lg french door refrigerator, bottom 2 drawer freezer
Purchased a LG French door with 2 drawer bottom freezer from Pacific Sales. We were misled to believe that this was a current floor model. This unit was purchased on September 01, 2013. After a short time the main panel in the door started to fail, called for a warranty . I was then told that the unit was out of factory warranty. Turns out that the unit was manufactured in 2010. We were granted an extended warranty by Pacific Sales at no charge. Again the door panel failed and had to be replaced. Then the ice maker failed took forever to replace. Again the ice maker failed to empty the made ice into the ice container. Request a warranty, took several days for the tech to come out for inspection, took about 5 minutes and declared it needed to be replaced and of course it had to be ordered. Finally 20 days later a "new" unit was installed on the 29th of December. on the 6th of January, the ice maker is failing again. As far as I am concerned no more dealing with LG or Pacific sales. Granted Pacific Sales is trying, but this getting a bit old. Will probably be buying a different fridge next month.
service
This company is horrible in customer service... My washer is unbalanced and my dryer was squeeking and now won't power on. First they want me to do reset to my washer and dryer? Huh? I'm not a technician that is why I'm calling you. Unplug your dryer for 30 minutes and they try to turn it on again. It's not a digital dryer however I do it. Now we need to hear the squeek... Ummm the dryer won't turn on. Now why is your washer balanced... Really? After literally asking to speak to a manager and waiting 20 minutes (I think they expected me to hang up) I was told someone would call me back.
I'm so done with this company - I wish I had never bought from Pacific Sales - Lesson learned. I will be filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau regardless of this outcome.
deceptive sales
Pacific Sales sold me one product that was supposedly new and two that were supposedly in the store for a "short time." Almost a year later when there was Ann issue and I called the manufacturer, I was told that the one product I had called on was serviced at the Pacific Sales store 4.5 years prior! Then I found out the other two items were also manufactured 4-5 years prior. When we spoke to the manager we got nowhere, not even a warranty was given. When we spoke to Pacific Sales general customer service, we were forwarded back to the store. Next step is to contact Best Buy which I honk now owns them? I hope my complaint reaches headquarters!
rude salesperson, poor customer service
Pacific Sales will not do installation as promised during sales. Installer wanted everything set up just the way he likes it and all he had to do is to plug in the appliance (and they charged ~$180.00 for this plug in service). When I called to make the complaint, the salesperson was rude. He told me that my ears should be burning because they were talking about me and it was nothing good. Salesperson was very unprofessional.

