No response from customer service and very poor service provided
Ordered christmas pajamas on November 30th, had to fill out online form on December 18th to request status - asked them to cancel order if could not be delivered before Christmas. On December 30th order arrived. Reached out same day to report that I had requested cancellation and now want to return unopened package for full refund - still no reply back. They provide NO phone number to call for assistance. Automated response to the customer service contact page state:
"To help us provide you the best possible assistance, please note the following:
1 – contacting us again via the form may merge your requests and push your message to the back of the line. This may also accidentally delete important information."
This is VERY poor service and even worse customer service. I am very unhappy with them and frustrated that they do not respond.
Recommendation: Avoid this site at all costs as they do not honor ship dates and fail to respond to customer inquiries
It’s not fair at all that Pajamagram has not responded. Call your credit card company and tell them to dispute the charge because they did not cancel the order when you requested it and they didn’t even answer you. State in written form, your request for cancellation, auto-generated messages, and shipping date. They can be made to respond by posting their experiences on customer reviews or social media posts. In case of any need; complain with your local consumer protection department. Don’t allow them get away with your money without accountability.
