Install was ok. One year later we got cracks in our tub and they ain't responding to fix it. We paid *** for the shower and feel tricked.

Optum Home Solutions The company's integrity is just plain awful

The company's integrity is just plain awful. The work they did was shoddy and their customer service is terrible. They don't communicate at all and they never keep their promises. I would never, ever suggest this company to anyone! I'm so frustrated trying to get answers about when they'll finish the job they abandoned. This whole experience has been a total letdown for the hefty price of $25,0000.

We had the best experiance from the very start of the project. We were extremly pleased with the instalation of our windows and the french door. *** came across a few challenges and was quick to find a solution. The finished product is beautifull. Thank you! They just finished with my tub to shower conversion and I absolutely luv it! Customer service was pretty awesome. When I needed to call, someone would call me back that same day and come out the next day. Even *** the salesman, explained everything very well. The whole project went pretty well. I would highly recommend this company!

Optum Home Solutions Delivered earlier then estimated!

Delivered earlier then estimated! Much appreciated, good install scheduled fit will with my schedule. Two man team worked well with house residents and demonstrated window functioning and recommended proper care and maintenance. Inspection process was complete and allowed appropriate questions and answers. Entire job was completed in two days with the two man team.

Optum Home Solutions I really like my windows, especially the color

I really like my windows, especially the color. The window installer did a great job, and his assistant did a great job too. The windows are easy to slide up and down, and they're also easy to lock and clean. But the best part is my picture window, it's just one big window with no locks. Thank you OPTUM for making my windows beautiful. Now I love looking outside.

Optum Home Solutions The windows took 2 months to get installed because of COVID

The windows took 2 months to get installed because of COVID. The new windows are really good quality and the two installers did a great job. They cleaned up nicely after they were done. It was worth the wait! Optum, you should give these guys a raise. They are amazing workers and make you look good. We are saving money now and plan to hire you again for future window installations. Thanks a lot!

This here's a follow up to a bad review I left on 01/26 'bout Optum Home Solution that I couldn't get rid of or change. Optum Home Solutions took out my bathtub and put in a real nice walk in shower. They started and finished the job on time. The job was done real good and I ain't got no complaints 'bout the stuff they used or the professional installers. When I first hired 'em, I asked 'em to put in 3 shelves. They did that, but then I thought the shower would look better with a fourth shelf. That's when things got confusing. I thought they'd finish the shelf the next week, but that didn't happen and it got me all mixed up. I'm sorry for the confusion and I wanna take back what I said before. I'm real happy with my shower and I can't thank Robbie and his crew enough. Don't think twice 'bout hiring this company for your bathroom remodel. You'll be happy with the results.

Optum Home Solutions just put in some real nice Sedona Windows and a patio door from Anlin in my house. They did a good job replacing the old windows. I picked this company 'cause the owners got lots of experience in this business. Amanda, the sales rep, knew what she was talking about when it came to the right windows for my plantation shutters. The company handled all the stuff with the Home Owners Association and the Building Permit Division. They did it all right and didn't rush. Bob, Gilbert, Jason, and their crew did the work real good and real fast. Catalina took care of the building inspection. Andrea, the receptionist, made sure everything was scheduled right and kept me in the loop. She was a big help. Thanks to everyone who worked on my windows. Optum Home Solutions I'm really mad and grossed out by this company

I'm really mad and grossed out by this company. They don't have the guts to stand by their work and their customer service is just plain awful. In Oct. 2018, we hired Reliant Capital (now Optum Home Solutions AZ LLC) to take out our old french doors and put in new ones. We gave them $3000 when we placed the order. They told us it would be done by Nov. 15, 2018. My husband and I called them a bunch of times to find out what was going on with our order. When they did call us back, they always had some excuse, like blaming old employees or saying the manufacturer was too busy making windows and doors for natural disasters that happened that year. On June 11th, almost a whole year later, they finally came and put in the doors. After a little rainstorm, we saw a lot of water coming in through the bottom of the door frame. We've tried a bunch of times to get in touch with them to fix the problem, but they never do anything. If we do manage to talk to someone, they just make more excuses and never call us back like they said they would. It's now July , and we've spent $5900, but they still haven't fixed the problem. All we have is a door that leaks and a ruined, moldy carpet. If I could, I would give them zero stars!

Optum Home Solutions I recently used Optum Home Solutions for some home repairs and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with the results

I recently used Optum Home Solutions for some home repairs and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with the results. They did a good job fixin' up my place and makin' it look all nice and new again. The workers were friendly and professional, and they got the job done in a timely manner.

I had a leaky faucet in my bathroom that was drippin' all the time, and it was drivin' me crazy. I called up Optum Home Solutions and they sent someone over to take a look. The plumber was able to fix the problem real quick, and now my faucet is workin' like a charm.

I also had some issues with my electrical wiring, and Optum Home Solutions was able to send an electrician over to fix it up. They did a great job, and now all my lights are workin' properly.

The prices were reasonable, and they gave me a detailed estimate before startin' any work. I appreciated that they were upfront about the costs, so there were no surprises.

Overall, I would definitely recommend Optum Home Solutions for any home repairs or improvements. They did a solid job, and I'm happy with the results.

In June this year, this company started sending telemarketing texts to my wife's cellphone, which is on the Federal Do Not Call list. They were told to stop many times, but they didn't listen. My wife even complained to the ComplaintsBoard.com, but the company said it wasn't their fault. Can you believe it? Now, it's October and they called AGAIN! I'm trying one last time to get the company's lawyer to talk to me or my wife so we can fix this nicely. If they don't, I've found some lawyers nearby who know a lot about TCPA lawsuits. I might have to call one of them to help my wife. We really don't want to waste time and money going to court, but we'll do it if we have to. My wife deserves a big payout according to Federal Law 47 U.S.C. 227(b)(3).