staff & manager very rude.
Lack of communication about products on order. We were given incorrect dates, we could have ordered the products on line oursevles. We waned to support local businesses, when we called up to inquire the person on the line wanted to argue. In person, even the store manager was rude & giving us excuses about old computors hampering their product knowledge. Comon courtesey was lacking...
We have been waitiing since July 17th for our products to arrive, we were first told the end of July. Than the 12th of August, when we called on the 14th of August, the employee wanted to argue, asking us "Who" told you that info. Give me the name. We were called on the 15th of August to pick up our faucets & only 1 had come in. I realize they are held at the mercy of their suppliers. I am only acking for communication in a non-confrontational manner. We are still waiting.
is bbb fair - you decide
Yelp said they do not want the following information posted on the Better Business Bureau.
The Better Business Bureau of Minnesota (or any other chapter of the BBB) seemingly will not confirm or deny Best Buy/Pacific Sales' claims as to how they got their BBB grade changed from an "F" to an "A+" almost overnight. The LABBB reported that Pacific Sales had approximately 150 complaints filed against it, approximately 14 of which were "Unanswered". The LABBB gave Pacific Sales an "F" rating. I was told by an attorney for Pacific Sales/Best Buy that the "F" rating was due to the Unanswered Complaints. The BBB claims that the reports on their website reflect a 36 month period of time. I was told by this attorney that once they answered these Unanswered Complaints (regardless of fact that they could have been as much as three years old), their grade was promptly changed from an "F" to an"A+". When Pacific Sales/Best Buy (recently) changed over to the BBB of Minnesota and North Dakota, the total number of approximately 150 complaints dropped to approximately 45 total (with no unanswered complaints). The BBB of Minnesota and North Dakota chapter indicates that Pacific Sales has an A+ rating. I asked the BBB of Minnesota to confirm or deny if this is how Pacific Sales' grade was changed (so easily), and if anyone could do this, and they have not responded to this question. If Pacific Sales/Best Buy can do this, I believe that any business should be allowed the same treatment, regardless of size, and regardless if they are a BBB member or not in order to level the playing field. I am sure that businesses that might not be able to afford BBB membership fees, might act differently if they knew they could get their grade changed to an "A+", even if the complaint might be as much as three years old, under the same circumstances.
I am still waiting back to hear about some other questions I had for the BBB of Minnesota, including why the BBB will not accept and post a complaint that it receives against itself (seeing as though the BBB is just a business like others they report on), what their definition is of a "Serious Complaint", or if they will waive membership fees for a verifiably honorable business that simply cannot afford membership, and still afford them any benefits that a"member" may receive. Any assistance you may want to provide to prompt the BBB to respond to these and other questions or concerns would be much appreciated. Please feel free to reply to this email if you have any comments. I have contacted the following parties referred to above. They are, Mr. Vincent L. Gottuso, President of the LABBB, for the BBB of Minnesota and North Dakota, Ms. Barb Grieman, Vice President, and for Pacific Sales, attorney Andrea Kloehn Naef from Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi LLP (Pacific Sales/Best Buy outside counsel).
On February 15, 2012, Ms. Lockett of the "Council of Better Business Bureaus, Inc". wrote that they (Council of BBB's), "have not identified any policy concerns in the BBB's actions", but goes on to state the, "BBB of North Dakota & Minnesota retains the final authority in respect to complaint issues". So what is the purpose of the Council of Better Business Bureaus?

ABC 20/20 investigated the LaBBB on November of 2010 and their report was rather disturbing. Businesses like Hamas received an A- rating while Wolfgang Puck received an F rating. A CEO of the Arlington Va BBB prematurely left an interview conducted by ABC's Brian Ross. To see more about how the LaBBB operates type
"20/20 BBB investigation" on a youtube search. Hopefully not all BBBs operate this way.
non-delivery-lied to twice
Cannot believe how this store lies through their unworthy teeth. This company cost me a good deal with another company that would have delivered my range in a timely manner by lying about delivery date. I had to finally cancel my order have 2 dates came and past with the same explanation of not having the range I ordered in their warehouse. I hope many people read this and choose to not go through the same trouble I went through. I will NEVER shop or recommend Pacific Sales. I'm totally disgusted.

ge dishwasher
Bought a toto toilet and GE dishwasher on 3/31/11 and after I paid, was told neither one was in stock. On 4/28/11 the appliances were delivered. The GE dishwasher immediately started to leak. I still have this dishwasher as of 5/10/11 and 2 different techs have said the same thing...defective. Now Pacific Sales says they have to go through GE and Pacific Sales in order to save face...George's words ( asst manager). Do not ever go there! They do not honor their word and they lead you to believe these items are in stock.
rude / disinterested sale people / managers
I have made several purchases with Pacific Sales in the last two year and they were good experiences but was totally blown away by the arrorgance I experienced in the San Juan Capistrano store this afternoon. Remodeling Master Bath - found faucets & fixtures online but, wanting to buy local and willing to pay a little bit more to do so, I headed to my...
Read full review of Pacific Salesprice match guarantee
Beware of this company! The salespersons guarantee they will price match within a certain amount of time. I purchased a range from them. The installation was terrible, the delivery persons were fighting with each other. I found price less than what I had paid. When I brought this to the salesperson's attention, I was told they only guaranteed price from "store" as this was an "online" price, but he would see what he could do. The next day he called me to tell me the company does not ship to Ca. so would only give me 1/2 of the price difference. I called him back to tell him that I found another "STORE" in Ca. and the price was even less. He called me back to tell me that it was only "LOCAL" stores. I kept telling him just do the right thing and stop trying to find reasons not to price match. He then said I was "extorting", hello, I am only asking them to stand by their policy and promise at time of purchase. Beware of delaing with this company, do your homework and shop around. When I tried to return this item because it wouldn't fit property, they wanted $450.00 to return. Google this company and read the reviews, I am not the only one, there are a ton of complaints!

