Friends of mine are big lottery players. One friend played the new Monopoly Jackpot game, he played the whole book. The monopoly is a $5.00 ticket and $300.00 for the whole book, the highest prize in that whole book was $25.00. Another friend played the Win Win game. The ticket is $10.00 and $600.00 for the whole book the highest prize he hit that book was $50.00. I registered all those losing tickets from the monopoly game for the second chance drawing I had 50 or 60 tickets I didn't get not one cash prize from all those tickets I registered. The PA lottery was notified of this and they said that is why it's called gambling. My friends are pretty mad so they started going to New York and New Jersey to gamble.

I gamble and expect some kind of payback for my efforts and investment, to never win is just a plain ripoff . shame on the lottery .

I’d like to see an independent audit done on the PA Lottery. I play scratch-offs all the time and something seems very misleading with the winning odds. In addition, I don’t agree with them calling a break even payout a “winner”. A ticket that pays out the face value is not winning in my opinion. Their definition of a “winner” is complete b.s.. If you spend $20 to make $20, you’ve gained nothing. Winning should net you a profit. When they say a ticket has $100 million in “winners” and the majority of them only return the value of the ticket, then that’s intentionally misleading. Nobody plays for the unexcitement of getting your money back. They do this so you play again and eventually lose. They issue new tickets before most of the top prizes are claimed to distract you from continuing to keep playing those old tickets so nobody wins them or so they don’t have to print them. They also discontinue tickets before all top prizes are claimed which is b.s. too. Expecting the government to not be greedy and practice honesty at anything is my own fault. I hope everyone stops playing these scratch-off scams.

I have been saying almost everything you just said many times. I think all their games are fixed. No one hits the Cash 5 for days so the pot grows so more people play, then after it gets hit by one winner most of the time, three people hit the next drawing and have to split $125, 000. I was told by a store owner one time that the lottery has to make money. I don't play so they make money. You have better odds at the casinos.

I am really disappointed with PA ILottery. They don't pay when someone wins. I won $50 after spending a couple hundred dollars playing their games, I decided to cash out. After setting up an ACH account for the withdrawal, they wanted my bank routing number, Social Security number, bank card number, then what really upset me, they wanted a picture of my debit card with a copy of my bank statement wth all of my current information. They did not want that information when I made the deposit, they just took my debit card and my money for me to get started, can someone explain to me why they need all of my banking information to pay a $50 win? I don' think $50 is worth giving up all of my information!

I too played PA ilottery and I am trying to withdraw $30 and they are giving me a hard time withdrawing $30. In July they solicited Me with a $10 bonus if I deposit $10. I used my debit card the $10 deposit posted. The card that I used has since been cancelled and replaced. I didn't win anything, so at that time there was nothing to withdraw.
On December 17th, I decided to try my luck for the $10 bonus promo. I deposited $20 on my newest debit card (issued in Aug) no bonus appeares on my account. I called they told me the deposit had to be via ACH, so deposited an additional $20 via checking account. I decided to withdraw $30.
They asked for a copy of my bank statement and debit cards. I uploaded a copy of my statement and debit card that I used on December 17th, However I nolonger have the old debit card that I used in JULY. They are refusing to allow me to withdraw the $30 because I cannot provide a statement within the last 60 days for the debit card that I used in JULY. I provided them with everything else except that. I will no longer be playing the PA lottery, this is ridiculous.

They do this with everyone, ridiculous and I strongly feel unsafe process. Be carefull if you call them and make a comment the consider an admission of a gambling problem. They did this to me and now te Director has me permanently blocked. I have decided to do what ever is necessary to see that it is removed. And it won't be for the ability to play. It was handled unjustly, considering I have never gambled before and am not a gambler. The accusations were totally unjustified. He requested to know how much I spent Who does that? If I had spent a million of my own, so what? So you convince yourself I must have a gambling problem. Then permanently block my account. That is what was done to me.

