I have been having problems with optimum since march of this year (2023) its been a nightmare ever since.
They accidently shut off my cable while I was on the phone with their customer service because I wanted to drop the family tier a supervisor had to help the agent to reconnect my cable and my other services I had.
When optimum did this I los allt my settings I had with suddenlink and months down the road the problems worsen.
I lost my caller id that came across my television, lost my closed wired internet, and started having problems with my cable tvs.
Months down the road my phone service started going dead I could not make. Receive, or talk on the phone when people called me...
The biggest mistake I made was having a technician come to my house and

I continued to have problems and called optimum and nothing worked!
The last time I spoke to optimum a supervisor was scheduled to to call me in the am instead this man a so called supervisor called me at 11pm and woke me up! Optimum sheduled an appointment 2-5pm following day I knew nothing about it until that supervisor called me.
I was so angry that inconsiderate man called me out of bed I thought to myself if he was inconsiderate the technicians would be too.
His only interest was making sure this appointment I did not make was going to be canceled n not apologizing for calling late!
Optimum may lose me as a costumer and my mother is leaving to because they did her dirty too
