December 1, 2024, I ordered several pairs of pajamas. To date, (1/11/25) I have not received my pajamas.
I contacted Pajama gram, three times via email. Thus far, I have received three form letters thanking me for contacting them. If I contact them again, my email may be bumped back.
There is NO other way to contact the company.
Terrible, terrible customer service and no regards, or respect for their customers.