Same thing happened to me. After losing probably $1, 000 and [censored]ing to the customer support people countless times I finally hit for $3, 000. (I think it was because I was giving them a hard time.) So I requested a withdraw. After three or four days I still didn’t have my money. Called or chatted with 4 different representatives who each told me it would be 2-3 more business days till I got it. Day 5 came and they finally ask me for all my personal info. Now I was looking at about 2 weeks till I got my money that I was assured would only take 2-3 days by 4 different representatives. I was pissed and I let it known. Said I was counting on that money since, again, I was told by multiple reps 2-3 days. Apparently the fact that they’re misleading people and me being pissed about that means that I have a gambling problem.
Here’s a question? What if I bought a whole roll of second chance cards because I wanted to enter the losers in the second chance drawing. Well now I can’t because I’m blocked from the site. No where on those tickets does it say that I may be blocked from the site and not be able to enter into the second chance drawings. It’s false advertising, it’s discriminatory and it’s straight up [censored].

Same thing happened to me. I spent about 2500 on pailottery. I hit on a crossword for 5 grand. I noticed the next day it was already posted to my lottery account. I put in a withdrawl request. The next time I went to log in all my account information was locked. Someone used my email and changed my password address etc. I talked to the lottery and had to prove that my email was comprised. I was told to go to law enforcement. I even have offical conformation from the lottery that I won.

I refuse to send ACH all that information. I only deposited $25, won $56. As I inquired about withdrawals, I learned how invasive their requirements are to set up an account. I'll take the loss. With identity theft being a real threat, it felt criminal to have this entity demanding critical financial information. I'm very disappointed how the lottery has several deposit options, but only one way to withdraw. Nope, not for me.

The app and website for the PA lottery really sucks! They always have issues with it and it doesn’t work properly. Their site has been down for hours today. I haven’t cashed anything out but it is easy to make a deposit. It sounds really difficult to have them deposit winnings into your account. I’d like to see them have an audit done. I started playing a few weeks ago and I’m so done. I refuse to deposit anything else to play. While their website is down I started to do some research and I really wish I would’ve done it before playing for a few weeks. I like how they always publish how much they payout but won’t publish what the customers lose trying to win their small prizes. I played this one game enough to know the payouts and it won’t pay more than $200. I had a $100 bonus the other day I tried to withdraw but it wouldn’t let me because of their stupid rule. I’d rather go to AC & spend my money. The Borgata has great rewards 😎 I’m heading there today. Also I downloaded Parks app and I can play casino games free daily and that’s what I’ll do from now on.

Pa Ilottery is a scam at its best. The games are childish and they lure you to play the stupid games by initially letting you win a few times something slightly bigger than your usual once in a while dose, and once they got you hopeful, there you are, hooked on a probability that ceased to exist in your life before and yet now you have to deal with it. I've lost so much in these stupid games in the past few weeks (initially I had won some money), it is just saddening to talk about and it was at the worst time too, right before Christmas. How they get away with taking peoples money, I have no idea. Apparently they think everyone should act as responsible adults and avoid losing otherwise they label you with having gambling problems. Well I for one did not have any problems before the PA Ilottery came along. I went to a nearby casino once in a blue moon and that was the end of it good or bad, but now I have a live one to worry about right in the comfort of my home.

Exactly, within the first 5 games I ever played I hit for 2k, being new to the online gambling scene I didn't know how to withdraw my winnings so I played 1800 back in, then I sighed up for ilottery debit card and now haven't won more than 75 at one time that's after playing a cple thousand.

They RIGGED THE ODDS IN THEIR FAVOR down to, 78% of money spent and out of that, you might win about 10% of that...So, lets say you play $100.00? Out of that, you might get a $10.00 winner...I'm talking Scratch Off numbers here...Even if you play the $20.00 / $30.00 ones...they still rig the odds...Only one out of 30 Books has a decent winner; so that's One out of 300, you might win $1, 000.00; otherwise...Nope! If You are Lucky enough to buy the Lucky One, your odds of that, are 1 in 3.5 Million...So...?Go Figure! MY ADVICE! STOP PLAYING & SAVE THAT MONEY!