bad and rude after sale service.
I purchased a refridgerator, steam dry, stove, and microwave from Pacific Sales. Previously I bought a dishwasher, but picked it up myself. This time I had them delivered. They did not bring the parts to install the dryer, so I had to wait for a return date. The microwave they only delivered, so it had no problems. THe stove I had to level myself, even after pointing out to them that it wasnt level. The refridgerator wobbled, and I showed them that it wobbled. They leaned it against the cabinet and said it was good. So, of the items to be installed, not one was correct. I had to drive out to the store again to get the parts for the dryer, and make a bit of a stink about it. They credited my account some cash, which I thought was very generous. Then they promised to have the refridgerator installed correctly.
Over a month later I get a knock on my door. It was a company called Premier Service. The man told me he did not have a phone number and that he would fix the refridgerator. I asked for an appontment, while I checked the story out. I received a call at 7:10am to confirm the appointment for 10am to 12pm. At 12:15 I called the number and the tech told me that I was 2pm to 4pm. He continued to tell me that he writes it down when he schedules it, so that is what he told me, and that he never said 10am. He was agressive and rude, as he called me a liar. I let them kow I would have the work done myself and that they do not need to return.
The days of good service, or at least polite service, appears to be gone. I think Pacific Sales is OK. HOWEVER, I recommend that you pick your items up yourself and bypass the delivery and repair people. The instore people are OK, after all, after driving out and two hours on the phone, they did credit me some money back. But if you cannot take the item with you, I highly recommend that you go elsewhere or consider doing without appliances altogether.

horrible customer service
We are remodeling our house and made a significant purchase >20k of sink/shower fixtures and two vanities. We were told at the time of order that it would be 4 weeks. Anticipating worst case scenario we scheduled the installation at 6 weeks out. Come installation, we discovered one sink was ordered incorrectly- and had to be re-ordered - another 7 days. That mistake is now two weeks late. The vessel sink is apparently "untraceable" but en route from China, Texas or any number of locations, depending on who we talk to. The other vanity- which was ordered directly from floor model- apparently "changed design" and went from two components to three components. Well, our trusty salesperson ordered two components. Sure, human errors occur. In fact they reminded us of this several times-- as if this was our issue. But for the record, we identified the missed a component- not them in their "detailed" research of the matter. Joe decided to take control and call the manufacturer and assured us he'd rush in the third component if he had to fly it in himself. Not only did they make mistakes (we give latitude to some human element), they repeatedly did not return phone calls and in some cases, outright lied- indicating it was in the Whittier store, was arriving on "Tuesday" was confirmed to be en route to arrive "any day" and now today, was confirmed to be shipping this Friday. We move in a week! They are four weeks late. So basically, Pacific Sales is happy to take our money... but not so happy to follow through on the order. Thomas has an attention to detail issue and Joe has an attention to the truth issue. Not only was he exceedingly condescending and argumentative - he repeatedly lied to us about the research he did, and the status of the order. So if Pacific Sales chooses to hire people that lack integrity, follow through and attention to detail - maybe that's how they keep their prices so low (as Joe self-described their prices - we don't concur)... their quality of associate is severely lacking. Additionally, their inability to inaccurately track status, seems to indicate a deficient computer system. We are writing to the President of the company to make him aware and we will never provide them with our business again and they can rest assured we will be sharing our experiences with anyone who will listen- friends, colleagues, contractors, etc. Sure the products are good (if you can get them)-- but is it really worth the headaches and the expense of bringing our contractor out 3 times, based on their "status" update. We think not. Consider yourself forewarned if you choose to put your remodel in their hands. Very disappointing.
We are having the same type of problems with the Woodland Hills store - we paid over $3000 for an oven and dishwasher - neither of these units work and the dishwasher destroyed our kitchen floor. We even made a video of the dishwasher leaking and they won't accept that as proof - they say they will not accept any responsibility unless their technician can personally verify the problem - but the technician they sent didn't even examine the unit! He just walked in, sat on a chair in front of the unit for a few minutes, didn't run the dishwasher more than 90 seconds, was extremely rude to us, an said there was no leak that he could see, so it was our problem and he left - it was painfully obvious this technician had NO integrity and his only job was to "certify" that Pacific Sales had no liability. It's time that some or all of us got together and filed a class action lawsuit against them. We should also collectively ask the authorities to investigate their fraudulent and unfair business practices - they should not be allowed to prey on the public like this! I will say they have a pretty showroom, so go ahead and take a look, BUT DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISERABLE MISTAKE WE DID - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
faulty product
I bought this Maytag MSD2554VEY refrigerator from Pacific Sales in Carlsbad about a year ago. The day it arrived it didn't work, as in no refrigeration. After about 10 days of waiting for service technicians and parts it was finally fixed. Within about 6 months, one of the pop-in shelf units in the fridge side began to break. This was clearly an issue of manufacturer defect as the upper portion of the shelf began to separate from the lower portion it was glued to. I neglected to call Pacific Sales immediately because I assumed they were going to stand behind their product, and after all, I paid for their recommended 5-year warranty. I mainly paid for the warranty since Maytag's reputation for refrigerators has not been very good in the past.
At this point about 15 months has passed since I bought the fridge; their store coverage expires at 12 months. Pacific Sales - Carlsbad refused to back me at all on this and punted the problem to the 3rd party warranty company (whom Pacific Sales endorsed and marketed). The warranty company, of course, has an "out" on this one as the small print apparently excludes shelves and drawers. After getting the Heisman from the warranty company, I called back to Pacific Sales to give them an opportunity to fix this before I started complaining. The store manager basically said "How is it our, or Maytag's responsibility that your shelf wasn't assembled correctly?"
So here I am telling you two things:
1. Maytag earned it's reputation for selling low-quality and unreliable refrigerators. Despite aggressive marketing to the contrary, nothing has improved with Maytag's product since the cemented their poor reputation in the last decade.
2. Beware of Pacific Sales. They're selling the same useless warranties as many of their low-budget competitors and play the "Who, what, me?" game as soon as you need them. I thought they were cut from a better cloth when I bought from them, but they're no better than Sears, Home Depot, etc.

