Aside from this, all my gems and withdraw-able cash balance was taken away without notice. After emailing them to inquire why, they only sent a very generic email response indicating that I was in violation of their term of service by having multiple accounts, which I didn’t. They swiped all my money and gems and closed my account with no chance of appealing. They also did this to my significant other’s account as well. This is very shady for a business to be able to take players money with no course of appealing or any support effort to resolve the issue. I will advise all others thinking about using any of their cash apps to tread carefully because it involves real money spent to play the games cash tournaments.