I innocently contacted pai lottery by phone one day and made a remark that you could get into trouble playing the online games. I was only making a casual remark. They took it as I must have a gambling problem. My account was immediately blocked. I then contacted a supervisor who listened to the conversation and agreed with me that it was a miscommunication and had the block removed. I was told they have to take this type of comment seriously. It was an over the top reaction. The person that originally blocked the account was told more than once I was only kidding. She then proceeded with instructions for assistance if I had a gambling problem. I did not, due to my first time trying out online gaming or any gambling at all. I am a 68 year old female and never even bought a ticket. Almost immediately after the block was removed it seems another party reblocked my account. When I called back to find out what was going on, I was told the supervisor did not follow correct proceedures and therefore I would be required to wait for an email from the Director as to what his finale decision would be. It became a fiasco and remains to be. He insisted I contact a party in charge of people with gambling issues or there would be no reconsideration for reinstating my account. Even though I had nothing to confess, I followed his demanding request. I made the call. Because I did not seek unneeded assistance the Director called me and ask how much do you think you played.? He then forces me to tell him total. I threw out a figure. He then threatened me by stating if you are within a few hundred dollars give or take I will reconsider reinstating your account. He already knew what I spent? He had no right questioning period, none of anyone's business. Basically he assumed the amount I spent in his opinion over a 3month period was an indication to him I had a problem. Then because I did not give him an accurate amount he implied I was being dishonest. He sent an email saying I told you I could see this information and you still gave me the wrong figures. So now I am all of a sudden not trust worthy. I was treated miserably, I had to listen to one accusation after another. Talk about psychoanilzing an innocent. To make this a quick ending, he advises I am permanently blocking your account, based on various factors for your own protection. According to him 6 grand was too much. So what, I did not use my partners money or anyone elses. I have lost interest anyway. You dime you way through these games. Then if you increase your wagers you still waste you time and money, this I already knew It is so difficult to withdrawl your winnings that I kept on playing with them. They demand copy of bank statements, etc. I finally sent the stuff, no privacy . I did not feel safe in sending those. But my winnings would never have been released. I guess my deposits were not good enough and I met the challenge of the games. Was able to play on small wins for a long time. Perhaps that is part of the other factors. According to him I played thousands. I explained I had no idea I was playing on their dime for hours. I was playing for the fun of it. Never won anything significant. I told him I was not playing to win thousands. Did not interest me, was playing for fun period. After raising 6 sons and never having been able to spend much of anything. I decided to try something totally new. 68 years old on D day and he bans me for life. If you do decide to play, never make any comments because you will be considered a hopless gambler who refuses to admit they need to seek help. I contacted the other guy and he told me there was nothing he could do to help with getting the block removed. I tried to find out what could be done to get this mess resolved. He then psychoanalized me again. He wrote trying to contact someone to unlock your account does not make things look good for you. Unbelievable. What did he think anyone else would do to prove their innocence. I am in a quagmire - just like Trump only He has the means of buying his way out. I believe I am being discriminated against. This is insane. I just might take this to higher authority. Not for the privilede of being able to play, but for the principle of this mess. This is wrong. He was wrong period. If He read this He would say, see she is desperate to play. This is how over the top this Director is regarding me. I keep thinking this has nothing to do with me wanting to play. I just feel I should not have had my rights of playing removed due to false implications etc. If anyone can help me get my ball and chain removed, please let me know. Especially hate being misjudged and wrongfully accused, plus emotionally abused. This is a true story. After having 2 strokes back in 2016 - lucky to be alive - loss of fine motor skills in left hand - was a left handed artist, quilter. Sad enough . Not feeling sorry for me either. But what harm can a 68 year old do by having some fun ? I Hope I get some liget responses regarding this . Sure would hate to call Trump. May just do that to prove my point. This

Duplicate tickets and ticket skips ( when I bought them all at same time). The whole PA Lottery is monitored and they dictate who will win and when. I try to stay optimistic but bought 10 tickets and only won $1 and a free ticket. Lol go figure.