beware of pacific sales
I purchased a washer/dryer in late December. I have had problems with it since the beginning. In April, three parts had to be replaced, including the motor. The machine broke again. I have been unable to use it for more than a month of the six months I have had it. The repairs department suggested that I speak with the store manager about a replacement...

NEVER BUY FROM PACIFIC SALES!. They lie to you to get you to buy the merchandise, the minute you buy it the service stops.
1. They sold me a kitchen set ($6000 worth of appliances) with out it being in stock. No one ever mentions it to you before you buy. they promised a two week wait time after the purchase. After three weeks, i called to follow up. they told me they only had 2 of the 5 items in. They could deliver what they have.
2. When the delivered, the "installation guy" refused to install the fridge, because I had copper pipes. They can't touch those because of liability issues! WTF?
3. They also failed to mention that their "Free installation" does not include ovens, ranges, built in microwaves, fridges (if you have copper pipes), dishwashers (if you have copper pipes). I am still waiting to hear what it is that they install.
4. Its been 2 months now and I still don't have the remaining pieces. They still can't tell me a definite delivery date for the rest of my purchase, due to inventory issues the manufacturer is having. Yet they have charged me for all the items and refuse to take back the ones they already delivered.
I am stuck with a half a kitchen!
I have never been so furious with a store and its service. IT IS THEFT NOT SERVICE THEY PROVIDE!

