long lines that barely move
What the hell? I got here hours before my flight to be met by a line that looks like that of a rock concert. Is this how you practice business? How do you maintain success with such deplorable services? I am absolutely stunned that there are at least 1000 people on this line! What the hell is going on here? If I ever miss this flight, so help me god, there will be an escalation, I am connected with the FAA and will not hesitate to bring this to the highest authorities to have this behavior investigated and corrected. Look at the picture I attached, you should be ashamed.
almost everything
Got to the airport 2 hours early. I spent over 45 min looking for parking. Once inside I saw a line that must of had at least 500 people in it. I asked an airport employee if the line was for check-in and they said yes. I told her if it's not the right line it's going to see me late for my flight and she insisted I stay in line. When I got to the front 30-40 min later it was the wrong line. I had to go to the Frontier Airline desk which took more time and I missed my flight. $100 more to find a different flight. The people at frontier didn't check in my luggage which I carried around the airport until boarding. At the gate there were at least 5 employees milling about the desk and no one paid any attention to the line of people waiting for help. The instructions they gave over the loudspeaker were drowned out and difficult to understand because the English version was sandwiches between their instructions in other languages. Every employee I had interaction with was rude or at the least, impatient and uncaring. Worst airport experience ever. Will never use Orlando airport or frontier airlines again.
orlando airport tsa
Most unorganized TSA process. People are rude, unprofessional and downright disrespectful. They man handle you pulling people from one line to another missed my flight bc they separated me from my children and I had no idea where they were. Come 3 hours earlier not 2 due to the unorganized process. lines r slow and long and it is complete chaos. You think that an airport as busy as Orlando would have a better process in place. Check in is just as unorganized. So if you r leaving from MCO/Orlando come 3-3 1/2 hours before flight and you won't miss your flight like I did
wait times, stuck on plane!
Having spent over 9 hours on a delayed flight ( by over 2 hours) we are informed on arrival we have to circle round and wait on tarmac for nearly another hour, held at gate also as immigration can't let us in due to the reduction in size of customs.
Once off the plane another hour getting through immigration due to the volume of people.
Once again the same issues on my way home, waiting hours for our plane as this is obviously a continuing knock-on effect.
This is an awful service from a major airport.
pre board screening at checkpoint
I was in line to be screen, it was like 12:25 p.m. I pass the metal detector and I show the officer my I.D. were It states that I have metal implants, she ignore me, or didn't care and told me to turn around, when she was patting me she went more then far up from behind, in front of the crowd, and my sister told her if like what she did, because I felt uncomfortable, they wipe my hands and then let me go, I haved travel several times and I never been touch like this before during screening. I think that she needs to be educated or she has a problem how to respect people privacy. My advise to MCO hired people well educated and not sick minds.
Would you rather they not check someone thoroughly and your plane blow up? People always complain about the security until a plane falls from the sky, then they complain that there was not enough security. Frisk me baby, and everyone else on MY plane.
lack of respect for passengers
I arrived on July 28th from Sao Paulo Brazil to Orlando, FL and brought a dog that spent HOURS inside a plane. When we arrived, we went through Customs, all went well and fast but after Customs we were asked to put all our luggage in the conveyor belt, and some airport personel took the dog. We went to terminal A to wait for the luggage and the dog at baggage claim 12, and they never arrived. We spent over ONE HOUR waiting and I decided to ask what was going on to hear the most stupid excuse possible, that this service is COMPLIMENTARY and is done at the airport's personel convenience?
We pay hundreds of dollars in airport fees when we buy the tickets. So you think it's fair with an animal that is thirsty, tired, spent HOURS inside a crate, because of lazy personel, employees that don't want to do their jobs? I decided to go very public with this and post it every where, because this kind of service needs to end. All these people get paid to do their jobs. No one works for free neither should present this kind of behavior with passengers and their belongings anywhere! And worst, treat an animal with this kind of disrespect and lack of consideration. Every single trip I made in almost 20 years living in Orlando, I always experience such huge waitings for luggage to arrive from the terminal to the baggage claim area, Orlando is worst than anywhere in the world. I am a frequent traveller by the way.
Orlando International Airport is behaving against animals and against passengers with such a lack of respect for years. This needs to end. Service needs to improve.
shame on them
Wen you arrive for Disney at Orlando Intl. Airport you are greeted by Walt Disney Castmembers...I am appaled by The way some Travelers Treat the Castmembers.Obscene Words, Scream and yelling like it's the cast members Fault...You need to have some Security for the members and the ANIMAL people traveling..Maybe they should of stayed Home..The Castmembers are not BELOW them . Shame on you Disney This would not go on in your Corporate offices..you would have the person removed..Well Shame on you .Read the Newspaper on Violence especially at the Airport..Wake up .Get some security for the Employees..Spend a Shift With them or is it Below the Executives in your air conditioned offices who no one get by your secretary and you are always in a meeting or away..Yeah BS...