I play online lottery. They give you bonus money if you play a certain game and deposit a certain amount of money. Well don't fall for it. I deposited money and won between my money and bonus 52 dollars. I waited three weeks to go to my account. I had to contact them to find out why taking so long. Well when I looked they only put 7 dollars into account. I wrote and said I wast account closed. They asked me why I told them how I was ripped of my winnings and guess what no answer they just closed it. Do not play online or fall for bonus money stipulations and you don't get your winnings

Anywhere there is large sums of money, there are criminals. The history of humanity is one long series of conspiracies. The only person worse than a conspiracy theorist is an idiot who thinks there is no such thing as a conspiracy.
The PA lottery is either the absolute worst/unluckiest bet in the history of mankind or there is something seriously wrong.
I do not have the time nor do I have the resources to properly investigate the PA lottery. If I did have the time and the resources, there is no doubt in my mind that many of the upper level employees of the PA lottery would be indicted and eventually convicted.
Harrisburg is just as corrupt as Washington DC. What a shame there is nothing we the people can do about it.
One last thing...anyone who singles out one individual by posting wild, rambling, unfounded accusations is a helps the corruption by changing the subject. The object and the subject is OVERSIGHT and ACCOUNTABILITY!

I am having a similar issue. After playing small amounts here and there I decided to cash out $79. At least enough to get back half my money. Didnt see any action for days, was expecting the money so it caused other issues. Then they want proof of every account I ever used. Again, they sure didnt care about this when I was giving them money. I used a debit card and 3 credit cards in the past. It was never more than $25 an entry. 2 of the cards were lost since then so they need me to get a letter from the bank. Easy enough for one. The other is bank of america and the closest location is in Maryland. Still managed to get a letter from their customer service. I submit it. Comed back they need it signed! Are you kidding me? This is outright theft and a scam. They need to be shut down.

The PA. Thievery changed the odds right around Christmas. You need to buy 10- 5 dollar tickets to get the minimum 5 dollar prize .
It's not legal to change the odds without telling the fools who buy these tickets . The PA. Losery takes advantage of old folks who dream of winning big . There is no winning big with the PA. Thievery . And the online games are even worse. Why don't someone start a class action suit . I have hundreds of losing tickets, and I can see the patterns changed and the difference in the odds . The PA. Losery changed the odds around Christmas. SHAME ON THESE SCUMBAGS

Something has to be done about pa lottery.there just stealing money from people there odds are nothing but made up numbers. I bought 12 5.00 tickets all were Losers then bought 10 5.00 tickets all Losers. I entered 3.500 entries on the 2nd chance drawing won nothing. Then 2.900 entries on the next 2nd chance drawing I won nothing. I bought a pack of 5.00 tickets for 300 ten winners out of 60 tickets all were 5.00 and 2 10.00 winners. And if people look up where all the so-called big winners are they are always from the same few County's. We all need to start getting the word out that there just stealing our money if enough if us keep getting it out maybe we will force it to shut down even calling the news outlets

I actually sent email to the lottery accusing them of stealing from people and funneling all the big winners to counties close to their headquarters. The person who replied called it absurd so I challenged him to a fist fight, which got no response. The $5 bingo are the biggest joke I've seen. 4 of us have made it an effort to play as many of these as possible and none of us have ever hit more than $30 and that was only twice in hundreds of cards. They all lose or pay $5. It's a disgrace what they are doing and I've wanted to expose them for a while now but I thought maybe I was the only one who thought this way

I agree. I've bought $5 books and never broke even nor profit. I've also looked over winners list and absolutely correct about the counties that hit jackpots. I've started playing fast play...bought 10 tickets in one transaction but machine spit out tickets that jumped from 17 to 19 to 21 to 23,24. I asked attendant and they said PA Lottery does that to have more control of winnings. BINGO! Exactly what I assumed. RIGGED. These jackpots aren't paid until profit is made off of tickets sold. It's the people vs PA Lottery at this point.

Noticed this too. Same names in the same few counties. The county I grew up in has one of the smallest totals for scratch off winnings. I've bought so many tickets in the last two years and never got more than 50 bucks. They are scammers! Inside job. Keep sending the winning tickets for the same few counties and have that same person win and then return the money. Audit those people's financials and I bet you find your money trail.

