Prom dress
I paid in full $429.07 on January 18, 2016 for a prom dress from the above boutique. Owner told me it would be ordered new form the manufacturer. After they delayed us for over a month finally today my daughter picks up the dress after the tried to make several stalls for us not to get it today including making up a new policy about my daughter having to try the dress on by the seamstress before we take the dress. So I said okay she's on the way. Then they called back and said..the seamstress had an emergency and had to leave early (yeah right), come on Wednesday. Now I see why. They gave her the floor model of the dress. I guess we didn't give them enough time to have their floor model dry cleaned and sold to us as a "New Dress." The inside of the dress was dirty. Stains on the shoulder and breast areas, zipper was torn at the seam and the take of the dress maker was also barely still attached tot he dress. Took dress back and she insists there is not stain and made up and excuse about the zipper. Then my husband made appt for tomorrow morning to return dress. Then when I call owner claims appointment not made. My first and last experience with this boutique the owner is dishonest.
