PanashIndia review: suits

Horrible..its a fully planned online shopping scam.

1. Selected a product and told the panashindia team on whatsapp to share the original pics of the selected suits.

2. We were informed that pics on website are in actual and they will get same product.

3. Got the [censored]ty product which has burn marks as they put the patch work and patch work was not mentioned in product description.

4. Wrote email about product quality and got the response in written that all product are like that only and nothing can be done more on that.

5. Got number of owner and called him and he advised to share the email Id and order number on whatsapp to him. Nothing happened so far and if the owner didn't acknowledged the whatsapp or responded back, you can well imagine the state of this company.

6. Their call center number never gets connected as they are projecting as if they are under heavy load but reality seems different.

They are playing well with buyer mind and they are quite settled with this dramatised approach. We are in process of filing the formal complaint against this company and shall get our experience in public domain via national news and social media.

Beware of such fraud.