Optum Home Solutions I got Optum to do a shower remodel for me

I got Optum to do a shower remodel for me. I paid $9,000 for it and they finished it yesterday. When I was talking to the salesperson, we agreed that they would also replace the faucets in the tub next to the shower so that everything matched. While we were writing up the contract, the salesperson said that they checked the shower/tub fixture on the parts order to show that both the shower and tub fixtures would be replaced. But when the installers were doing the remodel, they told me that the tub fixtures weren't in the contract. So I talked to the salesperson and he said that they took out the tub fixtures because of the lower price I negotiated. He made it seem like I agreed to it, but I definitely didn't. I think their practices were sneaky and they didn't follow the terms of our contract. The salesperson also said that the glass door would have a towel rack on it, but it doesn't.

Optum Home Solutions (Reliant Capitol LLC) was hired to put on Cool Life Ultra Coating on our crib. The coating looks real bad now, all uneven and discolored. It's even cracking and peeling, which ain't good at all. We've been trying to get in touch with Optum Home Solutions for a whole year now, calling 'em and sending emails, but they don't bother to respond. One time, a lady answered the phone and told us to talk to Life Paint Coatings 'cause it's supposedly a warranty issue. So, we reached out to Life Paint Coatings and told 'em about our problems with the product (which is still under warranty, mind you). We even sent 'em pictures of our crib and samples of the chipped coating. We answered all their questions about how the painting was done too. They told us that using a primer was a necessary step in the application process. Turns out, the primer wasn't even bought from them along with the CoolLife Coating. And we never saw the contractor use a primer before putting on the Cool Life Coating. We let Optum know about all this, but they don't seem to care.

Timeline • 12/3 Met with *** for sales presentation on windows and signed contract. Ordered two new large windows, one for kitchen and one for bedroom on front of house. Requested smaller windows and to build up wall. *** said no problem they would do that and all clean up, paint, and haul away. In contract to do this. • Few weeks later guy came out to measure windows • 01/29 received call from Optum Home Solutions to set up install • 02/06 Took day off of work to have windows installed. Installer (different than the man that measured and said he would be installing came) Only 1 window on truck and wrong size. New gentleman remeasured and called *** at office. Wrong measurements of window openings and only 1 window. He said that they would reorder. • Call to Optum Home Solutions to see what’s going on with windows. Receptionist states *** works primarily out of office and does not have voice mail. She will leave him a message. Message left to have him call me. • 02/20 Call to Optum Home Solutions to see what’s going on with windows. Receptionist states *** works primarily out of office and does not have voice mail. She will leave him a message. Message left to have him call me. • 02/21 Call to Optum Home Solutions to see what’s going on with windows. Receptionist states *** works primarily out of office and does not have voice mail. She will leave him a message. She will leave him a message. Message left to have him call me. • 02/28 *** calls…states they had a lot going on. First person to measure windows is no longer with the company. States sales person that wrote up contract no longer with company. *** said that he would like to come over and re measure windows. At this point nothing has been done since 02/06 -no reorder -no communication-nothing. • 03/01 *** comes over to measure windows. *** said that there was a delay as the company they get the windows from had moved. States that windows cannot be smaller, and he cannot and will not build up wall like in contract. *** said he would order the same size windows as what I have. I did tell him that would be fine, I just want the windows in and done at this point. *** wrote up a new sheet which I took a picture of that I signed stating that the 2 windows would be ordered and installed prior to 03/31. It has been 3 months now, I have no windows, the windows have been measured 3 different times by 3 different people. They are not going to build up my wall and put in smaller windows but are not giving and discount for the errors on their part and non-communication, and time that I had taken off work. • 04/08 Received a call from Optum Home Solutions to set up an install date. Install set for 04/21. • 04/21 Two men and a boy come to install windows. 2 windows are on the truck. The installers proceed to take out the one window in my kitchen. After window in home broke out and removed they look at the new windows and one has a crack in the frame from not a complete weld. The other window not as bad but still defective as the welds are not complete through seams and just filled in with chalking. They have burn marks on window. Installer states because we removed this window we have to put something in so we are going to put in the least damaged of the two windows but will have them both reordered and both replaced. Installer calls and talks to ***. *** asks if I’m pissed. Installer tells him I am not happy. Installer gets off phone with *** and states *** is going to come over. The installer finishes the trim on window, and boy cleans windows. Prior to leaving I asked installer if *** is still coming over? Installer states no. *** had called him back and said he has a lot going on. Installer said if I want to talk to *** I should call office. The installers did a good job at putting in the defective window until my new one arrives, however never swept or vacuumed kitchen floor where there were small pieces of glass. I was not happy about this as I walk around bare foot and I have a dog. Both of us could have received cuts. • 04/22 Call to Optum Home Solutions to see what’s going on with windows. Receptionist states *** works primarily out of office and does not have voice mail. She will leave him a message. Message left to have him call me. • 04/23 Call to Optum Home Solutions 3:30 p.m.– office closed. Left message stating I am not happy. This is no way to run a business and to let customer hanging. I want out of my contract and I want it in writing. • 04/24 No call or communication from Optum Home Solutions. I don’t know if I’m getting windows or if I am released from my contract, or if in 2-3 more months they will expect me to take off of work and say the windows are ready for install again.
