Ozsale review: Refurbished Galaxy samsung 3 flip order no 36422286

I have received this phone from Ozsale on the 27 09 2023. Paid $538.00 The phone was advertised like this If your product doesn’t work as it should, we offer a seven-day dead on arrival replacement guarantee.

When I wanted to connect the phone to the PC it would not connect. I asked for a refund on the 27th same day and the customer service lady [APRIL] sent a message that they need proof and a youtube video that the phone does not connect. I dont know how to upload videos on youtube and I believe I would have to register which is just too much for me. They advertised this phone as excellent and its not. Also falsly advertised that it can be returned no questions asked! But I actually do have an issue because I have tried 2 different pc's and still would not connect. CAN NOT CALL OZSALE TO COMPLAIN AS ALL THE NUMBERS ARE ON THE INTERNET ARE FALSE AND DISCONNECTED! mY RETURN REQUEST STILL OPEN AND WAITING. tHANX VERY MUCH TUNDE