poor service
Don't do business with these people!
A couple of weeks ago I purchase and LG Washer/Dryer Combo from the San Diego Store. The first thing that went wrong was they told me my appliance was going to be delivered on 1/9/2010. When I hadn't heard from the company by 11 am on that day I called. They said I wasn't on the schedule for delivery that day. When I mentioned that I spoke to two people on the phone who assured me that I was they simply stated..."well I guess someone made a mistake". When I asked for the manager I was given the run around. I requested the appliance be delivered the following Saturday.
On Saturday the delivery truck arrived early after calling to ask if I would be available and that was fine. The delivery people could not make the installation however because the hook ups were different and stated that I'd need to have a plumber come in. When I was sold the appliance the sales person assured me that it would work with my dishwasher connections and that the delivery people wouldn't leave until the appliance was up and running. The delivery person of course said this wasn't possible.
So I refused the delivery and requested a refund. I was told I couldn't get a refund because there was no proof that I had returned the appliance. IT WAS ON THEIR TRUCK WITH THEIR TECHS! I was finally contacted by the sales manager who told me he would find a resolution and get back to me on Tuesday (today). When I hadn't heard from him I tried to reach someone at the store for over an hour. I finally got to speak a clerk who credited my credit card for the purchase. Don't do business with these people!

I also bought Samsung washer and dryer from Pacific Sales in Irvine, Ca. The installers refused to install the washer because the water drain was too short to reach. Too make it short, the installer didn't know what they were talking about and it was not short. They were going to tie the drain hose only with plastic zip hose tie and not use hose guide like the manual states and provided. I called Samsung on 1/6/2011 and the installer didn't undo one of the part. After many calls to the store they final came but didn't bring any missing parts. They told me to call Samsung and order it myself even though they threw it away. Again, they were supposed to come out and check on installation and see what was missing (4 differents parts are missing) but no show without any notice. I have been calling and left many message for store manager, Moulton, and no response since 1/11/2011.
horrible company
We bought a refrigerator and dishwasher from this company. However, they said the dishwasher was on back order. So when the delivery date finally came, they called up and said their truck couldn't get up the hill we live on, which has gotta be one of the lousiest excuses I've ever heard. So we wait 4 more days, and then they call and say THEY DON'T HAVE THE FRIDGE! Apparently they gave it to someone else, the one they were supposed to give to us. I can't believe a company could be this disorganized. That's when we asked for our money back, which they will hopefully give to us. Buy furniture from anyone, ANYONE, but not this awful company.

poor post-sales service
Very poor after sale service. Not all appliances were delivered as promised. Mulitple problems with appliances after deliver. Had to return several back to the store. Contracted delivery service damaged one of the appliances - had to return. Can't get in touch with ANYONE at the store to try to resolve problems. Only get voice mail - and NO ONE ever returns any of your calls. Even after traveling to store and talking to store manager (Randy), agreed upon remedies were not implemented as promised. I will NEVER do business with this company again. It's amazing to me that a business with this kind of customer service even exists.

