survey links all say "unexpected error" when page loads
I've been using Opinion Outpost since early August, 2017. I've been a consistent, daily user up until about 3-4 days ago when each invitation I get tells me that an "Unexpected Error" occurred (says it inany different languages. I can screenshot it if necessary. I already had accumulated $15.60, which is pending payment as of yesterday. I was wondering how this can be fixed? I didn't want to cash out so soon, but the problem isn't being addressed. This is my second attempt at finding a solution.

Good morning I did surveys yesterday eve Aug-28-2017 in hopes of making a few dollars to catch the bus to look for a job so I'm familiar with the site my daughter mother showed me so I completed enough 104 redeem it & PayPal has been verified over 3years & when I try to transfer the $(10) bucks to my debit card it said pending is this serious scam!

right after cashing out 100 points to paypal for $10 I attempted to sign back in to my account I got the message that follows (your account has been frozen due to data concerns) I have always done exactly what I was told to do answer questions honestly which I have, read each survey question carefully and not to speed through the survey which I did exactly as they told me to do and I have not received the $ 10 to my paypal account and I only use 1 email account

My name is Sharon Rivas. When I went to cash in my opinion points to Pay Pal. When it asked for my Pay Pal information, my account locked up. The message said "account locked due to data concerns". i was on survey PRJ-279924-QL5Y5* it said not complete. I did this twice watched the video 2 times for 1 hr a piece . I thought I made a mistake the first time so i re did it. after the video a screen came up.

My account has been frozen whilst cashing in my points in PayPal, very frustrated. I got the following message.

I have send them an email and had an autoresponse saying it will take more than one or two working days to get back, 5 days now, no response. I can see it has happened to a lot of people already. Really furious to find that they are cheaters.

Yesterdat(July 21st, 2017) when i tried to redeem, it said your account terminated. 10 days back my sister enquired if any FP vouchers available with you to redeem her 700 points, her account was terminated.
Both are of survey sampling internationsl (SSI) panels. Please am cautioning you to not to believe them and do surveys with them. I hop they are cheating us. it was weird as if they were gathering information to sell.
They would give me 5 points for signing up. The questions were exhaustive and felt like they were gathering information on me to sell. (Just a feeling, no evidence.) Then they asked me to take a survey. I took one that would take about "25 minutes." The questions started, still asking me my likes and dislikes with some personal questions. Against thinking. "They know a lot about me to sell this to someone." About 20 minutes into it I was told I didn't qualify, but more surveys available. Then it dawned on me. Several years ago, I had signed up and this happened each time; gathering more information and almost the time gone told I didn't qualify. (Obe question? "With more than 5 words tell us what you want to be doing 5 years from now." What does this have to do with answering their surveys?)
Not saying this with everyone, but I believe it has other motives than asking my opinion; me making money.

My account keeps getting frozen when I try to redeem points.
First time was 5/30. When I tried to redeem points, I got a message that it couldn't be done at this time and the situation would be looked into.
When I tried to log into my account, I got the message "Your account has been frozen due to data concerns." I emailed their helpdesk on 5/30
I received a reply on 6/1 asking for information which I supplied that same day. They wanted my name, address, DOB, device I was using and locaton.
On 6/4, I received an email they had received my info and would pass it onto the accounts department.
On June 6, i was informed the account was now restored and I was able to redeem 200 points.
6/9-I had taken some more surveys and tried to redeem points. Got the same message again and then my account was frozen. Again was told it was referred.
6/13 was informed account was restored. 6/14 I was still frozen out and emailed them again
6/21 was informed it was restored. It wasn't. I emailed again.
6/27 was informed it was restored and and to wait 24 hours for full activation. I did wait, was able to take some surveys, tried again to redeem points and got message again that they couldn't process it and then my account was frozen again.

froze my account while I was checking out with paypal
I was in the process of cashing out. I had 103 points and had hit the PayPal button. It redirected me to PayPal and then a message pops up that my account is froze. I've been having a lot of problems this last year where I complete a survey and don't get credit. Some of these surveys are 20 - 30 minutes long. Time wasted and no points. I leave them alone for a few months when this happens but after a few months I give them another try. Things were going OK for the last week until today. I spent 25 minutes on a survey. They tell me I'm done and thank you. I get redirected to opinion outpost page that survey had enough response, so no points. I only needed 13 to cash out. I didn't complain because when you do they punish you by not giving you surveys. So I lost 25 minutes today. I kept getting a check back later messsage. Finally tonight at 10:30 pm I get a survey for 15 points. I spend almost 30 minutes doing it. I finish, then go to cashout and that's when my account was froze. Not before I gave them answers but right when I was getting my $10! I want my money!

I attempted to log in so I could redeem points and I can't get in. Also after this occurred I noticed I am no long receiving surveys. What is going on? I have over 900 points and finally got PayPal account verified only to have no way to redeem points. I hope this is a simple problem to fix! Everything was fine with them until I sent an email from my Gmail account.Then they froze my account and said there were data concerns.i have been a member since the early 2000's, I think.it has been a long time.

I've had several errors come up after completing many surveys. I followed their rules and they froze my account later resulting in terminating my account when I still had rewards to use. I don't know what's going on with this company but it sure sucks! I had been with this company, taking their surveys for a couple of years and then, without warning they froze my account.

Lots of problems with surveys stating I've taken them before and haven't, freezing, or having errors (like asking you to choose from the choices below but nothing is there), etc. Froze me out of the blue stating data concerns after several years of faithfully answering surveys and being honest, thoughtful, and thorough. I think they just dump people after a while. Shame on them.

I have been a member of opinion outpost for 6 years all of a sudden account was frozen. I called them they said they would reactivate my account. Received email from them stating it was going to be reactived on wednesday march 1 I had to wait 48 hours to take survey I waited until friday march 3 in the evening. not enough eligible surveys
I seem to not be getting surveys that I am qualified for. For example today I was only able to receive 5 points. And yesterday I only received 35 points. Then the other day 20 surveys were offered and I qualified for 2. I don't know if there is something wrong with the system or I simply don't qualify for the surveys. Some surveys kick me out as soon as I open it and then there are some that are freezing half way through a survey. Please help. I really would like some surveys. Thank you and have a great day