rude tsa
We went to the counter of Delta Airlines and waited around 15-20 min to be attended, after that it took the lady another 30-45 min to process a unaccompanied minor boarding pass. When we were done and tried to go to the gate (2:05PM) it was a long line and we were short on time, I explained politely the situation and this two Puerto Rican women, I explained that my daughter was traveling ALONE and we were short on time for the delay in Delta's counter. they were very unprofessional and rude, instead of trying to find a solution, simply said that we had to wait and they didn't care if we miss the flight, because we needed to be there two hours before. I was two hours before and I have my sun-pass as a prove I was there on time! Thank God for a couple that was listening and let us stay in front of them, with out them we would have lost the flight, by the way my daughter was the last one to board the plain. The service in Orlando International Airport is decadent and it is really shameful that since you got a bunch of Puerto Ricans from NY, the service and everything else has being getting worse, you can see them talking to each other and laughing, that is not bad! Bad is! when they don't do there job and are a disgrace for the TSA. I fly one or twice at year as my daughter, but my husband has the unpleasant job to travel even 4 times at week. Why you are doing this to our beautiful Orlando, you can listen to the people around you complaining and is sad. Please I was born in Venezuela, but I am American and love this country, please take care of our airport, is falling apart. Thank you in name of the citizen of Orlando, Born here or not we are American and we love our city.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
0/10. Give smokers an area to go to smoke after their connecting flights, without having to go through security again. We pay as much as everyone else, and shouldn’t have to go through withdrawals at the airport. I would take a box or an outdoor area away from everyone as opposed to NOTHING.
Justin Graham, a white male in approximately his mid-40s associated with Bloomington, Indiana, threatened to stalk me to Orlando International Airport, and stick me with a needle to infect me with Hepatitis C, if I were to travel to that specific location. I will be traveling to Orlando International Airport in the near future. Justin Graham has stated that he uses the name Graham Cochrane, and is well-known in web-based popular media and advertising. The physical appearance of Justin Graham is similar to Graham Cochrane, somewhat tall, brown hair, white, and slender. Justin Graham has stated that he is the son of Bloomington, Indiana attorney Roy Graham, and possibly a nephew of credited Amazon founder, Jeff Bezos, a person with a reputation for pe@@@@@@@@@ and cr@@@ coc@@@@ addiction in Bloomington, IN during the 1980s and 1990s. Justin Graham is also an admitted co@@@@@ addict, stalking me in Orlando, FL earlier in 2022 while experiencing obvious symptoms of hepatitis. Justin Graham stated that Orlando is a place where he does not take his hepatitis medication. Jessica Abrecka (commonly known as musician Ashanti) may also pose a threat in Orlando, claiming ties to the city through business. She has stalked me at various locations in the United States in recent years. She makes advance threats that she carries out at a later time. Family members assist Jessica Abrecka with stalking in various states within the U.S. Jessica Abrecka and a family member most likely played a role in gassing me at Surfrider hotel in Saipan during 2020, and etching into my teeth. I woke up during the gassing incident. Jessica Abrecka struggles with cr@@@ co@@@@@ addic@@@@. Noa Levanon-Klein, a self-stated niece of Sheryl Sandberg, is an additional suspect. William Eve (a me@@@@@@@@@@@@@ add@@@ claiming he is Roger Clemens) has also stalked me at Orlando International Airport, using diminutive method of attack to cause physical injury as threatened. I have experienced extreme difficulty with stalking, threats, carried out threats, drugging, evidence-based drugging during sleep, and violent battery in recent years. I am currently a graduate student that was previously accepted to Ph.D. programs in Public Policy and Information Technology.
I am trying to enjoy my travel and CNN is blaring constant negativity. If you insist on having news on, then at least mute it. It has closed captioning. CNN is constant negative news, not to mention ticking off half the country with their bias.
As we were waiting for another flight, we were introduce to the
many small cockroaches that were coming out of the seats.
We were alarm and thought how a international Airport with many
in the staff could not keep the place clean. And permit this to happen.
Perhaps the staff is not cleaning well or not cleaning at all.

It is 4:50 AM on May 1 .
My flight is from gate 42
The line to get inside the security loops around the airport !
I have been flying from MCO for 20 years, I have never seen a mess like this.
Very disappointing, I was hoping you are making out travel better.
This is a disaster, how many people are going to miss their plane today
BA2036 is still showing ‘on time' at 4.38pm despite the flight being delayed. Thus delay was known several hours ago yet the departure board continues to misinform.
Please place some seating at shuttle location A45 pick up area for older adults. There is no seating at that location . Most of the people who use the shuttle are older and a wait of 30 minutes or more is hard on us.
A security lady inappropriately touched my groin area in Orlando International airport when traveling back to the UK (my home). This has NEVER happened to me before and this needs to be addressed. I was wearing a small dress so it was completely unnecessary when I had already done a full body scan. The lady took her time also and it is something that has deeply disturbed me. A male officer did apologise to me after, however, this is unacceptable and must not happen again. It wasn't a pat down, it was a full on touch up without telling me what was expected to happen.
Awful bunch of [censored]s who treat everyone like crap. Sarcastic and don't deserve to have a job. Bashed my wife's feet whilst in her wheelchair. If you hate your job that much, work elsewhere because you have no people skills.
Yup, sarcastic attitude and pushy. No people skills and are clearly just unhappy with their jobs so take it out on everyone else.