BUYER BEWARE ! What a hassle/FIASCO to buy a new refrigerator. This co. has a poor website, you can't buy on-line, there is no basic/info/photos. I had to use the sears/howards their websites. They didn't call me the delivery time. Also, I had request for booties, the store mgr. said they will have it, of course, they don't have it. The delivery guy walked my carpet, I just cleaned. The store mgr. said I will have my invoice/warranty papers. Of course, I never receve it. The guy who deliver the frig, left the cardboard/styrofoam in the street. I had to pck-up myself. . . . .NEVER AGAIN TO BUY THIS STORE/CO. . . . .Way oo much stress/waste my time.
This Store is CRAP! I purchased a maytag oven and it was Horrible! The oven took forever to preheat, the noise was unbelieveable, the heat was ruining my fridge. I do not recommend maytag from any store. And i do not recommend you buy anything from Pacific Sales EVER! The customer service is crap, we were unhappy with the appliances we had purchased and when we went back to the store to return it they were gonna charge us $1000 to return it! When we had said we will not be paying to return something we were unhappy with they told us they will not take it back! This store is CRAP! I will NEVER purchase anything from this store ever again! And anyone who is thinking about buying anything from this store i advice you to go somewhere else!
The following message was pulled from Yelp. Please read and decide for yourself if this is of any concern to you. The Better Business Bureau of Minnesota seemingly will not confirm or deny Best Buy/Pacific Sales' claims as to how they got their BBB grade changed from an "F" to an "A+" almost overnight. Public records indicate that Best Buy has approximately 1312 U.S. stores and U.S. Retail Sales of approx $37 billion dollars. For comparison, you might want to consider the following: The BBB of Minnesota (obtained from the BBB of Minnesota and North Dakota website) indicates that Wal-Mart has an A+ rating with approx 489 complaints filed against it in the last 36 months. Public records on Wal-Mart indicate that they have approx 4358 U.S., stores and U.S. Retail Sales of approx $307 billion dollars. In other words, according to the BBB and public records combined, Best Buy has approx 3046 stores less than Wal-Mart, but has approx 9165 more complaints filed against it. The BBB of Minnesota and North Dakota has yet to explain this either. Looking at these complaints one can deduce that Pacific Sales is a shell of a middle-man. They will sell you damaged or mislabeled products that are discounted to them by the manufacturer...at least it seems that way from all the redundant complaints. They don't seem to do much for customer service after the transaction is complete because that would cost them money to staff an after sales service department. Then, if you should complain about a damaged product or an out of adjustment product, they have you deal with the manufacturer yourself. Yes, retail is more expensive, but if you were to purchase the appliances through Sears, Lowe's or Home Depot, you have also purchased a right to get an exchange or a repair within a reasonable amount of time and without the runaround or hassle. I have bought appliances through Sears (not online) for 10 years now and I haven't yet had a problem with damaged or incorrect appliances delivered. As a matter of fact, my 18.2 Frigidaire refrigerator has been working trouble-free for me since June 2017.
I arrived at Pacific Sales in Chandler AZ 15 mins to close I was relieved as there were people still in the store, however when I walked through the door I was turned away by the salesman that they were closed. I looked at my watch and told him it was only 5:45, he said “sorry we are closed” and turned me away. Knowing I was mad, driving away I looked at the door and a lady was turning there sign back to open from Closed!
The next day like a fool I went back. But I knew what I wanted and made my purchase within 15 mins and set a deliver for the next Wednesday. Tuesday comes the delivery people called and I told them I needed a 6pm delivery, and they said NO they don't deliver that late(but of course I confirmed the 6pm withthe store manager at Pacific, she said no problem). So I said I need your first deliver time 7am, they said sure. Wednesday 7am no delivery, 8... 9am no delivery. Called the deliver people, VERY RUDE. Calledthe store there so sorry... I'm assured tomorrow it will be there. Thursday Morning NO Washer.
Request my Money back. I wonder if they can do that correctly…
Time is the only thing you don't get back in life and Pacific Sales Wasted mine. Trying to save a few extra bucks is not worth the hassle. Go somewhere else.

Bought all my appliances at Sears and have had issues. Spent thousands of dollars on the new Cafe W Ge line. Frig is not perfect, microwave is beat and dented. Sears does not do ANYTHING. They give you the delivery companies number and tell you to call them. It has been 4 wks now and I sit and wait. Once they sell you the item and get the money they are done. They have nothing to do with it. SO who is responsible? Did they not sell me the product? They sure did collect my money. They also made me split my purchase which is the stupidest thing ever. The frig could not be bought with the other appliances. Different dept.. since when? Totally not a customer service freindly issue!
All companies are the same--once they have the cash bye bye service. I now need a range and was looking to purchase a Wolf. From where? I am still at a loss. Lots of money here and I do not want a run around if it does not go smoothly
unbelievably bad customer service
I went to the new Pacific Sales store in Pasadena, as they carried the brand of refrigerator that I wanted. Mine was limping along due to an electrical brown-out in my neighborhood.
First of all, Pacific Sales is understaffed. I had to practically beg for someone to help me after quite a wait.
I ordered a high-end refrigerator--in white. When paying, I double checked with the cashier to make sure that it was white. I even asked if there was a "W" in the item number, meaning white. I was assured that I was getting a white refrigerator.
Lo and behold, after waiting all morning, they delivered a stainless refrigerator, which of course I turned away.
It was very difficult to reach my salesman. His printed number didn't work, and calling the main office resulted in a 10 minute hold. When I reached the salesman, he was defensive, and tried to tell me that I had ordered a stainless refrigerator. It didn't take long for him to realize that I wasn't going to go for that line of reasoning, particularly because I was very clear about the color.
Towards the end of our discussion, the salesman agreed that "there had been a miscommunication" (he had ordered the wrong color). He said that he'd do his best to get another fridge out the same day.
Nope. After emptying my fridge, putting back all of the contents, and dealing with this problem all day--I will be given another four hour window to sit around and wait for the thing tomorrow. Meanwhile my food is rotting...
Never again will I do business with this outfit.