My Father has played the Pa. Lottery for over 30 Years, or More...and wasted about $500, 000.00 on it; not to mention about $300.000.00 in Scratch Offs when he was working, he won ONLY ONE TIME, of $5, 000.00 and spent it on my Sisters Wedding. He still plays at least $30.00 per day, I play it for him every morning...Stefko Blvd. Shopping Center @ Tom's Tobacco/Valley Food Market, in Bethlehem, Pa.; the thing is, he has a Reverse Mortgage and while My Brother and I take care of them/Parents, we will NOT get the House when they pass away...and all that money wasted on a RIGGED LOTTERY, is a CRIME! It would be Nice to see him win Big, BEFORE he dies...He is 84 Now, so...How Much money does a person have to play, to actually win something decent? Over $100, 000.00? He is trying to win to save the house; I know that sounds crazy, but my Dad has Faith...in God...Not Man...I never win anything big when I play either and my Dad worked all his life and paid off the House Three Times, but My mother was a QVC Addict and lost it...If no one can win...Why say it benefits older people, when it is NOTHING BUT A SCAM and Rip Off!?

Here's the REAL DEAL about the Lottery:
1. Accountability is NOT THERE...
2. The Officials MUST be more Transparent with: A. How many actual Lottery Scratch Offs were Printed (Exact Number of each Ticket, in each game).
B. Every Game where the Highest Prize was Won in that game, MUST BE STOPPED and TAKEN OFF MARKET; because then they are committing Fraud, by telling people there is a Big Jackpot, when it was Won already.
C. The main thing is this:
(1) When the lottery indicates that a person Won a big amount...Lets say, $350, 000.00 Match 6, or more; THE LOTTERY HAS a Current SCAM that helps them Pocket OUR WINNINGS, by declaring a Winner, but in actuality, nobody Won that prize, because they LIE and tell people from some NOWHERE COUNTY Won, so nobody can investigate it, if they actually Won, or not...
(2) Under the, RIGHT TO KNOW ACT 65 P.S. 67.708 (b)(1)(ii) et.seq. as well as 72 P.S. 3761-303 et.seq. State Lottery Laws...Derrick Flemming v.Pa.Dept.of Revenue 2015..Pa.Comnwlth. Ct. J. Simpson...In that case, Mr.Flemming asked for the WRONG INFORMATION...Pa. Citizens ARE Entitled to know almost everything about Pa. Lottery Actions, Procedures...etc. Yet, in that case, Mr.Flemming went Fishing in a dry pond...
(3) Pa. Lottery Security, James Morgan, (MORGAN? like Rockerfeller..etc.?) anyway, he will NOT allow transparency because He Knows He is going to be EXPOSED...Also, the Courts WILL PROTECT HIM, even though YOU are correct...Yet, the POWER of Petition is still the Rule here...
(4) PEOPLE HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE INFORMED...Not only of the rules of the games; but DEEPER INFORMATION, to allow people to make INFORMED DECISIONS, in the PUBLIC INTEREST...which outweighs Private interests...Esp. when it comes to MONEY! $$$$$$$...
(5) What needs to be done is: AUDIT the Pa. lottery First Off; then File an INJUNCTION to force them to reveal the following:
a. For Scratch Offs: How many were Printed for each game...b. STOP SELLING S.O.s that the Top Prizes no longer exist, or were all Won. c. allow people to see how much money the State is accumulating by selling the Scratch Offs and where that money is used...d. EXPAND the Lottery funding of Elderly persons, to include ENTITLEMENTS, not just what they can afford...Most people who play, are the Elderly...e. Have every Retailer give account of every Scratch Off Sold, on a Daily Basis; along with any & all Winnings Paid out DAILY...etc...in the Internet/Newspapers...etc...Then we start seeing fairness, instead of LIES and Deceit by those who sell the Tickets...Also, every Retailer MUST give account of every Dollar THEY GET from the Lottery, for Selling them...Do You know how much Tom's Tobacco gets daily? For selling You the Tickets you lose on? No, You don't! But you should know; because, just like any other business, they MUST BE ACCOUNTABLE also...
What do you know about the Pa. Lottery, besides that they sell Tickets? That is what THEY PREY ON...People NOT KNOWING! Knowledge is POWER and People will Kill to Protect their corruption from being EXPOSED! I nam alive because I kept my mouth shut for all these years; but what did it get Me? I have so much MORE to say; but I hope that someone else can get the idea[s] and Run with them!
IT IS NOT ILLEGAL to ask Questions; Esp. when it comes to Your Hard Earned Money, that Pa.is so greedy for and uses it for their own AGENDAS! NOTHING CHANGES, if No One pushes the Issue, right?
ALSO, those who are selling Tickets (Scratch Offs...etc) MUST BE FINED, or lose Money, if they are found NOT to do Certain things, like: Not Reporting their profits...or not stopping Scratch Off games where all Top Prizes are done...Take care...
COVID. 19 STIMULUS CHECKS
One more thing: Pa. Esp. is going after Us now that we were given those Wooden Nickels called Stimulus Checks...They know people will be buying more tickets...Etc...so, they created a SCAM Called, Rig the Odds; meaning they, Printed Out Thousands and Thousands of Loser Scratch Offs and put LOWER and LOWER winnings in each Book...where, if you have a Win All Ticket, instead of winning The actual Prize, they REDUCED IT to only be, 10% of what You were supposed to win; just so they save money and RIP U OFF in the Process...That is WHY, they NEVER tell how many of each game were printed; because 70% of them were/are FAKE...They can't Print them Fast Enough, they say, also...Ever get Tickets that are hard to Scratch Off? Well, those are ALL FAKES! FIND OUT IF I'm Lying! I Double dare You! A $10, 000.00 Winner, instead of $100, 000.00? How would you like to know the TRUTH!?
Yes I am Blowing the cover Off...But Some One MUST! OR BRIBE the Pa. Lottery to Pay you Off to keep Quiet...You decide!

