Hello, I reached out to Orkin in September to obtain an annual subscription for exterminator services. The sales rep went over all the details and I was told I would be charged around $530 for an annual subscription. I also paid extra for a bee infestation problem. I signed up for the service and paid in full $530.51 in September. Since then, I noticed that I was charged $58.16 twice since September (in October and November). I called my branch, and they couldn't find my account. I was promised someone would get back to me. No one did. I called again and was now told that I actually don't have an annual subscription and I'm in fact on an easy pay plan and I'm being charged monthly. This does not match at all what I discussed with the sales rep initially when I signed up for what I thought was an annual plan. The branch rep was unable to provide a clear answer as to why I'm being charged monthly and what the initial charge of $530.51 was for, if I'm being charged monthly. I was told the branch doesn't have that information and someone would call me back to explain. I'm not hopeful it'll happen, since there is not a good track record of anyone calling me back from Orkin. I'm unsure how to resolve this issue since I cannot reach anyone else and the branch is not being helpful at all. Please look into it and get back to me.
