Camo bag shoulder strap.
I bought this bag for my wife, at Macys New York about 275$. She loves the bag but back in the Netherlands after about 2 days the shoulder strap, on both sides, broke off.
For a ladies bag for about 275$ ! I find this on acceptable. I can not find any DKNY shops in the Netherlands, so I had to bring it to a repairshop in the Netherlands. It cost me 30€ to repair.
On the Internet I found similar complaints about this bag.

The shoe was given to my daughter as a present for her 8th birthday. She's only worn it once and then the plastic attached to the sole started coming off.
Unfortunately we don't have the receipt to return it, considering it was a gift.
The shoe is still very new and she loves it, and now heartbroken. My daughter and I are both DKNY addicts, so this was very disappointing to say the least :(

I made an online purchase through dkny website.
Their page clearly states that all the fees are paid upon check out there is no hidden fees or suprises for customs - delivery etc for the international deliveries. My purchase got stucked at the custom and it has been more than a month now, I am trying to reach their team and they copy-paste the same generic template as a reply in every 4 days to say they are waiting for feedback from their management team.
They are not worthy - better shop online in secure websites or you will dive into the same hassle I am right now

I recently purchased a collarless DKNY Jacket with a Gold Clasp in the front. The metal clasp snapped off! It is my 2nd time wearing the jacket and this should not happen! My mother in law is a loyal brand supporter of DKNY and has been reluctantly complaining out her boots that have worn not due to over wearing but what seems to be the outer lining is coming away from the boot area, please advise what can be done.
The boots were bought just over 9 mths ago and are worn once every few weeks.

DKNY handbag
I purchased a DKNY handbag approximately 6 or 7 months ago. The material on the handles is coming off and there is no way for me to fix it. I did not use the bag constantly, as I have several other bags I use. I loved the handbag when I bought, but can no longer use it with the material peeling off of the handles. See photos below. I believe I purchased the bag in TJ Max Clermont. Florida.

Fake leather products or products with fake leather
I bought a DKNY skirt, a pair of pants and a dress with fake leather parts and also a wallet. All fake leather parts dissolved in time so that I had to throw all of them away. I thought you were a high quality brand. It is pretty disappointing to have such a poor quality after I paid so much money. Your merchandises are not worth the price tag! I wore my DKNY dress in Mikla, an upscale restaurant in Istanbul during my vacation. It was all fine when I wore it but by the end of the night, it was in pieces as seen in the pic. You made me embarrassed.

It is very worrying that i bought a pair of Sneakers in December from Kildare Village which was only worn twice. I ordered an bag from DKNY on 26 January and couple weeks after when I received the bag I didn’t like it so I sent it back the same day. Since then I have been waiting for my refund. I received an email on 14th March saying they have received the bag and the refund will be processed within 10 days. There’s no refund as of yet. I placed an order online and I only received part of the order and so I contact DKNY for assistance and they sent me a form I have to filled out in order for them to refund me and that was 39!days ago and still haven't receive my refund. I've contacted them several times and they stated they don't have an answer and I am at a loss right now. I been cooperative and returned the form right away, yesterday they asked for the form to be filled out again and I sent it and still nothing.

I purchased this handbag a year ago. It's been absolutely perfect except that about three months ago the brown seam along the edge of the handles began to peel off, only on one side of each handle.
I asked a repairer about it, and they said it would cost nearly as much as the bag to fix. I then took it back to MYER, where I purchased it, on the 26/10/19. I have the original receipt which shows that I had bought it not quite a year ago, on the 27/10/18. The shop assistant agreed that there was a fault and asked her manager about it. They said they could only offer me 40% discount on a new bag as this style was no longer stocked. I showed her the exact bag in a pinker colour, same code, but she insisted it was different.
So I come in desperation because although I have read that you only warantee for a year, it was actually less than a year when I took it back to MYER. There is absolutely nothing else wrong with the bag apart from the brown seam on one side of each strap, no other mark at all.
Can you please help me?

ladies silver coloured crossover watch
I have a silver coloured crossover watch which I only wear on special occasions.
It was bought for me as a birthday present by my husband and has a lot of sentimental value to me as he passed away very suddenly 6 months ago aged 55.
Because of the sentimental value I have been wearing the watch daily. The watch stopped last week. I took it to a local jeweller for a new battery but was told it wasn't the battery and the watch has had it. I am completely devastated.
I wondered whether there was any way you could repair or replace the workings of the watch for me?

Dear Madam, dear Sir,
I purchased a beautiful DKNY suitcase in Sep. 2018 at TK Maxx in Hamburg, Germany, for the price of EUR 99, 99.
After traveling with this suitcase the first time this year, the suitcase showed numerous wear and tear (see photos). It's not the fault of the airline. The reason is the poor quality of the surface of the material and it's not suitable for traveling. I have now checked the material carefully and realized the material can be easily removed, as a matter of fact. In this condition, the suitcase is unfortunately no longer useful.
I went to TK Maxx and asked for guidance and they recommended to contact DKNY directly.
So I am kindly requesting a refund, because I don't wish a suitcase in that poor quality for that price.
If you need more photos, I will send it. Unfortunately the size is to big, that I will send them in the next steps.

I got these shoes almost 8 or 9 months ago from one of the Masses mall in Texas. I was using them carefully because they were expensive. There was blue color coming out from the shoes and its cloth came out and started to show from inside. I was very sad and disappointed that I cannot wear them anymore.