I'm sincerely all for it. My wife and I noticed, just about 6-9 months ago there was an undeniable change. I'm not big with conspiracy theories or things of that nature but the PA Lottery is definitely hiding something, washing money, and keeping some people's pockets lined.

Pa lottery is hedge fund for the Wolfe and his cronies. Who spends 65mill of his own money to win an election unless he is getting it back. I have watched these games go down hill over the last 5 years. It's an absolute crime. This [censored]hole state steals everything from you now the are stealing your dreams of being a million dollar winner or even 100000 winner. Any where there are politicians especially Denorats there is corruption. When will we ever stand up and take our rights back from these people. They go in making 200000 a yr and come out millionaires. Thru inside trading to flat out stealing. Why do you think they want our guns they are afraid that if the truth ever came out they would be in deep shut. The PA lottery is an absolute joke. If you pace thru the winners by county and then go back the names and amounts change. They don't even care if we know. They think they are untouchable and as long as people just stay passive and eat it they will be

I was told by a lottery retailer that it was “PA law that all books of tickets must have at least the amount sold in winners inside, cannot be a loss.” IE: 600 book must have 600 in winners minimum 😂 YEAH RIGHT. I’ve seen plenty scratch whole book at a loss. GAMBLING is what it is!

That is 100% false. I used to frequently buy books of $10, $20, and $30 tickets and I’ve never broke even. I only bought 1 book of $30 tickets and can’t remember the loss, but the $10 and $20 books (both $600) were all $260 losses. Every single book was $340 in winners.

I hadvrecently won $350 in an online drawing. I requested a total of $340 in withdrawals. After waiting 2 weeks for my money, a risk analyst emailed me claiming that there was "a problem" and they couldn't send my money, but they would try again. Within 24 hours, I had my money, so I thought nothing of it.

Today, I get an email from that same risk analyst (Stephanie H) claiming that they had paid me $340 twice and demanding I repay them $340 immediately. Problem is, I only received payment once and have the emails and bank statement to prove it. Another problem is that I'm waiting on another $175 payout from the PA Lottery. At this time, they refuse to respond to my proof and blocked access to my online account. I don't appreciate being treated like a thing when I didn't even get paid twice, as they claim. And they are bring the thieves by withholding my latest prize.

When you go on the second chance website, you can enter a ticket, but it doesn't show what you can win. It says "this is what you can win", but nothing is listed !

This is a Pennsylvania business, and they don't have someone who can enter info onto their website ? And they want people to buy their product ! Terrible ! I will not be buying any more tickets from them ! They are basically cheaters ! Why would anyone want to buy their product ?

Don't play the PA Lottery. There is just too many complaints about people not being paid, or the PA Lottery saying that the rules were different from what you understood, and you didn't win like you thought you did... Why isn't there someone at the Lottery who can explain the rules properly on the ticket, or on the website ? Are they all illiterate ? I think so... Has anyone seen who works there ? Yeah, that's the problem...