The worst customer service I ever experienced is with the Pacific Sales. I purchased a refrigerator and paid for it seven weeks ago. I waited them to deliver it, when they arrived at my home, they said the door between the kitchen and dining room has to be removed to get the fridge in, but they refused to take the door out. I rescheduled the delivery, paid someone to remove the door, and waited, Pacific Sales never showed up, nor they called to say that they were not bringing the fridge. This happened four times, I took time off and waited with the guy who was hired to fix the door back. Worst was yesterday, I waited again, hoping to do shopping for Thanksgiving day once I get my fridge, that never came. When I called the Pacific Sales at the Best Buy, Pasadena, the manager hung up on me when I questioned who's responsibility it is to see that my fridge is delivered. Today is Thanksgiving day, I had to settle with some noodles for lunch and dinner, thanks to Pacific Sales. They have my money, I spent $300/- extra for the door they wanted me to remove and I had the worst Thanksgiving day ever, and I still don't have my fridge i paid for, almost two months ago.
terrible service
My parents bought a washer and dryer from Pacific Sales because of the sale price. Don't bother! The money you might save on the appliance you lose in the waste of time and energy you will spend in wasted time and wasted phone calls trying to get them to deliver your product and properly install it and return any calls or answer their phone. Worst service ever experienced by any company hands down! Not only was the washer and dryer not delivered on the day promised not once, not twice but three times, when they finally did show up on the third missed appointment by them, they had the wrong appliance. Then it took another several weeks for them to return with the correct appliance. When they installed it, they did not install it correctly. My parents made several appointments for them to return and install it properly which again they never showed up for. Not only would they make a scheduled appointment and not show up, they then either would not answer their phone, or when the sales guy would finally answer and PROMISE someone would come by the end of the day guess what? NO ONE SHOWS UP. My parents had to travel more than an hour from their main home to their second home where the unit was to be installed more than five or six times. They are elderly so it is not easy for them to do this much traveling for no reason. They would travel to the location, NO ONE WOULD SHOW UP as promised, no one would return their calls or answer their phone, so not only did my parents completely waste their time and energy driving back and forth to get this done, my father missed several days of work waiting around for someone to show up and despite all of their false promises no one would ever show up. I have never in my life heard of such an unprofessional company with the poorest of service and the unfriendliest of people on the phone. Finally when one particular woman received the 10th call from my parents asking where the person who was supposed to arrive was, despite that this is several weeks after promised services and more than two days after the initial promised appointment and my parents waiting around for THREE DAYS for someone to arrive (despite they keep saying oh yeah, we are on our way and no they weren't) the sales woman had the NERVE TO TELL MY MOM she was being rude. Are you kidding me? What do you expect after such a circus act of horrible service and lies. To be kissing your butt! No lady, you should be apologizing for such horrible service and then to turn around and insult the customer? Ridiculous! We will NEVER EVER EVER use this company again for any purchases and will tell EVERY SINGLE PERSON we know about it, including the Better Business Bureau. This company is nothing but horrible service and lying agents who do not deliver what they promise and do not follow through. God only knows how long the appliance will last, because if it ever breaks down I can guarantee you they will not be there to fulfill their warranty. LOSER COMPANY!
The above comment regards Pacific Sales Temecula Ca.
On 6/16/11 we purchased a Kitchen Aid side by side from the Temecula store after it was delivered we noticed the doors would slam shut so hard that the containers in the door would rattle and 2 even broke after 4 calls we finally got a service rep to come out, adjusted the legs and told us that was all he could do also the fronts of the drawers would come off when you tried to pull them out this has been going on now since June and the manager refuses to do anything so we are stuck with this lemon that we bought in good faith, since then we have bought a dishwasher and Range from Lowes with no problems beware of this store.
