking the time to show me everything and did research when I had additional question. Above else, it was clear they wanted things done right. I mentioned pride in their work - well they have it. I also worked with Shana on the paperwork who like everyone else was helpful and took the time to make me feel as though my business was appreciated. Thank you to Brandon, Levi, Matt and Shana Shane for a great experience. Because of you all, I will continue to be a customer and share my experience.