Been playing the cash 5 for years and I play the same 5 numbers daily. Since they raised it to $2 a day I rarely get 2 numbers to match? I use to hit 2 numbers even 3 numbers monthly? I've hit 4 numbers 3 times over the years? I didn't mind playing it because I figured that's $365 a year! Now I'm spending $730 a year and I'm not even getting 2 numbers to match! I'm not stupid and don't have hundreds of money to waist on the lottery but like I said since it's $2 a day now I don't win anything! How can I win on average $20 plus a month for 10 plus years and now I win $4 to $8 a month since its $2 that's why I feel it's fixed! I'm still playing it but giving up because of the results I'm getting now since it's $2 a day!

Think I'd have better luck at a casino than the lottery!

I’ve been playing the match 6 since it came out and like you I never won big but would win a couple of bucks a week , maybe 30 dollars a few times a year . Then when the pandemic hit those winnings dropped off to about nothing . I thought they added numbers to the game but the lottery says no . Something changed !

I have been playing the same cash 5 numbers since 1984. Hit a few small amounts. PA Lottery knows that those who play the same numbers for a very long period are bound to come up. So, they added more numbers which basically takes the odds of those 5 numbers way back down, and then raised the price to $2.00. Scamming the people. Sad.

I used to be an avid winner. Not great amounts but maybe break even or get ahead some. Now they have this one ticket that onlymgove out 50, 100, or 500 dollar winners with odds being 1 in 9 change of winning. I've bought over 20 tickets and have not won 1 time on this ticket. I will never buy this ticket again for it seems like a scam. Further more why woukd you make a ticket that with a bonus feature that doesn't pay out. For instance I purchased a ticket that the first thing I scratched off was the bonus. Low and behold I got the bonus thinking oh awesome I got a winner. WRONG! Even thou I won the bonus the ticket was still a loser. I mean come on. That's a scam in itself. Most people never get the bonus on a ticket but when you do it's still a loser. The current governor who we all know and love LMAO, will NOT be missed.

I suspect that the lottery is crooked I really do however as far as the odds if you buy nine tickets in a game that says 1 In 9 tickets is a winner that does not mean that if you buy nine tickets you will win they go off of that average on how many tickets there are in existence and how many winners there are in all of the tickets combined as far as the second chance I feel you on that I probably put one time on the Willy Wonka tickets probably about 2000 or so did not win now that certainly is not proof that anything is rigged there are definitely winners but I wonder if there are really as many winners as they say I feel like there are too many people that are paid off to even investigate and I think the problem is how would you even prove it I think one thing that is not even close to a focus with our government is scams and cons I don’t think the one per centers and that’s including our state and our federal Government officials really give a care. Not to mention that I’m sure a lot of them are paid off as well I know ranting and raving about this and complaining all it sounds like is that you are a sore loser or you’re just crazy so they know it I really don’t think there’s anything we will ever be able to do about it every time I scratch a losing ticket I get pissed off thinking how much of a scam this is. I must be crazy because I still keep playing

I totally agree with your logic behind PA lottery. Although we know they track this huge jackpot tickets. I look at the winners on their page and its always a county in no mans land. Even more strange the winners names always repeat for these huge jackpots. I even have watched a man in an Acme going to every machine they had and bought same tickets. Puzzling. Seems like he knew something everybody else didnt. Its definitely a scam and I dont believe any real winners are average working people trying their luck. People who are winning bigggggggggg seem to be told where that ticket is. If I'm lying I'm flying. Curious to know what would happen if every single person stopped playing how many winners would miraculously come about. It's time to take our money back people!

I agree. PA Lottery is the biggest scam out here. They like to warn residents to not trust foreigners about lottery winnings but we supposed to trust them? Literally played every type of game ticket second chance drawings and never ever won more than 500. I have spent 100x that overall and that's all I can say I have won in return. They're liars scammers and manipulators. All jackpot winners seem to be in the same county or similar names. It has taken years to realize but they have definitely loss a loyal player. Odds dont add up. Not getting another dime from me.
