I was trying to buy some Darn Tough socks online and was hoping to get a 25% discount. It was frustrating, but eventually, I had to call customer service to get some help. Even then, I didn't get the $5 off for signing up for text messages, which was a bummer. However, the person on the phone was really nice and helped me out. I didn't have any problems with her. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, but I wish the website was a little more user-friendly.

This just seemed entirely unnecessary and somewhat perplexing considering we are talking about a store credit that is essentially embodying the value that Sock Addict already has from my purchase - this should not expire!
