being told I abuse the survey panel for points
I had submitted a question regarding a survey that I tried to enter but was supposedly already in. Now mind you my account was hacked a few years ago. If I am clicking on a survey that I have never entered before how can I complete it. This is the email I received back:

opinion outpost website
I signed up to be Paid for My Opinion on the Opinion Outpost website and have spent hours of My Precious Time filling out surveys. Non of which have counted or given me points on my account, what so ever. To add to the insult and inconvenience, I'm filling out private information about My Personal Household just to be told that the survey I just wasted 10 minutes taking has Expired or that That Specific Survey Is No Longer Available! I feel like I have been totally scammed, and unless you can provide me with information explaining otherwise... I Will Be Contacting The Better Business Bureau to take my complaint further. no customer service response/no points received for time
I actually like the concept of Opinion Outpost. For the most part, I get what I want out of the site. However, what I do have a problem with is getting NO response from customer service when a survey goes wrong. The point is to put your time and effort into these surveys for a reward back. So when something goes wrong with a survey that I took the time to complete (at one point, close to an hour!) and I reach out, but get no response back, that's highly alarming and messes with the extra income I should be receiving. NOT OKAY. Customer service needs to be much better.

I am like so many others have had my account frozen when trying to cash out with this company. I have messaged many times and got no answer but suddenly when i mentioned that I would report them to trading standards they answered and said they were going to look at my account that was weeks ago so now i think it is time trading standards were informed.

It won't let me login to get my points redeemed.
Says i'm using the wrong password.. But it keeps freezing up ever time I try to get them to send me an email confirmation on my password.. So I can log in to redeem my points.. I can do survey's just cant collect my rewards.. Hope this gets fixed soon.. It also freezes up if I try tonight through goggle or even face book.. I know I won't be doing any more survay until this problem is resolved, other wise it's a waist of my time and data to take the surveys.. Please get this fixed fast
password issues
I didn't remember my password. When I tried to reset it, it asked for the password I forgot and would not let me go forward until I supplied it.
I am unable to claim rewards if I can't reset my password. I do not remember my old password.
There seems to be a glitch - it won't let me do anything without supplying my old password. Surely I'm not the only person to have forgotten a password?

This survey sites was one of my faves. Yesterday, however, I tried to cash out my points via paypal and when it directed back to the site, it said my account was frozen?!
I have tried emailing with no response. I also called their toll free line only to say that everyone was busy and to please stay on the line. After that message, it went straight to voicemail! I'm very disappointed after reading everyone else's complaints. Looks like I wasted my time and won't get paid either. 🤨

Hello opinion outpost, you have made a grave mistake terminating my membership as soon as I go to redeem my points for paypal. Everytime I [censored]ing go to redeem my money with you, I always have my computer recording the [censored]ing screen so I have full proof of you scamming me out of my 225 points and you will be prosecuted in for this. The first time you banned me, you then unban me and when I go to use my points, you ban me again the next second! Scams! I have already called the police, already filled a bbb claim and made multiple videos waiting to be uploaded to youtube about your scam, I have 340, 000 subscribers so I have a large audience and they will listen to me and we will battle you. I am so mother[censored]ing angry, I can barely [censored]ing breathe right now, I literally want to kill someone, you are a fool, a conman and a lazy sack of [censored]ing [censored]. survey payout/frozen account
I went to get my pay out for my rewards and opinion outpost froze my account and did not provide me with my rewards. I have sent 4 emails asking for help and I also called customer service to no avail. Seems to be a common problem. I can;t even use my account because they have scammed me and froze my account. When doing research there are numerous websites with people's complaints of the same issue. It seems that this is a total scam. Once you complete enough surveys to gain your rewards, they freeze your account so that you are unable to have access to obtaining your rewards. What I had done was redeemed my rewards through paypal. I signed into paypal and I selected the redeem your rewards option. It did not carry over, so I went back to my opinion outpost page and it was at that time a notice popped up and said your account has been frozen for data purposes. Almost everyone else that has complained has the same exact complaint. This is absolutely ridiculous and they need to be shut down,

Once I checked out this web site, I realized I am far from alone with my complaint. I had participated in surveys from Opinion Outpost in prior years and never had a single problem. The times they have changed...
Last week, I spoke with one of Opinion Outpost's customer service reps assured me that she would "escalate" my problem in her database and told me to call back in three (3) days to receive a resolution. Since then, I am unable to reach a live person. I have left two (2) voicemails to no avail.
opinion outpost freezing my account, can't redeem my earnings!
Last week I was having problems logging in to my account. I kept receiving emails to take new survey's. They allowed me to enter and take several survey's, from the emails. However when I would try to redeem my points it wouldn't let me sign in. Ok. So my thinking at this time was I had problems with my device that I originally signed up with for my account... I kept trying to sign in from a different device, it wouldn't let me. So I thought my account was terminated. I decided to do a new account- okay all went fine. I was receiving an taking survey's, had enough made to cash out at 15.00- But then three days later it was frozen. I emailed Opinion Outpost about this, I waited a entire week and a half now- still no response. I don't know what happened- but just as everyone else has expressed I worked very hard to get my points, I have even had product reviews, where had received free products to test... All was going great until one day it just wasn't.

As of about 3 weeks ago I was a member of opinion outpost and regularly attempted to do surveys, for every 10 that I attempted it allowed me and paid me for probably 1 of them, however I managed over 3 months to accrue 460pts, whilst processing my payout I apparently infringed the rules(not purposely) and my membership has been suspended. For 3 weeks now I have tried to no avail to contact them, informed 4 times that they will get back to me, but so far they have not done so. They owe me £23 (460pts), which I've just found out would've been $46 if I was residing in USA, which actually equates to £33 approx, so not only am I being ripped off I have also been discriminated against because of my nationality(UK citizen).

I'm trying to use my Amazon gift card of $17.90 and was told by Amazon that the claim code is not a good one. Please help me with a new one or an alternative payment. Originally I wanted to be compensated to my PayPal account, but ran into a wall because my account is not verified. So, an Amazon card was an option but apparently the claim code is either wrong or non existent. Can you please help me so I can further participate in surveys.

deleting my account
It won't let me log into my account with the correct email & it won't even send a reset link to my email. I have no problem with the website apart from this. My account email is [protected]@outlook.com. I'm not too sure of what else to do I've tried to find a way to contact them but there is no email or advise anywhere on their website so I'm very unsure of what to do.

Tried to collect my money from opinion outpost. It says my account has been frozen because of data error I've done surveys on line at opinion outpost for 4 or 5 years or more and never had a problem. Now it says my account is frozen. When I try to reset my password it says they will send me an email telling me how to do that but it never happens. I never get the email. It says I never had an account, but they owe my 11.12 that I have tried to collect. Don't understand have never had any problem getting paid before
data concerns
Hello there I recently joined opinion out post and I had completed a good amount of surveys. I tried to log in and complete some more but then I got a hold on my account due to data concerns. I'm not to sure what that means. I waited a good two days before logging in again and still the same hold on my account. I was wondering how I can log back in and get that hold removed.

Upon finishing this survey the site OpinionOutpost was under maintenance so I was never rewarded the points I was supposed to have earned, I have been doing surveys through OpinionOutpost most other year for Christmas gifts it is an awesome website and I'm very impressed with them this is the first time this has ever happened I'm sure it was just a fluke I was wondering if anyone could please look into this matter it would be appreciated thank you very much
And what really upsets me is the survey was for my child to complete I was going to give him the points redeemed but none ever came its really upsetting I don't understand how you could let us complete the survey while the site was under maintenance please look into this matter
